The Role:
The Fulfillment Center Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations across wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting functions. This role sets the pace for the team, ensures adherence to SOPs, and drives performance and accuracy. The Lead trains, supervises, and motivates team members while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The Role:
The Operations Manager oversees daily operations of a fulfillment center, ensuring service to multiple clients (DTC and/or B2B). This leader manages multiple shifts, associates, and ensures all inbound, outbound, inventory, and value-added services meet KPIs.

Support site-level P&L and ensure financial targets are met through effective labor planning, scheduling, and productivity management.

The Role:

The Role:
The Warehouse Coordinator is a detail-oriented, service-minded team member responsible for supporting daily administrative and operational functions within our Life Sciences fulfillment centers. This role ensures timely communication and follow-up with clients, maintains compliance documentation, coordinates site activities, and supports facility operations to ensure an efficient, compliant, and welcoming workplace. The Warehouse Coordinator reports into site leadership and partners closely with Operations and People teams to ensure the site runs smoothly and meets both internal and client requirements.

• Previous experience in a fulfillment or clerical role
• Experience supporting multi-client operations
• Bilingual communication skills
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift
• Able to work overtime and in warehouse conditions (dust, noise, machinery, etc.)
