The Role
As a Commercial Sales Broker at Coverdash, you will support small to medium sized commercial clients by quoting and rating new business opportunities, collaborating with in-house brokers, and building expertise in SMB insurance. You will be primarily responsible for selling and managing admitted and excess & surplus commercial insurance solutions with complex or non standard risks. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a modern insurance organization while making a real impact for business owners.

What You’ll Do
Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) commercial insurance to small and mid-sized businesses
Quote, rate, and place new business by working with carriers and wholesale partners
Manage leads and daily outreach through our CRM to drive pipeline and close opportunities
Advise clients on risk exposures and recommend tailored coverage solutions
Collaborate with internal brokers and underwriters to secure optimal placements
Drive new policy sales and hand off bound accounts to account management for a seamless client experience
Who You Are
Required
3-5 years of commercial insurance experience, with strong exposure to E&S lines
Active P&C license in good standing
Proven ability to manage high volumes of inbound submissions and warm transfers
Hands-on experience rating, quoting, and placing business across multiple E&S and admitted carriers
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach
Self-starter with a track record of driving results in a fast paced, high growth environment
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Comfortable learning and navigating new technology, carrier portals, and underwriting systems
Experience using CRM/AMS platforms and comparative rating tools

The Role
Coverdash is growing our Insurance Core Sales Team and are hiring a Commercial Insurance Broker to focus exclusively on new business sales. In this role, you will work warm inbound leads from embedded partnerships, quote and place coverage for small and medium-sized businesses while building a strong foundation in commercial insurance.
This is a foundational broker role with a clear path to senior producer or Growth team positions as you develop underwriting and placement expertise. No cold calling or servicing required, just high-volume new business in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You’ll Do
Own end to end new business sales for commercial P&C insurance, from inbound lead to bind
Manage 25-50 warm inbound opportunities daily while meeting activity and revenue targets
Advise SMB clients on coverage options and basic risk management practices
Quote, market, and place admitted commercial insurance products
Partner with carriers to identify and secure appropriate coverage solutions
Use Coverdash’s quoting platform and AMS to generate and bind policies
Expand expertise in carrier guidelines, underwriting fundamentals, and product offering to increase close rates
Who You Are
Required
1-3 years of commercial insurance or insurance sales experience
Active Commercial Lines P&C license
Exposure to one or more commercial insurance products

Accounting Manager, Prime Financing

As an Accounting Manager, Prime Financing, you'll join the Accounting team within Finance and own the end-to-end accounting function for Coinbase's prime financing and brokerage business. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, Prime Brokerage and Digital Assets, you'll build processes and controls from the ground up, lead a team through monthly close and quarterly/annual reporting, and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting as this business scales.
What you'll do:
- Own the review and approval of monthly financing accounting entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness through each close cycle.
- Build scalable, automated financial processes and controls for the prime financing function, including drafting standard operating procedures that reduce manual effort and support SOX compliance.
- Lead your team through the monthly financial close, quarterly reporting, and annual audit processes, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are audit-ready.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide accounting insights on SEC regulations and lending practices, translating regulatory developments into actionable accounting guidance.
- Drive the design and implementation of new controls and processes for platform and brokerage accounting activities, identifying gaps and recommending improvements that keep pace with business growth.
Required Skills and Experience:
- CPA designation with 9+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a mix of Big 4 public accounting and industry roles in fintech or financial services.
- Direct experience with financing, lending, or prime brokerage accounting at a publicly traded company, including familiarity with SEC reporting requirements.
- Proven track record of building accounting processes and internal controls from the ground up, including designing SOPs and implementing automation that reduced close timelines or error rates.
- Experience managing or leading a team through monthly close cycles and quarterly/annual reporting, with demonstrated ability to meet tight regulatory deadlines.
- Working proficiency in NetSuite, FloQast, and Google Suite, with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline close and reporting workflows.

- Own the monthly close for Coinbase's FCM and Broker-Dealer entities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and quarterly and annual reporting.

Job Description
As an Enterprise Account Executive you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by cultivating and managing relationships with large complex Enterprise accounts. You will manage all facets of the sales cycle including initial strategic outreach to successful contract negotiation.

As an Internal Audit IT Associate Manager, you'll join the Internal Audit team and lead the execution of IT and security audits across Coinbase's global cloud infrastructure, security operations, and crypto-native products. - 6+ years of experience in IT internal audit, information security audit, or first-line technology/security operations, with at least 1 year managing audit processes and staff.
- Hands-on audit experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), including IAM policies, security configurations, encryption, logging, and network architecture.
