VP of Outpatient Growth
We're seeking a strategic, driven, and innovative VP of Outpatient Growth to lead the zero-to-one sales motion for Regard. Reporting directly to our VP of Sales and working in close partnership with our CEO and President, you will be the foundational sales hire for our outpatient division.
As the first sales leader in this space, you will help develop, iterate, and execute on the first go-to-market strategy for a new vertical. You will leverage Regard's proven success and clinical case studies to bridge the gap between our health system presence and the untapped outpatient domain.
In this role, you will be the primary revenue driver responsible for securing the partnerships and new logos that will define Regard's footprint across large institutions, MSOs, and clinics. By establishing this new vertical, you will directly advance our mission to ensure every patient receives world-class healthcare in the outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Identify client challenges and demonstrate Regard’s value proposition
Develop expertise in new product features and service benefits
Cultivate and strengthen long-term client relationships
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless client launches
Report on sales KPIs and pipeline health
Develop pitch decks, sales assets, and Go-To-Market motions
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years in a closing sales role within healthcare AI and SaaS, specifically selling into the ambulatory and outpatient market (Large Medical Groups, MSOs, and/or clinics)
Proven experience navigating complex sales cycles, including building champions and influencing executive-level stakeholders
Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance sales productivity, automate workflows, and optimize outreach
Located within 50 miles of a major airport and willing to travel, as needed (25-60% of time)
Preferred Qualifications:

Senior Data Engineer
As a Senior Data Engineer at Regard, you will own the design, development, and production deployment of the data services that power the Regard platform. From ingesting and standardizing clinical data across health systems to making it reliably available for downstream product and analytics workflows, you'll build and evolve the infrastructure that enables the platform. This includes analyzing and tuning Spark workloads and partitioning strategies to control costs, adapting to upstream breaking changes, and enforcing rigorous data quality standards so our analytics are as dependable as our application code. We prioritize transparent, code-driven systems over black-box services, and you'll help architect the data platform that supports that philosophy.

Collect, model, and consolidate data into the data platform to support analytics and research initiatives

5+ years of experience in data engineering roles
3+ years of experience using PySpark to build data pipelines
3+ years of experience in public cloud provider technologies (AWS tooling such as S3, EMR, or Athena)
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Hands-on experience across the full data stack, with particular depth in data modeling and pipeline design
Practical experience with LLM-assisted development, with an understanding of its capabilities and limitations
Willingness to participate in on-call operational support for owned systems
Preferred Qualifications:

Full Stack Software Engineer
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Regard, you'll own features end-to-end — from the LLM agents that synthesize patient data into clinical reasoning, to the interfaces physicians use to review and trust that output at the point of care. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product teams to bring new features from idea to production, helping solve some of healthcare's most challenging problems.
You'll shape how our LLM-powered capabilities evolve: refining prompts and agent architectures, building evaluation frameworks, developing observability and tracing tools, and closing the loop on output quality so our models improve in real-world clinical use. You'll also have the opportunity to prototype new ways physicians interact with AI-generated content at the point of care.

As a Data Engineer at Regard, you will help build and maintain the data pipelines and infrastructure that turn raw data into the metrics and insights that drive our product decisions and research. As VP of Engineering, you will lead and scale a high-performing software engineering organization, playing a pivotal role in shaping our technology and provider-facing platform. Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the CTO and Head of Product to align technical execution with company priorities and product roadmap goals
