AI Application Engineer (Contractor role)
About Ema
Ema is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. We enable organizations to delegate repetitive tasks to Ema, the Universal AI Employee, delivering 10x gains in workforce efficiency, across functions. Founded by former executives from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, and Okta, our team includes engineers from premier tech companies and graduates of Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IITs.
We are backed by industry leading investors including Accel, Naspers/Prosus, Section32, and angels like Sheryl Sandberg and Dustin Moskovitz. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices in London, Bangalore and Vancouver, Ema is at the frontier of what Agentic AI can do in production — we ship real systems that run real business processes at scale.
At Ema, we build AI Employees that operate inside the enterprise. Healthcare is where the bar is highest: the output has to be accurate, auditable, and clinically sound.
We're opening a part-time role focused on agent measurement and improvement. You'll instrument how our healthcare AI Employees perform in production, identify where quality breaks down, and design the experiments that close the gap — partnering with clinical experts to ensure improvements translate into better patient outcomes, not just better metrics.
We're looking for strong analytical judgment (Python, agent lead development), comfort operating with incomplete information, and genuine interest in the healthcare domain. Clinical experience is valued but not required.
This engagement is structured as a paid internship or contract engagement, with weekly syncs in our Bay Area office.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
Ema Unlimited is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or genetics.
Senior Sales Engineer - Enterprise (Fluent Spanish Speaking)
シニアコンサルティングエンジニア
Senior Legal Counsel
Come build at the intersection of AI and fintech. At Ocrolus, we’re on a mission to help lenders automate workflows with confidence—streamlining how financial institutions evaluate borrowers and enabling faster, more accurate lending decisions.
Our AI workflow and analytics platform for lenders is trusted at scale, processing nearly one million credit applications every month across small business, mortgage, and consumer lending. By integrating state-of-the-art open- and closed-source AI models with our human-in-the-loop verification engine, Ocrolus captures data from financial documents with over 99% accuracy. Thanks to our advanced fraud detection and comprehensive cash flow and income analytics, our customers achieve greater efficiency in risk management, and provide expanded access to credit—ultimately creating a more inclusive financial system.
Trusted by more than 400 customers—including industry leaders like Better Mortgage, Brex, Enova, Nova Credit, PayPal, Plaid, SoFi, and Square—Ocrolus stands at the forefront of AI innovation in fintech. Join us, and help redefine how the world’s most innovative lenders do business.
The Role
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role reporting directly to the General Counsel. You'll serve as the GC's primary partner across the full range of legal matters at a growth-stage fintech, with the ability to move fluidly between commercial, product, regulatory, and corporate work. You should be equally comfortable negotiating an enterprise SaaS agreement, advising product teams on AI and data compliance, and managing outside counsel on specialized matters. This role calls for someone who takes full ownership of matters end-to-end — from first read through final resolution — and moves with urgency rather than letting issues sit.
What You'll Do
- Commercial contracts: Own and manage the full lifecycle of customer, vendor, and partner agreements, including SaaS/API agreements, data licensing, partnership arrangements, and procurement contracts driving deals through to signature independently
- Product and AI counseling: Advise engineering and product teams on legal issues related to AI/ML, document automation, data privacy, and financial data handling
- Regulatory and compliance: Support compliance with financial services regulations applicable to Ocrolus's lending customers and partners, including state lending laws, fair lending, BSA/AML, and evolving AI regulation
- Privacy and data security: Partner with InfoSec and engineering on data privacy compliance (CCPA, state privacy laws, GLBA), data processing agreements, and incident response
- Corporate and governance: Assist with corporate governance, equity matters, board materials, and other general corporate needs
- Outside counsel management: Select, direct, and manage outside counsel on specialized matters, keeping costs and timelines in check
- Legal operations: Help build and optimize scalable legal processes, proactively identifying, piloting, and rolling out new AI-powered legal tools to increase the team's speed and efficiency
- Cross-functional partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across sales, partnerships, finance, and product
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
- 7+ years of legal experience, with meaningful time at both a top law firm and in-house at a technology or financial services company
- Strong commercial contracts experience, particularly with SaaS, API/data licensing, or platform agreements
- Familiarity with financial services regulation, including lending, payments, or fintech compliance (experience advising on AI in financial services is a plus)
- Data privacy and security knowledge, including practical experience with CCPA, GLBA, or similar frameworks
- Demonstrated experience using legal AI tools (e.g., contract review platforms, AI-assisted research, legal workflow automation) and a genuine enthusiasm for integrating technology into legal practice
- Ability to operate independently with sound judgment, prioritize across competing demands, and deliver practical, business-oriented advice, taking full ownership of issues through to resolution rather than escalating or deferring decisions
- High sense of urgency and comfortable making decisions quickly and driving issues to closure without being prompted or waiting for direction
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where building from scratch is part of the appeal
Nice to Have
- Experience at a fintech, lending platform, or financial data company
- Background advising on AI/ML product development or AI governance
- Experience supporting fundraising, M&A, or other corporate transactions
- Familiarity with mortgage lending or small business lending workflows

The full-time salary range for this role is around $220,000 + equity + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

Director of Product - Mortgage
Help drive growth across our Mortgage BU, one of Ocrolus's largest and fastest-moving segments. You'll partner directly with the VP of Mortgage Product to accelerate execution across the portfolio, owning strategy and delivery for a significant set of products while ensuring customers experience one cohesive product vision. You'll push how AI automates the mortgage workflow while keeping humans in control of the decisions that matter and innovate to create and deliver value end-to-end in the mortgage manufacturing process. Beyond building great products, you’ll raise the bar for product thinking, customer discovery, prioritization, and execution across the Mortgage team.
Why this role?
Mortgage is being rebuilt around AI in real time, and Ocrolus sits at the center of it. This is the rare seat where genuine mortgage expertise meets frontier AI product work, and where the person in it gets to decide how one of the largest financial workflows in the country actually gets automated. You'll own a portfolio that moves the business, work alongside a team that ships at startup speed, and see your decisions reach millions of loans. If you want your fingerprints on the future of lending, not a slide about it, this is where that work happens.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with the VP of Mortgage Product to coordinate priorities across the portfolio and present a unified product strategy to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a portfolio of mortgage products.
- Drive AI-first automation, across and adjacent to the mortgage manufacturing process, with human-in-the-loop accuracy as the standard.
- Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, and design teams to rapidly ship, measure, and iterate on new capabilities.
- Translate agency guidelines (Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, USDA) and lender workflows into real requirements and intuitive product experiences. .
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Enablement, Implementations, and Marketing to drive successful launches, adoption, and customer value
- Establish strong product management practices, using customer insight, data, and clear success metrics to drive prioritization and decision-making. Own the metrics that matter, adoption, accuracy, ROI.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years in product, much of it building mortgage or mortgage-tech products (POS, LOS, origination, underwriting automation, income/doc verification, or agency integrations).
- Deep mortgage fluency: the loan manufacturing process, agency guidelines, underwriting and operations workflows, and what lenders and underwriters actually struggle with.
- A builder who ships, fast and to a high bar. You prototype with engineers rather than write specs from a distance, and you move with urgency without cutting the corners that matter.
- Hands-on AI/ML experience, ideally in lending, document processing, or underwriting.
- A track record of products lenders use at scale, with measurable impact.
- Grit and ownership: you push through ambiguity, take outcomes as yours, and drive them without being told.
- Intellectual curiosity: you dig into how things work, question assumptions, and keep learning.
- Cross-functional leadership: you align engineering, ML, ops, and GTM, and you've mentored or managed PMs (or are ready to).
Nice to Have:
- Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent.
- Encompass / ICE, Fannie Mae DU, Freddie Mac LPA, or ULDD experience.
- Time at a modern mortgage-tech or AI-lending company.
- Experience shipping to mortgage lenders as customers.
Note:
The full-time salary range for this role is $220,000 + variable + equity + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

Senior Business Systems Engineer, AI & Automation
Who We Are
Inspiren offers a complete and connected technology ecosystem for senior living. Founded by Michael Wang, a former Green Beret and cardiothoracic nurse, Inspiren was built on the belief that compassionate care and technology can and should coexist.
Our integrated solutions fit into existing workflows and give senior-living operators greater visibility into what is happening across their communities. Supported by nurse specialists and powerful analytics, Inspiren helps teams make informed clinical and operational decisions that improve efficiency, outcomes, and quality of care.
You’ll join a growing global team united by a shared mission, with a new NYC office designed to strengthen collaboration and in-person connection.
About the Role
Inspiren is building one of the most ambitious AI-native companies in digital health, and we are looking for someone to help us work like it. As our Senior Business Systems Engineer, AI & Automation, you will own two halves of the same problem: the core business systems Inspiren runs on: Salesforce and NetSuite, and the intelligent automation layered on top of them. You will administer those systems well, keep their data trustworthy, and build the agent workflows that let the business do more without adding headcount. The person who takes this role will define how Inspiren operates at scale for years to come.
Most automation roles inherit someone else's CRM and are told to work around it. Here you own the system of record and the automation on top of it, which means you can fix problems at the root instead of building workarounds on a broken foundation.
What makes this role different from a typical business systems job is the coaching mandate. You will bring specialist-level knowledge of agentic workflow design, but your real measure of success is whether the teams you partner with can eventually solve their own automation problems. That means knowing when to build, when to advise, and when to step back so others can grow. Strong technical judgment and strong relationship skills are both required here. One without the other will not work. And the stakes are meaningful: the workflows you build support care for real seniors in real facilities, not abstract enterprise productivity.
What You'll Do
Design & Build: Design, build, and own production-grade automation and agent workflows using Salesforce Flow, NetSuite workflows and saved searches, Claude, Slack, Linear, and Notion, running the full project lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch and ongoing iteration.
Data Integrity & Governance: Own data quality in both systems of record: deduplication, record ownership hygiene, field-level validation, and the accuracy of the revenue and pipeline metrics leadership reports on. Enforce data governance and PHI boundary standards across all automations, ensuring workflows comply with HIPAA requirements and Inspiren data policies by design, not as an afterthought.
Release & Change Management: Run disciplined change management for both platforms — sandbox-first development, documented change requests, tested releases, rollback plans, and version control so configuration is auditable and no change is locked to its original author.
Business Systems Administration: Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce and NetSuite — users and licenses, profiles, roles and permission sets, objects and fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, reports and dashboards. You are the accountable admin for both platforms, not a ticket-taker in front of a vendor.
Quote-to-Cash & Systems Integration: Build and maintain the integrations that connect the commercial and financial stack — Salesforce to NetSuite, plus HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Linear — so opportunity, order, invoice, and revenue data stay consistent across systems without manual reconciliation.
Discovery & Prioritization: Partner with stakeholders across RevOps, Finance, Sales, Product Support, Clinical Support, Marketing, Implementation, TechOps, Product, Design, and Engineering to identify high-value automation and systems improvements, and maintain a single cross-functional roadmap covering both business systems work and AI initiatives, keeping team leads aligned on priorities and sequencing.
Strategy & Best Practices: Act as an internal thought partner on business systems architecture and AI automation strategy — knowing when a workflow deserves automation, when a process should be fixed instead, when configuration beats code, and setting best practices for responsible AI usage across the org.
Prompt Engineering & Evaluation: Engineer reliable system prompts and agent configurations for Claude-based automations, with a disciplined approach to testing and evaluating agent behavior before and after production deployment.
Documentation & Lifecycle: Produce clear playbooks and system documentation so teams can understand and extend what you build, and so the next admin can pick up the platform without archaeology.
Coaching & Enablement: Upskill team members across functions on both the business systems and the AI tooling, building their ability to solve their own problems, and drive genuine adoption through hands-on coaching and change management.
Toolset Ownership: Evaluate new platforms, maximize the value of existing tools, and own selection decisions as the stack grows.
Impact Measurement: Track and report the measurable business impact of your work: time reclaimed, error rates reduced, throughput improved, data quality up.
What You Bring
Experience: 4+ years in business systems, technical operations, revenue operations, workflow automation, or a comparable systems role at a tech company, with clear accountability for measurable outcomes, not just delivering projects.
Hands-on Salesforce administration depth: you have been the accountable admin for a production org — permission sets and sharing models, custom objects and fields, Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes, reports and dashboards, sandbox-to-production deployment. Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
ERP administration experience: hands-on NetSuite administration — roles and permissions, custom records and fields, saved searches, workflows, and the reporting layer. Deep experience with a comparable ERP plus a credible plan to ramp on NetSuite will be considered.
Quote-to-cash fluency: you understand how an opportunity becomes an order, an invoice, and recognized revenue, and where that chain typically breaks between CRM and ERP.
Data hygiene and migration chops: you have cleaned up a messy org — bulk data operations, deduplication, ownership reassignment, mass updates — and you do it carefully, with backups and a rollback path.
Specialist-level agentic workflow knowledge: you have built multi-step systems with real integrations, conditional logic, and error handling using Claude, Zapier, n8n, Slack, Linear, Notion, and Salesforce. You know their capabilities and limits intimately.
Prompt engineering fluency: you design and iterate on system prompts and agent configurations to get reliable, predictable behavior from LLMs, and you have a methodology for evaluating agent outputs and catching failure modes before they reach production.
Technical fluency, whether from a software engineering background or built through hands-on practice: you read API docs, understand data structures and payloads, debug integration failures, and pick up unfamiliar platforms without hand-holding.
A track record of building trust with non-technical stakeholders, especially in Finance and RevOps: you ask good questions, translate tradeoffs clearly, and drive adoption without requiring top-down mandates.
An AI-native working style: AI tools are core to how you work, not a feature. You can describe specific agent systems and AI workflows you have designed, what failed, and what you built next.
A coaching instinct: you get more satisfaction from a team member building their first automation independently than from solving it for them. You have helped non-technical people level up before and know how to make complex tools feel approachable.
Sound data governance judgment: you think naturally about PHI boundaries, HIPAA requirements, segregation of duties in financial systems, and responsible automation design, and you would never route sensitive data through a workflow without understanding where it goes and who can see it.
Bonus Skills
Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification; NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
Scripting depth in either platform: SuiteScript, or the ability to read and debug Apex and SOQL even if you do not write it day to day.
Experience with iPaaS or integration middleware — Celigo, Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft — connecting CRM and ERP.
CPQ, billing, or revenue recognition tooling experience.
Familiarity with LangChain or similar agent orchestration frameworks for multi-agent architectures.
Hardware or physical-product business model experience: inventory, RMA, and supply chain data in an ERP.
Experience at a growth-stage company building workflows before the playbook existed.
What You’ll Get
At Inspiren, you’ll help reshape how older adults live and age with greater safety, connection, and dignity. Here’s how we support the people making that possible:
Competitive Compensation — A strong base salary and variable compensation where applicable.
Ownership in Our Future — Equity that gives you a stake in the impact and value we’re building together.

About the Role
We're looking for a versatile, technically fluent growth marketer to own demand generation end-to-end. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives across paid channels, organic/SEO, marketing ops, and light web work — a true generalist who can go deep on performance channels while picking up new tools fast. You'll be central to how Cube acquires and nurtures pipeline.
What You'll Do
Own and optimize paid demand gen across Meta, Google (Search/PMax), and LinkedIn — budgeting, targeting, creative testing, and reporting on CAC and pipeline contribution
Own organic growth: SEO strategy, content optimization, and site architecture to grow non-paid pipeline
Drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) — structuring content to surface in AI search and LLM answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
Build and send nurture and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, email creation)
Make ongoing website updates — landing pages, copy, conversion optimization — using our CMS
Stand up and iterate on reporting across ad platforms, HubSpot, and Salesforce to tie spend to pipeline
Adopt and integrate new martech and AI tooling quickly, using AI natively in daily workflows to move faster
Partner with sales and RevOps on funnel metrics, campaign hierarchy, and attribution
What You Bring
5–8 years in growth / demand gen, ideally B2B SaaS
Proven hands-on performance marketing across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
Hands-on SEO experience (technical + content); familiarity with tools like Semrush or Ahrefs
Understanding of how AI search surfaces content and how to optimize for it (AEO/GEO)
Strong HubSpot skills (email builds, workflows, segmentation); Salesforce familiarity a plus
Comfort making website edits (CMS; basic HTML/CSS a bonus)
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems fast and work AI-first
Analytical, self-directed, comfortable owning outcomes as an individual contributor
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to finance / FP&A or technical buyers
Familiarity with HockeyStack, attribution tooling, or SQL
The expectations above are meant to represent the ideal candidate, but if you don’t meet all of them and think you’d be a great fit for this role, please apply.
