The Senior Revenue Accountant is responsible for supporting the overall order-to-cash function. The position will help with revenue recognition processes, system implementations, control execution, and audits. The position collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations regularly.
Responsibilities:
- Review both standard and non-standard contracts for streamlined operations and compliance with ASC 606.
- Utilizing automation, develop and maintain solid processes to achieve outstanding billing quality.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, including working with appropriate Latch teams, including Sales, Account Management and Accounts Receivable for resolution
- Perform month-end close tasks and SOX controls related to contracts, revenue recognition.
- Be a trusted business partner to the Deal Desk team, Sales team, Legal team, and other operating teams across Latch
- Help build and maintain the Revenue recognition processes for the James app
- Generate reports for customers and internal teams as needed
- Ad-hoc, special projects, and other requests as needed
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced client service environment and managing competing priorities
- Experience in order-to-cash Functions (Order Management, Billing, Collections)
- Understanding of ASC 606 revenue principles
- Ability to handle sensitive information with keen attention to detail and accuracy

Latch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Product Manager to oversee the allocation, research, planning, and implementation of features related to Latch’s Tenant Experience mobile application. This position will be based preferably in Southern California and will report to the Director of Product.
Latch Product Team members will be expected to work well cross-platform and be willing to assist with various products in the LATCH ecosystem when needed. Latch is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Advisor with expertise in handling payroll processes and managing Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The Payroll Advisor will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing RSU grants and vesting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and accuracy in all related activities.
Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll activities, including salary, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead inventory and cost accounting related matters and serve as the primary point of contact
- Own the month end close process for all inventory and cost accounting matters, including but not limited to preparation of journal entries, reconciling balances, and inventory valuation.
- Have a solid understanding of inventory costing, specifically average cost, and the ways in which it impacts balance sheet and income statement.
- Ensure all inventoriable costs are calculated and classified appropriately in the Company’s financials including but not limited to PPV’s, warehousing costs, freight-in, emergency one-off purchases, and reworks of returned goods.
- Coordinates the annual physical inventory as well as periodic cycle counts with supply chain and warehouse leads, including reconciling, creating, and distributing reporting of shrink results from these counts
- Review all SKU and Item naming within Latch’s ERP system ensuring consistency between Latch and its suppliers.
- Reviews and/or prepares detailed account analysis by product and/or location to reconcile cost and other accounts by product to the general ledger, ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
- Own all inventory reserve calculation estimates, including committed off-balance sheet inventory spend, excess and obsolete inventory, warranties, and LCNRV.
- Ability to work directly with our auditors (Big 4) to provide sufficient and relevant support while also answering any questions/inquiries.
- Assists in providing effective financial controls for the organization in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and coordination with SOX consultants/internal audit
- Partner with the Supply Chain team with on-going projects and system enhancements to optimize and streamline processes and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of accounting experience working in a manufacturing or hardware product industry
- Chinese language is a plus

About the role:
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead and optimize our revenue-generating processes across both direct and channel sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. - Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, funnel dynamics, and channel partnerships.

About the Role:
We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and oversee various projects and operational aspects at Latch. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adept at managing project delivery, partner integrations, and documentation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of assigned projects.
- Manage partner integrations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient integration processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and project details to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Working backwards approach to translate high-level requirements into actionable plans and strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of projects and operational performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, and partners to provide updates on project statuses, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously refine operational strategies and approaches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects and initiatives while ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to "work backwards" from high-level goals to create actionable plans.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience in partner integrations and process documentation is preferred
