Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

At Mach9, we're building AI to turn dense LiDAR and image data into design-grade CAD deliverables for civil engineering and surveying. We have one of the richest survey-grade datasets in the world. Our product, Digital Surveyor, automates work that takes surveyors and engineers weeks of manual effort.
We're looking for a Head of Machine Learning to build and grow the organization that turns our data into the automated products of the future in surveying and design. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the technical vision for our strategy, mentor and grow a team of ML engineers and researchers, and own the throughline from hard research problems to shipped product capabilities.
This role is ideal for experienced engineers, team leads, and managers who want to push the frontier of 3D computer vision and perception. You’ll have the opportunity to solve problems that few other teams have the data or the talent to take on. We need you to bring a strong vision of what’s possible with our unique dataset, and then to build a team around you to accomplish that vision.
Responsibilities
Define and drive a coherent vision for how Mach9 can leverage our data advantage to build the best automation products across surveying and design.
Translate your vision into a technical roadmap, execute strongly, and bring our products to the next level. You’ll need to identify which challenges are worth solving, and then which models are ready to ship.
Build and grow our ML team: hiring, onboarding, structuring the team as it scales, and shaping the split between research and engineering as our organization matures.
Mentor ML engineers and researchers, providing technical direction, career growth, and guidance to raise the level of the whole team.
Stay technically hands-on: review designs and code and weigh in on architecture and modeling decisions, so that you stay credible and connected to the team and problems.
Partner with product and engineering leadership to align Mach9’s investment into research with our product strategy and customer needs.
Requirements
Experience leading and growing teams — hiring and mentoring ML engineers and researchers.
5+ years of work experience in machine learning, with a track record of shipping ML models or systems to production.
Strong technical depth in machine learning and computer vision, and an ability to set technical direction and to earn the trust of a strong technical team.
Ability to develop technical roadmaps and execute on them.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to operate across research and engineering.
Proficient with Python and PyTorch. You must be comfortable engaging deeply with our technical work.
Bonus qualifications
Background in machine learning for 3D perception — point cloud understanding, 3D detection/segmentation, geometric deep learning, or related areas.
Experience with CAD AI, design automation, or applying ML to generate structured/geometric output, rather than just classification or detection.
Experience scaling an ML organization through a growth phase — defining team structure and hiring strategy.
Background in domains that work with similar data to Mach9 — remote sensing, geomatics, autonomous driving, or robotics.
Experience leveraging large unstructured datasets, especially reality-capture datasets, to build data-driven products and flywheels.

Chef Robotics is bringing AI into the physical world, starting with one of the world’s largest industries: food manufacturing.
Food production faces one of the most severe labor shortages in the US, with more than 1 million open jobs today and demand continuing to grow. Our robots help manufacturers automate repetitive food-preparation and assembly tasks so they can increase throughput, improve consistency, and keep production onshore.
Today, Chef robots operate in production facilities across North America and Europe, serving customers including Amy’s Kitchen, gategroup, and CookUnity. Our robots have made over 100 million servings in production, creating the world’s largest proprietary dataset for AI-powered manipulation of deformable food. Every meal our robots produce makes the system smarter.
Backed by leading investors including Avataar Ventures, Construct Capital, Bloomberg Beta, Promus Ventures, and Kleiner Perkins, we’re scaling rapidly with a robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) model and long-term customer partnerships. Our team includes engineers and leaders from Google, Cruise, Tesla, Amazon Robotics, Dexterity, Bear Robotics, Saildrone, and Zoox, united by a mission to build intelligent machines that solve meaningful problems in the real world.
If you’re excited about solving hard problems, creating real customer impact, and shipping systems that operate in production every day, not just in the lab, you’ll feel at home at Chef.
About the Role
As a Staff Autonomy Engineer, you will own the technical architecture of Chef's autonomy stack end-to-end — from perception and action prediction through closed-loop control and production deployment. This is a hands-on technical leadership role: expect to spend the majority of your time designing and building, with the remainder setting direction, mentoring engineers, and driving cross-functional alignment. You will report directly to the engineering leadership and have direct influence over how Chef's autonomy systems scale across a growing commercial fleet.
We are a small, high-ownership team. We work onsite five days a week and move with startup urgency.

Formerly employed in the healthcare space: you have an insider understanding of the vernacular, organizational structure, and operational processes of hospitals
Passionate and clear-eyed when it comes to robots: you understand that there’s a gap between technological reality and media-driven expectations and are excited about the opportunity to move the industry forward by whatever means necessary, even if it isn’t glamorous

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

How do you know if you have a disability?
A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your “major life activities.” If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability. Disabilities include, but are not limited to:

About Browsi
Browsi is a data intelligence company helping brands, agencies, and publishers make smarter, more effective decisions across the digital landscape. We are a data-heavy, innovation-led company trusted by global industry leaders. We value transparency, ownership, and moving fast. We are a diverse team that celebrates wins together and treats failures as learning opportunities.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Team Lead to guide and build a team of Product Managers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, helping us build the next generation of AI-powered AdTech solutions. You will not just manage a backlog; you will shape the vision for how publishers optimize their revenue and how advertisers reach their audiences. You will mentor a talented team, collaborate closely with our Data and Development teams, and ensure our product stays ahead of the curve in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Mentor: Manage and grow a team of Product Managers. Foster a culture of product excellence, curiosity, and data-driven decision-making.
Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term vision and strategy for our product. Translate company goals into a clear, actionable roadmap.
Execution: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration. Ensure we deliver high-value features that solve real problems for our clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Tech and Product Design teams to build scalable, valuable features. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand market needs and close feedback loops.
Data-Driven Innovation: Utilize our massive dataset (billions of ad impressions analyzed monthly) to identify new opportunities.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on AdTech trends (e.g., identity solutions, programmatic changes) and competitor movements to ensure Browsi remains the market leader.
What You Bring
Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
Proven experience working in fast-paced product environments with frequent releases (e.g., weekly deployments). Comfortable prioritizing, making trade-offs, and delivering under pressure while maintaining high quality.
AdTech Knowledge: Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem (Programmatic, SSPs, DSPs, Prebid, etc.) is highly preferred.
PLG Mindset: Proven experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) methodologies, focusing on driving adoption, engagement, and retention through the product itself.
Design Knowledge: Background in UX/UI principles for complex dashboards.
Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to communicate with engineers and data scientists. You are comfortable discussing APIs, AI/ML models, and data analytics.
Strategic Thinking: You can see the big picture and prioritize ruthlessly to deliver the highest impact.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You can tell a compelling product story to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About Charge Robotics
Charge Robotics is a YC-backed startup building robots that build large-scale solar farms. Demand for new solar projects is booming (1/5th of all the solar that exists in the US was installed last year!), but today’s construction companies can’t keep up due to limited labor resources.
We thought this was insane, so we started working on robots to directly address this bottleneck and speed up the world’s transition to renewables.
We’re a small, fast moving company which means constant opportunity for learning and growth. You’ll have a large impact on the direction of our company and our product, which will be reflected in significant equity compensation. And you get to play with 🤖 giant robots 🤖.
If you are excited to work on interesting technical problems with direct climate impact, you’re going to fit right in.
