We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that full-time employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Program Validation Engineer to serve as the technical interface between our customers/TPMs and our domain validation teams. You will define the validation roadmap, own system-level release readiness, and drive the decision-making process for release gates. This is a high-visibility role where you will be accountable for the "go/no-go" criteria of releases.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own end-to-end validation strategy, translating customer requirements into cross-domain validation plans spanning Embedded, UX/HMI, and OTA.
- Define validation scope, milestones, infrastructure needs, and test coverage goals in partnership with customers, TPMs, and engineering leads.
- Lead system-level Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT), including planning, execution, entry/exit criteria, and release readiness.
- Assess release health by consolidating validation results, release risks, bug status, and release notes to drive final sign-off.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on validation priorities, coverage, and risk, escalating blockers and communicating validation status to engineering leadership and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software or systems validation experience, with exposure spanning multiple technical domains (embedded, UI/UX, cloud/OTA).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end release readiness and formal acceptance processes (e.g., Customer Acceptance Testing).
- Strong ability to synthesize complex requirements into actionable validation plans.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills—comfortable influencing customers, TPMs, and engineering leads.
- Strong program/project management instincts, with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment.
- Comfortable working across multiple engineering domains without needing deep specialization in every one.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with automotive OTA, AUTOSAR/embedded, or HMI validation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, release engineering, and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Polarion).
- Technical program management background or relevant certification.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Applied Intuition is looking for a Performance & Development Specialist to design and scale the systems that help employees and managers grow and do their best work. You will build intuitive performance and development initiatives, along with supporting manager training models, ensuring they remain highly execution-oriented and consistent with our corporate values. You will have the autonomy to revise and build what is needed from the ground up, with the judgment to know when a program needs more rigor and when it needs to get out of people’s way.
You’ll sit within the People Center of Excellence and partner closely with business leaders and People Business Partners to make sure every program you design actually works for the teams using it, not just on paper.
AT APPLIED INTUITION, YOU WILL:
- Design, implement, and scale performance and development programs - from goal-setting through reviews and calibration — as a cohesive, company-wide system rather than a set of disconnected processes
- Think creatively about program design: build mechanisms that are simple, intuitive, and a light lift for leaders to run, while still generating the rigor and signal the business needs to measure performance
- Ground every program in Applied Intuition’s broader performance operations and philosophy, so performance and development feel like a natural extension of how the company already works — not an added layer of process
- Build a repeatable yet flexible model to train managers, covering compliance training, interview training, and manager development, that can flex to different team needs without losing a consistent core.
- Own the selection and use of L&D platforms to deliver, track, and report on manager training completion and effectiveness across the People team.
- Partner with People Business Partners and other Centers of Excellence to identify manager skill gaps and translate them into targeted, scalable training content.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, internal applications, and Engineering teams to ensure programs align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Own performance and development policy design, interpretation, and compliance, including labor and employment law requirements that impact day-to-day operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR generalist, or people program management roles with demonstrated stakeholder management experience, ideally including performance management or L&D program ownership
- Proven track record of designing and scaling performance and development or training programs that were adopted company-wide, including manager training models delivered and tracked through an L&D platform
- Successful experience building tools and resources using technology to increase program efficiency and ease of use for leaders and employees
- Strong program management background with the ability to design and optimize processes, integrate feedback, and communicate outcomes across all levels
- Experience partnering closely with business leaders, People Business Partners, and other Centers of Excellence to design programs that hold up in practice, not just in theory
- Solid understanding of HR policies, labor and employment law, and compliance requirements as they relate to performance management
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive program improvements and decision-making
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in automotive or autonomous vehicle industries.
- Direct involvement in scaling startups from early-stage to larger organizational structures.
- Hands-on experience with performance management systems, LMS/L&D platforms, and people analytics tools.
- Background in change management or organizational development
- Experience working with large datasets

ABOUT THE ROLE
Applied Intuition is looking for a Recruiting Programs Lead to own two distinct but connected programs: our early career talent programs and our contingent workforce program. You will build the structure, compliance rigor, and scalability behind how we hire and manage talent outside the traditional full-time pipeline — from the students and new grads who become future full-time hires, to the contractors, temps, and agency workers who help the business flex and scale.
This role requires real depth in both areas, not just program management generalist skills: you should already know how to run a university relations and internship pipeline, and you should already know the compliance landscape around contingent labor, particularly in California. You will also be a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business — someone who can defend a process because it is the right process, not simply implement whatever is asked.
AT APPLIED INTUITION, YOU WILL:
- Own and scale our early career talent program, including university relations, new grad hiring, and internship programs, building consistent, high-quality experiences across teams and locations
- Manage the full early career recruiting lifecycle — from campus and university partnerships through offer and onboarding handoff — treating it as a cohesive, repeatable program
- Build and manage our contingent worker program end to end, including vendor and staffing agency management, to ensure consistent, compliant, high-quality engagements across the business.
- Bring working knowledge of the compliance landscape around contingent labor in California, including how different worker classifications (contractors, temp, temp-to-hire, and other contingent types) need to be structured and managed to stay compliant
- Manage contingent talent through a Vendor Management System (VMS), including requisitions, worker tracking, and spend visibility
- Bring or build knowledge of other worker types and how to work with Employers of Record (EORs), extending the contingent workforce model beyond the U.S. as needed
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, internal applications, and Engineering teams to ensure early career and contingent programs align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Analyze program data and metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline health, contingent workforce spend and compliance risk — to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive automation across both programs (requisition approvals, candidate communications, vendor onboarding, training/compliance tracking, reporting) to reduce manual work and increase accuracy
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in recruiting operations and other teams including talent acquisition, or people program management roles with demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Proven track record of building and scaling an early career talent program, including university relations, new grad hiring, and internship programs
- Proven success building and managing a contingent worker program, including vendor/staffing agency management and day-to-day use of a VMS
- Solid understanding of employment law and compliance requirements as they relate to contingent workforce management, particularly in California
- Strong program management background with the ability to design and optimize processes, integrate feedback, and communicate outcomes across all levels
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting and workforce data to drive program improvements and decision-makin
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with VMS platforms; Flextracks is preferred
- Knowledge of other contingent worker types and experience working with Employers of Record (EORs)
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in automotive or autonomous vehicle industries
- Direct involvement in scaling recruiting or talent operations from early-stage startups to larger organizational structures
- Experience with ATS platforms that translate data to insights and actions
- Background in change management or organizational development
