About the role
Zyphe is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn traffic into measurable business outcomes.

- Design and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels.

- Use Microsoft Clarity and analytics platforms to uncover insights.

- Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or session-replay tooling.
- Marketing in fintech, RegTech, or other regulated B2B verticals.
- Building landing pages in Webflow or similar visual builders.
- SEO and technical-SEO basics.
- Lifecycle and email marketing in HubSpot.

Founding Account Executive
About Zyphe
Zyphe is building agentic compliance for regulated fintechs, crypto exchanges, and enterprises. Our five-agent system (Document, Liveness, Name Resolution, Risk Profile, Historical) automates KYB, KYC, and AML while a privacy-first architecture means personal data never has to live on our customers' servers.
We are early, focused, and shipping. Real customers, real revenue, an active fundraise with a committed lead. The next twelve months are about turning that into a defended category position.
About the role
Zyphe is hiring its Founding Account Executive, employee #1 on commercial and the second person in the company who can sit across from a Head of Compliance and close. You will report directly to the CEO.
Until now every dollar of ARR has come through the founder. Your job is to take Zyphe from founder-sold to repeatable, and become the foundation we hire the next 3-5 AEs on top of. We have live engagements with Transak, Interlace, and Binance Italy, an active fundraise with a committed lead, and a self-serve product shipping in 60 days.
This is not a ramp-on-a-playbook role. There is no playbook. You will help write it.
Responsibilities
- Shadow every active deal (Transak, Interlace, Binance Italy, Trust Wallet, Isilab) and take over deal-execution follow-ups inside 30 days.
- Close Isilab to a written LOI in your first 45 days.
- Own pipeline hygiene in HubSpot as the source of truth, with a weekly forecast call.
- Take 50% of new discovery calls by week 8 and run discovery solo by week 12.
- Co-author Sales Playbook v1: ICP, qualification framework, objection library, demo script, and pricing guardrails.
- Carry $1.5M new ARR quota in Year 1, weighted toward self-sourced after Q2.
- Build and run an outbound motion against Tier-2 crypto exchanges and EU fintechs.
- Represent Zyphe in fundraise diligence; investors will speak with you directly.
- Hire AE #2 in months 9-12 if you are hitting plan, and hand the motion off cleanly.
You may be a good fit if you
- Have 8-12 years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 4 years selling into compliance, RegTech, identity, payments, or financial crime.
- Have personally sat across from Heads of Compliance, MLROs, and CCOs and closed them.
- Have personally closed $50K+ ACV deals in this category and can defend that record under reference.
- Operate as a founding seller, cold discovery, decks on a Sunday night, follow-up emails written yourself, no SDR layer required.
- Arrive with a network in our buyer pool: fintechs, crypto exchanges, neobanks, and payment institutions in EU and UK.
- Are native in HubSpot, Notion, and Slack, with strong email discipline.
- Are fluent in English. Italian, French, or German is a plus.
Strong candidates may also have experience with
- Selling KYB, KYC, or AML tooling such as Sumsub, Onfido, ComplyAdvantage, Chainalysis, Persona, Trulioo, or Jumio.
- Founding or top-3 commercial role at a Seed, Series B startup that scaled.
- Speaking credibly about a technical product, agent architecture, FaceID models, proxy re-encryption.
- Shaping early commercial narrative for a fundraise alongside a CEO.
Annual salary
Base: $180,000, $200,000 USD. On-target earnings: $360,000, $400,000 USD (50/50 split). Founding equity: 0.75%, 1.5%, tiered to seniority and quota. Equity vests over four years with a one-year cliff.
Logistics
Location: Remote (EU/UK preferred; US considered for the right candidate). Hybrid policy: Fully remote, with periodic on-sites for offsites, customer visits, and fundraise. Visa sponsorship: Not available at this time.
Education
We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Founding Product Marketer
Zyphe is hiring its Founding Product Marketer to own how the market understands what we do: positioning, narrative, the words on every surface, and the work that turns understanding into pipeline. You report to the CEO and have a clear path to Head of Marketing as you build the team behind you.
You will write a lot, because at this stage there is no team to delegate to. But the writing is the output of the job, not the job itself. The job is judgment: looking at a half-formed product, a half-formed category, and a half-formed pipeline, and deciding what story actually moves the buyer.
If _content calendar and ad headlines_ is the ceiling of what you want to own, this is not the role. If owning positioning, building the engine, and earning the right to hire your own team in 12 months is the ceiling, read on.
Responsibilities
- Own positioning and narrative: the category story, messaging house, and page-one pitch, written down, defended, kept current.
- Maintain live ICP and buyer profiles for compliance officers, founders, product leaders, and developers, refreshed from real conversations.
- Run the content engine: website, long-form, regulatory deep-dives (MiCA, GDPR, FATF, Travel Rule), customer stories, comparison pages, and SEO hubs across KYC, KYB, AML, and digital identity.
- Produce sales and launch enablement: one-pagers, pitch narratives, launch announcements, email sequences, and nurture flows in close partnership with the founder selling motion.
- Run weekly demand experiments, ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs across LinkedIn, Google, and Web3 channels, and report verdicts.
- Maintain a living read on competitors (Sumsub, Onfido, Persona, Fractal ID, Privado ID) and translate it into how we should position.
- Evolve and enforce the Zyphe brand voice across every surface.
- Partner with the CEO on investor-facing narrative, deck, data room, next round.
You may be a good fit if you
- Have 5-8 years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally including at least one tour as the founding or first product marketer at an early-stage company.
- Are a strong writer with a real portfolio: positioning docs, narratives, launches, and content that drove measurable pipeline you can defend.
- Are comfortable with technical depth, you can read an API doc, sit through a product demo, ask a CTO a sharp question, and walk out with an angle that moves a buyer.
- Can own the function alone for 6-12 months, juggle 5+ formats in a day, and ship without waiting to be asked.
- Are fluent in SEO and demand fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, paid copy as a conversion lever.
- Have excellent written and spoken English; first drafts tighter than most people's third.
Strong candidates may also have experience with
- Writing for KYC, KYB, AML, RegTech, cybersecurity, or identity verification audiences.
- Web3 fluency, DID, ZK proofs, self-sovereign identity. Comfortable at Token2049 / ETHDenver-adjacent events.
- Working closely with technical founders and pushing back without breaking trust.
- Shaping investor-facing narrative for a Seed or Series A round.
- HubSpot, Webflow, Notion, Figma, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Semrush, or Ahrefs.
- A real point of view on AI in content workflows, where it earns its place and where it does not.
Annual salary
Base: $120,000, $160,000 USD, commensurate with experience. Founding equity included, sized to the founding nature of the seat.

Growth Marketing and SEO Specialist | Zyphe
Zyphe is hiring a Growth Marketing and SEO Specialist who can own the organic and paid growth surface end-to-end.
This is a player-coach seat. You will own the SEO programme (technical, on-page, content, GEO/AI search, link acquisition) and the paid growth playbook (Google, Meta, Reddit) on the same target audience. You will work cross-functionally with content, design, product, and engineering to ship pages and experiments that compound traffic, pipeline, and brand authority.
Responsibilities
- Own Zyphe's SEO strategy end-to-end: keyword research, content roadmap, technical audits, on-page optimisation, internal linking, and reporting.
- Lead GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) for AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, Perplexity, and Bing Copilot citation surfaces.
- Run technical SEO workstreams (crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, JS rendering) in collaboration with engineering.
- Plan, brief, and ship content at the page level (industry pages, comparison pages, programmatic SEO templates, glossary, blog).
- Drive link acquisition through digital PR, partnerships, and earned distribution.
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and Reddit aligned to the same ICP and keywords.
- Own conversion rate optimisation on hub and landing pages: A/B testing, UX iteration, funnel diagnosis with Microsoft Clarity and analytics.
- Set up and maintain the measurement stack (GA4, Search Console, Clarity, server-side tracking) and report against pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with the founders on brand and category narrative for compounding share-of-voice.
You may be a good fit if you
- Have shipped SEO programmes that materially moved organic traffic and pipeline, ideally for B2B SaaS or RegTech.
- Have hands-on experience with technical SEO (Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, log analysis, schema markup).
- Have published content that earned AI Overview / ChatGPT / Perplexity citations, or have a clear plan for GEO.
- Have a strong paid acquisition track record across Google and Meta (Reddit a plus).
- Are highly analytical: you instrument, attribute, and report against revenue, not vanity metrics.
- Have a strong experimentation mindset (A/B testing, controlled iteration).
- Can operate in a small team and own outcomes end-to-end without committee.
Strong candidates may also have experience with
- Programmatic SEO at scale (templates, internal linking automation).
- International SEO (hreflang, multi-region content).
- Webflow, Astro, or comparable static-first frameworks.
- HubSpot lifecycle marketing and email.
- Marketing in fintech, RegTech, or other regulated B2B verticals.
- Working with technical writers and engineers to ship content with code.
Annual salary
Base: $70,000, $95,000 USD, commensurate with experience. Equity included.
Logistics
Location: Remote. Hybrid policy: Fully remote, with periodic on-sites for offsites and key meetings. Visa sponsorship: Not available at this time.
Education

Head of Content & GEO
About Zyphe
Zyphe is the privacy-first KYC platform built around decentralised PII storage, NFC chip read, two-step liveness, and an audit trail that satisfies AMLA per-decision defensibility. We just shipped native Model Context Protocol support so compliance teams can operate the platform through their AI assistant.
We are early, focused, and shipping. Real customers, real revenue, an active fundraise with a committed lead. The next twelve months are when category leadership in the AI era gets decided, and the content that wins compliance buyer queries on Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity is the wedge that decides it.
About the role
Zyphe is hiring its Head of Content & GEO to own how the market, and now the AI models that mediate the market, understand what we do. You are the first dedicated content hire. The ~50-piece cluster you inherit was built fast and well. The path from here to "category-defining content brand in privacy-first KYC" runs through whoever takes this seat.
You report to the CEO and work alongside the CRO on every brief that ships. No content-marketing-director chain of approvals. The two people who decide the company strategy are the two people who read your drafts. Decisions made fast; quality bar set high.
If "content calendar and blog refresh" is the ceiling of what you want to own, this is not the role. If owning the search and AI-citation surface for a regulated-industry company, building the team behind you, and earning the right to be Head of Search and AI Visibility in 18 months is the ceiling, read on.
Responsibilities
- Month 1, audit and instrumentation. Wire up Google Search Console, GA4, HubSpot, and Ahrefs (the latter via the MCP we just shipped to the workflow) so every brief is informed by real data. Audit the existing ~50-piece cluster against the Zyphe content skill (em-dashes, schema completeness, key highlights, canonical URLs, og:image). Generate a remediation list ranked by impact. Identify the 5-10 pieces positioned to break onto page 1 of Google or into AI Overviews with a moderate refresh.
- Month 2-3, refresh and remediate. Execute the remediation list. Refresh the striking-distance pieces. Standardise schema and metadata across the cluster. Set up AI-citation baseline monitoring (Ahrefs Brand Radar) and start tracking which competitor pages get cited for our target queries. Establish the weekly content-and-search briefing with the CEO and CRO.
- Month 4-6, production at velocity. Ship 6-8 new high-leverage pieces per quarter, briefed from real GSC and Ahrefs data, edited to the Zyphe skill standard, mirrored in LinkedIn posts (CEO and CRO voices). Build the "Zyphe vs [competitor]" comparison cluster (Sumsub, Onfido, Persona, Veriff, Jumio), the highest-intent procurement queries we are currently underweight on. Stand up the AI-citation reporting cadence so we know quarter-over-quarter whether we are gaining or losing ground in Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity answers. Recommend the next hire: junior producer, designer, or freelance editor pool.
- Own positioning and narrative for content surfaces: the category story, messaging house, page-one pitch, written down, defended, kept current.
- Evolve and enforce the Zyphe brand voice across every surface.
- Partner with the CEO on investor-facing narrative, deck, data room, next round.
You may be a good fit if you
- Have editorial chops at a publication-grade standard, you edited or led content at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or trade publication where copy quality was a competitive moat (Stripe, Linear, Vanta, Ramp, Wise, MoneyLion, FT Sifted, The Information, Sifted, The Block, CoinDesk Indices, or similar). You can spot AI-generated mush from twenty feet, and you can rewrite it into something a senior MLRO would actually quote.
- Have search-data fluency. You can pull and read GSC like a dashboard. You know the difference between an impression and a click and a position-8 striking-distance keyword. You have used Ahrefs or Semrush as a daily tool, not a once-a-quarter audit. You have run content-gap analysis against named competitors and acted on the output. If you do not know what "GEO" or "AEO" means as a discipline today, you have at least been reading carefully about AI Overviews and have an opinion on how it changes content strategy.
- Have AI-tooling fluency without AI-tooling worship. You use Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini as a daily drafting tool. You have opinions on which model writes better for which use case. You have tried MCP, plugins, custom GPTs, or similar. You are not afraid of AI replacing you; you are afraid of editors who do not use AI getting replaced. You have strong taste about when AI output is good enough and when it is not, and you are willing to scrap a draft that scores 90/100 on rubric but reads hollow.
- Are domain-aligned, or aggressively domain-curious. You have worked in regtech, fintech, identity/KYC, compliance tech, AML tooling, or adjacent verticals (banking-as-a-service, crypto compliance, payment infrastructure), OR you have demonstrated that you can ramp into a technical domain in 3-6 weeks and write at depth. Operator-grade content for a compliance audience cannot be faked.
- Have operator-grade voice. You write like a founder, not like a marketer. Short sentences. Specific claims. Evenhanded analysis. No buzzwords. No "in today's rapidly evolving landscape" openers. We can teach the technical content; we cannot teach taste.
- Have editorial conviction without ego. You hold opinions firmly, but you update when the data contradicts the opinion. A SERP that consistently rewards a different structure than the one you prefer should move you, not annoy you.
- Are comfortable working directly with the founder. You can push back when the founder is wrong and take direction when the founder is right. No diplomatic dance.
- Have high agency and ambiguity tolerance. The role does not come with a 12-month editorial calendar handed down from a marketing director. It comes with the cluster as it stands today, the GSC and Ahrefs data once connected, and the implicit pressure to compound those into ranked, cited, demo-converting content.
- Have ruthless prioritisation. You keep asking "what does this piece do for demo conversion or for AI citation in our target queries?" and you kill projects that do not answer cleanly.
- Practice honesty over polish. You tell the team when a piece is bad before publishing it. You tell the founder when a campaign idea is wrong before it runs. You tell yourself when your own draft is not working.
Strong candidates may also have experience with
- Writing for regulated audiences (auditors, MLROs, compliance officers, lawyers).
- A compliance product launch or repositioning.
- Working knowledge of structured data and schema (JSON-LD, Schema.org, OpenGraph) at the spec level.
- A public portfolio (LinkedIn newsletter, Substack, personal blog, contributions to fintech publications) where you can hold a voice across 6+ months of output.
- An MCP-compatible client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Continue, ChatGPT custom GPTs) for daily research and drafting.
- Familiarity with Reddit, Hacker News, and niche forums where compliance professionals actually talk (r/fintech, r/cybersecurity, r/CompliantCrypto, FATF working-group transcripts, ICO consultation responses).
- Italian, German, or French for cross-market content work.
- Genuine curiosity for AML, KYC, MiCA, FCA SMCR, AMLA, and FATF Recommendations.
What you get
- Founding content team seat. You are the first dedicated content hire at Zyphe.
- Direct line to the CEO and CRO. No layers, no committee.
- Real tooling budget. Ahrefs, Supermetrics, Similarweb, AirOps, an AI-citation monitor of your choice, Claude / ChatGPT / Cursor / Continue at the highest plan tier. We do not penny-pinch the data layer.
- The Zyphe content skill as a starting point. A fully documented editorial standard you inherit, then improve within weeks of joining.
- Cap table participation at the level appropriate for a senior individual contributor with leadership trajectory.
What we do not offer
- Generic "content marketing" career framing. If you want to be a CMO in three years, this is not the fast lane. It is the fast lane to "Head of Search and AI Visibility for a compliance company that wins in the AI era."
- Hand-holding through ramp. We will support you, but a senior hire is expected to find their feet within 6-8 weeks.
- Excuses about scope. You build the calendar. You build the strategy. You build the team if and when the work justifies it.
How to apply
Send the following to careers@zyphe.com (or DM Michelangelo on LinkedIn, https://www.linkedin.com/in/michelangelofrigo/):
1. Your CV or LinkedIn profile. 2. A short brief (1 page max). Pick any one of the existing Zyphe blog pieces at https://www.zyphe.com/resources/blog and tell us what you would change about it, why, and what data would verify your hypothesis. Editorial taste and data-driven thinking, not a polished essay. 3. One piece of writing you have published anywhere that you are still proud of, plus one sentence on why. 4. The query you most want to win for Zyphe in the next 12 months. A real Google query a compliance buyer might type. Tell us why this query, and what kind of content would win it.
We will read every application personally. Process: 30-minute call with the CRO, 60-minute editorial test (we send you a real brief, 72-hour turnaround, 1,000-word draft), 60-minute call with the CEO, reference checks, offer. Two weeks from first call to offer for the right candidate.
Annual salary
Base: €90,000, €130,000, commensurate with experience.
Founding equity included, sized to the seniority of the seat.
Logistics
Location: Hybrid Milano or remote within CET ±3 hours. Hybrid policy: Quarterly on-site weeks; we pay for the travel. Visa sponsorship: Not available at this time.
Education
We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
