Description
WHO WE ARE
Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. Cyera’s mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely — deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, and execution-oriented Director of Channels – Central to lead our channel and partner development efforts across the Western U.S. You will play a pivotal role in building and managing our ecosystem of resellers, system integrators, MSPs/MSSPs, and strategic alliances. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and market expansion as we scale our go-to-market engine.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Channel Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional channel strategy aligned with overall company goals.
Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners across the Western U.S.
Enablement & Training: Provide partners with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to successfully position and sell our solutions.
Joint Go-to-Market Plans: Collaborate with partners to build and drive pipeline through joint marketing campaigns, events, and account mapping.
Sales Support: Act as a trusted advisor in partner-led deals, supporting sales cycles alongside partners as needed.
Performance Management: Set performance metrics and manage quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to evaluate partner effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure channel success.
Market Feedback: Provide ongoing insight from the field to inform product development and positioning.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
7–10+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or alliances within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
Proven success building and scaling a channel program, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong relationships with VARs, MSSPs, and other key players in the Western U.S. territory.
Deep understanding of the data security or cybersecurity market.
Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a builder mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Compensation Range: $200,000-$350,000.
The range represents total compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.
Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
BENEFITS - Why Cyera?
Ability to work remotely, with office setup reimbursement
Unlimited PTO
Paid holidays and sick time
Health, vision, and dental insurance
Life, short and long-term disability insurance

At Secureframe, we are not just a company; we are at the forefront of revolutionizing cybersecurity compliance. Recognized as one of the industry's most innovative and trusted providers, Secureframe has consistently received accolades for our advanced technology solutions and commitment to excellence. With a robust portfolio of products that safeguard thousands of businesses worldwide, we have been featured in major publications such as Forbes’ next billion dollar startups, TechCrunch, and The Wall Street Journal for our transformative impact on the way companies achieve and maintain compliance standards.
As we continue to grow, our mission remains clear: to provide seamless, secure compliance solutions that enable businesses to focus on what they do best. Joining Secureframe means becoming part of a dynamic team dedicated to professional excellence and continuous learning in an environment that values creativity and forward-thinking.
Secureframe is backed by top VCs including Kleiner Perkins, Accomplice, Gradient Ventures (Google’s AI Fund), BoxGroup, Village Global, and many more.
About the Implementation Team
The Implementation team sits within Secureframe's customer organization and works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Security, Support, and our partner ecosystem. This team is responsible for helping customers move from signed contract to real operational readiness: scoped environments, configured platform workflows, clear control ownership, evidence collection, remediation tracking, and a credible path to CMMC assessment.
This is an early role on a team we are building from scratch. The right person is not only comfortable delivering customer implementations; they want to help define what excellent CMMC implementation looks like at Secureframe. You will create playbooks, improve handoffs, identify repeatable delivery patterns, pressure-test service packaging, and help turn early
customer engagements into a scalable implementation motion.
About the Role
As an Implementation Specialist focused on CMMC, you will lead hands-on implementation projects for customers pursuing CMMC and, where applicable, more advanced defense readiness requirements. You will serve as the primary customer-facing owner for implementation execution, coordinating across internal teams, external partners, and customer
stakeholders.
stakeholders.
This role requires strong project leadership, technical fluency, customer empathy, and comfort operating in ambiguity. CMMC customers often need more than software onboarding: they need help understanding scope, CUI and FCI handling, SSP and POA&M workflows, asset categorization, evidence expectations, secure environment decisions, partner responsibilities, and C3PAO readiness. You will not be expected to personally perform every technical remediation, but you must be able to understand the work, drive accountability, and help the customer make steady progress.
