Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary
Prove is looking for a professional, responsive, and organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Product Officer (CPO), Chief Customer Officer (CCO), and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You will have strong multi-tasking skills with a focus on excellent communication, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, efficient, responsive, and confidential executive assistant support to the CMO, CPO, CCO, and CRO.
- Responsible for organizing the Executives agendas and ensuring the smooth-running of their work in an ever-changing environment where priorities can change rapidly
- Manage incoming communications (emails, telephone calls and messages) and calendars, including travel itineraries, ensuring the optimum use of time.
- Utilize detailed business and organizational awareness to ensure effective engagement with executives across the organization and external contacts, including Board members.
- Assist with the calendar management of all Executive Meetings and Leadership calls. On hand to support team meetings and events as required.
- Assisting with a wide variety of day-to-day administrative tasks on behalf of the Executives
- Assist with the CMO’s, CPO's, CCO's, and CRO's expenses as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5-7+ years’ experience of providing executive administrative support at a C-Suite level.
- Track record of managing multiple calendars, priorities and travel arrangements; ability to manage challenging and conflicting priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with different ways of doing business.
- A focus on customer experience and providing best service for employees and clientsHigh attention to detail
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Workspace.

Job Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer at Prove, you will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and scaling the technology that powers the next generation of identity verification. Whether working on consumer and business identity services or developing low-level phone intelligence data signals, you will design and implement robust, high-performance solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges, improve system architecture, and contribute to the mission-critical infrastructure that helps institutions solve fraud and verify digital identity worldwide.
Team Focus Areas
We are currently hiring for two engineering teams, each solving unique challenges in the identity space:
- Data Engineering Team: Join our team to design and build the fault-tolerant, scalable platforms powering our core identity services (Verified Users, Prefill, and KYB/KYC). You’ll work hands-on with senior engineers and product leaders to tackle complex, high-scale architectural challenges and directly influence our identity verification roadmap.
- Phone Number Intelligence: Our team focuses on phone intelligence and generating low-level data signals used by various internal services. This work is foundational to our fraud detection capabilities, providing specialized knowledge of mobile carrier data and fraud patterns. We are currently migrating data and migrating to an event-driven architecture, offering an exciting opportunity for someone to shape our infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Engineering Excellence: Write high-quality, maintainable code, develop detailed technical documentation, and champion strong engineering principles within the team.
- System Development: Design and develop microservices within a cloud-native, distributed architecture.
- Problem Solving: Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues. Proactively engage in technical design discussions, including writing and reviewing RFCs for new solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor team members, participate in code reviews, and drive technical decisions. Own end-to-end features—from initial design and RFC creation to implementation and maintenance.
- Collaborative development: Participate in the "Owner/Helper" project model; contribute as a lead owner for major milestones and actively support team members on their own initiatives.
Your First Three Months
30 Days (Onboarding): Gain a high-level understanding of our architecture, team goals, and existing services. Make your first code contributions by resolving bugs or tackling small tasks within the codebase.
60 Days (Contribution): Integrate into the design process by reviewing RFCs and providing technical feedback. Contribute significantly as an active team member to one of our milestones.
90 Days (Ownership): Develop a deep grasp of our product and migration strategies. Take ownership of a minor or major milestone, or lead the drafting of an RFC for a new initiative.
Qualifications
- Software Development: 6+ years of professional software development experience, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming (Java highly preferred).
- System Design: Experience designing event-driven, robust, and scalable solutions for complex technical problems.
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Data & Database Expertise: Proficiency in SQL (Oracle) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) with strong knowledge of design principles for both.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full-Stack Development: Experience with TypeScript and React.
- CI/CD & Testing: Ability to build automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Summary:
The SIM Key Auth & Trust Team at Prove is responsible for designing and developing the authentication and trust products that integrate with Mobile Network Operators. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will use cutting edge technology to deliver strategic software solutions as part of a scalable platform and mobile development frameworks. This is a hands-on, impactful role where you will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and other senior engineers to deliver solutions that will delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write well-designed, efficient code across iOS, Android, and Web platforms, and perform code reviews.
- Own delivery of software features from Product to Production.
- Partner with Product, IT and Operations to define technical requirements, develop project roadmaps, and ensure timely, efficient delivery.

The Partner Success Manager oversees partner retention and enablement by acting as a partner advocate within the organization and streamlining the end-to-end partner ecosystem experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner Trust & Advocacy: Establish a reputation as a trusted advisor via regular business reviews presenting the status of the Prove partnership, reviewing active and future joint integrations, and demonstrating the value Prove delivers to the partner's portfolio.
- SME of Partner Use Cases: Quickly become a subject matter expert on partners’ business models and downstream use cases while striking a healthy balance between partner satisfaction and delivering mutual business value.
- NPS & Health Alignment: Primarily responsible for achieving corporate objectives measured by a Partner Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall health of the partner portfolio.
- Forecasting & Indirect Revenue: Responsible for forecasting live revenue flowing through partners, developing a deep understanding of partner-led pipelines, and tracking any seasonality tied to their specific industries.
- Renewals & Expansion: Monitor partner contract renewals and work proactively to secure renewals on time. Work closely with Partner Account Managers to strategize on volume commitments, added AGV, and up-selling/cross-selling additional products into the partner's tech stack or marketplace.
- Quarter Business Reviews (QBRs): Organize and host executive-level QBRs with partner leadership to align on mutual commercial goals, joint-marketing initiatives, and long-term ecosystem plans.
- Optimization & Indirect Drive: Present areas of optimization to partners via collaboration with Account Directors and Technical Account Managers to maximize the adoption and value of Prove solutions.
- Ecosystem Troubleshooting & Escalation: Responsible for the creation, tracking, and escalation of partner-specific internal ticketing needs across Support, SC, Product, Data Science, and Fraud teams.
- Product & Channel Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and how they embed into third-party platforms. Stay updated on the latest features, and effectively communicate how these updates benefit both the partner and their end-users.
- Travel Requirement: Roughly 20% for partner onsite visits and industry events.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years in a customer-facing or partner-facing role, such as Channel Customer Success, Partner Management, Account Management, or Indirect Sales.
- Excellent project management, relationship-building, and long-term alliance planning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, presentation, interpersonal, and partner-service skills.
- Possess experience within a highly regulated market (i.e., Fintech, Insurance, Retail, Banking). Knowledge of digital identity and Authentication is strongly preferred.
- Prefer channel-selling strategies, enablement experience, and negotiation skills.
- Aptitude and passion for technology, ecosystem KPIs, data, and building B2B2C business cases.

Responsibilities
- Become a trusted partner selling Prove strategic solutions that meet/exceed the business
needs of the client/prospect - Routinely meet or exceed sales quotas: ACV bookings and in year revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprises level clients, understanding the organization's strategic initiatives in digital identity and authentication
- Develop a deep knowledge of how Prove solutions meet the client/prospect's use case
- Independently build and manage your direct sales pipeline in assigned accounts and/or a geographic region
- Develop a deep knowledge of the prospect's organizational structure and buying process
- Conduct discovery sessions to clearly understand the prospect's business needs, priorities, budget, timing and key KPIs
- Translate data study results to an executive summary which clearly articulates how Prove met the data study business objectives
- Prepare prospect proposals, negotiate business terms and manage the overall contractual process

Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, and Brand to deliver cohesive go-to-market execution
Create strategies and plans to incorporate voice-of-customer insights and real-world use cases into the product marketing function and share insights across the marketing org
Support broader product marketing initiatives and launches as needed across Prove’s portfolio
3. Verticalized Intelligence & Enablement
Support verticalized product marketing intelligence
Develop vertical-specific messaging, value propositions, and use-case narratives tailored to priority industries
Create enablement and campaign-support assets such as vertical solution briefs, pitch decks, case studies, and talking points
Support demand generation and field marketing campaigns with verticalized content and insights
Incorporate customer proof, market trends, and vertical-specific challenges into Grow solution storytelling
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
2+ years pf experience in identity, authentication, fraud prevention, or adjacent industries
Experience owning product marketing for a solution portfolio or multiple related products
Proven ability to operate in both early-stage and scaling environments
Strong go-to-market execution skills, including launches, enablement, and asset development
Experience building sales enablement materials
Experience developing verticalized messaging or industry-specific GTM strategies a strong plus
Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus

The anticipated salary range for this role is
Metro 2: $170,000 - 180,000
Metro 3: $160,000 - 170,000

Customer Success Manager, Enterprise

Job Summary:
The Customer Success Manager oversees the customer retention process by acting as a customer advocate within the organization and streamlining the customer experience.
The Customer Success Manager will be client focused and Prove product savvy. You are someone who wants to blend people and technology to drive and exceed successful outcomes for our clients. You are naturally curious and thrive on learning how technology works to solve problems. You pair your knowledge and experience to partner with and advise clients, ultimately acquiring deep knowledge of the client’s organization and business objectives. You are passionate about building strong customer relationships, delivering value, identifying growth potential, and ultimately turning customers into raving Prove fans!
Key Responsibilities
- Establish reputation as trusted partner via regular business reviews presenting the status of the Prove relationship, reviewing active and future project(s) and demonstrating the value Prove delivers to the clients business objectives
- Quickly become a subject matter expert of clients business objectives and use cases while striking a healthy balance between customer satisfaction and delivering business value.
- Primarily responsible to achieve our corporate objectives measured by a client Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Forecasting & Accuracy: Responsible for forecasting live revenue and having a deep understanding of your clients business and any seasonality that comes with it.
- Renewals: Monitor account renewals and work proactively to secure renewals on time. Work closely with account managers to strategize on price increases, added AGV, and up-selling additional products/services at time of renewal
- QBRs: Organizes and hosts onsite QBRs with client executive team to align to customer goals and derive long term partnership plans
- Pass rate optimization & recommendations : Present areas of optimization to clients via partnership with AM’s (new opportunities) or SCs (pass rate improvements) to drive client success and value of Prove solution
- Ticket monitoring and escalation coordination: Responsible for creation and monitoring client’s internal ticketing needs (support ticket, SC ticket, product ticket, Data Science Tickets, Fraud tickets
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services. Stay updated on the latest features and updates, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Travel requirement roughly 20%
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years in a customer facing role such as account management or sales
- Excellent project management and long-term account planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Possess experience within a highly regulated market (i.e. Fintech, Insurance, Retail)
- Knowledge of digital identity and Authentication strongly preferred
- Prefer selling strategies and negotiations skills
- Aptitude and passion for technology, KPIs, data, business cases
- Excellent ambition and desire to grow and expand your career
- Track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startup is required
- Experience with technical data platforms such as Splunk, Looker etc and investigating API transactions is preferred.

The anticipated salary pay range for Metro 2 areas for this role is $135,000 - $150,000 plus sales incentive plan.
