With a proven and scalable business model that delivers healthy, affordable meals through both retail locations and institutional partnerships, Everytable also operates a nonprofit arm that empowers aspiring entrepreneurs to own and operate community-based food stores.
This is a unique opportunity for a driven development professional to join a high-growth organization at a pivotal stage, working directly with the CEO to scale philanthropic support and deepen the organization’s community impact.
ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:
Everytable is a pioneering social enterprise blending the efficiency and scalability of a for-profit business with the heart and mission of a nonprofit. Through a network of retail stores, school partnerships, and an industry-leading training and social equity franchise program, we are transforming access to nutritious, scratch-made food in underserved communities. Everytable has already raised over $15M in philanthropic capital and is on track to more than double its retail footprint in the next few years.
POSITION OVERVIEW:

This is an individual contributor role without direct reports, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is energized by building systems, relationships, and results from the ground up.
The successful candidate will be skilled at cultivating and soliciting major gifts, securing grants, and engaging high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and other philanthropic partners. They will bring a combination of relationship-building acumen, strategic vision, and hands-on execution ability.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fundraising & Relationship Management
Lead all philanthropic development efforts to secure major gifts, grants, and other funding in alignment with the organization’s mission and growth goals.
Cultivate and steward relationships with foundations, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners.
Partner closely with the CEO on prospecting, donor engagement, and high-level cultivation strategies.
Leverage existing foundation relationships and research new funding opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan, including annual and multi-year goals.
Manage the proposal process from concept to submission, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Track and report fundraising activity using the organization’s CRM (HubSpot).
Collaborate with internal teams to align funding opportunities with program needs and organizational priorities.
Organizational Partnership
Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on long-term development strategy.
Represent the organization with professionalism and passion in meetings, conferences, and networking events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of progressive experience in fundraising and development, with proven success in securing major gifts and grants.
Established credibility and relationships with philanthropic foundations preferred.
Entrepreneurial, “scrappy” mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Demonstrated ability to build fundraising programs, processes, and relationships from the ground up.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compellingly articulate mission and impact.
Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently with minimal oversight.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This incredible full-time opportunity empowers a results-driven development leader to advance access to healthy, affordable meals through an innovative social enterprise model that combines scalable retail and institutional partnerships with a nonprofit arm focused on community entrepreneurship. In addition to a competitive base salary, based on experience, this role offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan, meal discounts, and other resources designed to support employee well-being and professional growth, all while working closely with the CEO to deepen philanthropic impact at a pivotal stage of organizational growth!
