We are rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced, technologically savvy RevOps Lead with a foundational understanding of and passion for Sales Operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to immerse themselves in the world of B2D, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Jira, Outreach, HubSpot, and more to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
You will be the right-hand person for the Director of Operation and the key accelerator for our GTM teams: Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. Your role encompasses data, systems, and processes:
Translate business needs into actionable solutions.
You will create & maintain systems that produce the data necessary to run our GTM teams and make regular strategic decisions
Support GTM leadership with analysis, research, and planning on strategic and tactical projects for the department
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide valuable insights and recommendations that enhance overall business performance
Play a lead role in uncovering, developing, scoping, implementing, and driving adoption for technology and process changes that increase the efficiency of our GTM teams
Create and manage all internal dashboards and reporting needed for various stakeholders, such as the executive team, department heads, team members, etc.
Create & implement processes to improve data quality in Salesforce and all other systems in our tech stack
Build reports & dashboards in Salesforce and other platforms as needed
Support Sales & Operations Planning with deep demand & channel insights and data
Create & maintain strong documentation for systems & processes to keep GTM and technical teams up to date and accountable to the latest processes & expectations
Requirements
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 4 years of experience with revenue operations in a B2D company
Minimum 4 years of experience working directly with Business-to-Business sales teams
Strong Excel/Sheet/Slides knowledge
Salesforce "Certified Administrator" certification - a plus.
Experience with effectively communicating across organizations, geographies, and cultures
Skilled at developing relationships and trust across cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and bring structure and clarity to the revenue organization
Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with data and pull insights from the data
Strategic thinker who can break down complex problems, prioritize tasks, and devise effective solutions

About the role

Maintain and create up-to-date engaging product docs, release comms, help videos et al.
Organize channels for continuous product feedback from users & customers.
Troubleshoot and report problems and see them through to resolution
Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers and update teams and knowledge bases to improve operational and product efficiency
What you will bring
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a 👩🏻💻technology / engineering field of study
4+ years or more working in Product Specialist and Customer Success
You are a strong 🗣️communicator with excellent verbal, written communication skills

About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and high-energy Partner Development Representative (PDR) to join our growing Partner Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting IT Service Providers, MSPs, and consulting firms into Secureframe’s Service Partner Program.
This is a high-volume, high-impact demand generation role focused on outbound and inbound partner engagement. You’ll be on the front lines introducing Secureframe to potential partners, qualifying fit, and guiding them through the early stages of joining our partner ecosystem.
