We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager – Advanced Packaging in Chandler, Arizona for shift 6: from 6:00 PM – 6:18 AM | Alternating 3-Day (Wed–Fri) and 4-Day (Wed–Sat) Work Weeks Intel's Advanced Packaging Technology Development: Substrate and Wafer Assembly (APTDSWA) organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team of technicians in a state-of-the-art substrate packaging manufacturing environment. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, production efficiency, and operational excellence across shift operations. Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. About The Role
We’re hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to drive the projects and strategic insights that unlock growth. This isn’t just internal ops; we’re looking for someone who wants to get close to the customer, understand what drives value, and work directly with sales, product, and leadership to scale what works. You’ll shape how we position, sell, and deliver our product to the market.

Requirements
5-8 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup in a strategic role
Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive execution, and influence cross-functionally
Strong slide-builder and effective in Excel/Sheets; SQL and scripting experience are valuable

Job Compensation Range
The salary range for the Manager role is $150,000 - $210,000 and for Senior Manager is $200,000 - $250,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
