About the Role 

At CaptivateIQ, Delivery Engineering (DE) is part of the Reliability, Infrastructure and Quality (RIQ) pillar. The Delivery Engineering’s mission is to continually improve the way our engineering organizations builds and delivers our SaaS products. The team owns CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks and local developer experience. The team also works with teams throughout the organization to improve product quality and contributes to agentic development tooling and scale.

We're looking for a **Staff Software Engineer** to set the technical strategy for our Agentic SDK team, an internal developer platform that enables product teams across the company to build AI-powered features.

This is a strategic technical leadership role with multi-year, multi-team scope. You'll define the architecture and technical direction for AI at CaptivateIQ, making decisions that have no clear answer and partnering with senior Engineering, Product, and Design leadership to shape our long-term vision. You'll be responsible for technical choices that affect the entire organization, from platform design to engineering-wide quality standards.

As the technical anchor on a small, high-impact team, you'll lead by influence across organizational boundaries. You'll drive alignment between product teams consuming the Agentic SDK and the platform capabilities we build. You'll establish the bar for engineering excellence and invest deeply in coaching P4 engineers toward staff-level impact.

CaptivateIQ is building AI capabilities that will transform how enterprises manage sales performance. We're looking for a **Senior Software Engineer** to join our Agentic SDK team, an internal developer platform that enables product teams across the company to build AI-powered features.

This is a technical leadership role on a small, high-impact team. You'll own the technical roadmap for complex AI projects, making architectural decisions that shape how AI gets built across the organization. Working across the full stack, from React/TypeScript frontends to Python backends and LLM orchestration systems, you'll define patterns and best practices that other engineers will follow.

You'll lead by example: shipping high-quality code, mentoring teammates, and making challenging technical decisions when the path forward isn't clear. As one of five engineers pioneering AI at CaptivateIQ, you'll have direct influence on team-level outcomes and accountability for alignment to our technical strategy.

This is a greenfield opportunity with outsized impact. You'll help establish the foundations of our AI platform while coaching P3 engineers and contributing to the engineering culture that will scale with the company.

 

AI agents are becoming central to how CaptivateIQ delivers value — from automating complex commission workflows to enabling customers to interact with their data through natural language. We're looking for a **Senior Engineering Manager** to own our AI agent platform and inform the strategic vision for how AI capabilities are adopted across the product.

This is not a pure execution role. You'll be an important voice in defining CaptivateIQ's AI strategy — partnering directly with Product leadership and the executive team to shape the company's AI roadmap and setting a technical vision for the AI platform that balances near-term product impact with long-term investment. You'll be accountable for translating that vision into shipped capabilities that move business metrics.

You'll lead the **AI Platform** team — responsible for our internal agent SDK, LLM orchestration layer, and the evaluation and observability infrastructure that underpins it all. Beyond your team's direct output, you'll serve as the senior technical voice for AI across the engineering organization, driving thought leadership on how every pillar adopts and integrates AI capabilities into their products. As the senior engineering leader for AI at CaptivateIQ, you'll have outsized influence on both the technology and the culture of how we build with AI.
