Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor product demonstrations and technical discussions for both technical and business audiences
Solid understanding of the enterprise SaaS ecosystem, frontend development, and modern developer workflows and lifecycles
Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies while effectively managing competing customer priorities and balancing business objectives
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience using or working with Payload, or other CMS/DXP experience
You embody our values and can thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. Careers at Figma
Figma is a design platform for teams who build products together. Our vision is to make design accessible to all because we know that nothing great is made alone.
We’re a team of makers who celebrate our differences and share a passion for our community. We’re hiring across our global hubs and remotely in the US and Canada.

Our Values and Culture
Our values and culture are the underpinning for all that we do at Figma—we believe that a great product is inextricably linked to a great internal community.
Build community
We’re multiplayer people who love the weird, wonderful magic that happens when people connect. We build bridges—with both our Figmates and our users.
Run with it
Building Figma is about taking initiative, being bold and charting a new course, not running a playbook. Figmates are building the future of design by tackling big, scary, exciting challenges like Figma’s future depends on it. Because it does.
Love your craft
We build for builders and try to make complex things feel simple. We ask why until we get to the core and continually focus on solving the right problem, not just shipping work.
Grow as you go
With humility and curiosity, we give and get the direct feedback we all need to become great. Everyone’s a work in progress, and we’re here to help each other grow.
Play
Playing is learning. We embrace spontaneous, unstructured exploration—because that’s where we find our best ideas.
Life at Figma
Connection and kindness are core to our culture (after all, we’re a group of people building a collaboration tool). We focus on lifting each other up instead of competing amongst ourselves, and we build relationships through numerous company traditions.
Figmate Community Groups
Our Figmate Communities are an essential part of our value of "Build Community." These groups are comprised of Figmates interested in developing community, social awareness, and education regarding groups with shared characteristics or life experiences, and are open to all Figmates regardless of whether or not they are part of that group or share those characteristics or life experiences themselves.
Maker Week
A time set aside once a year to pursue wild, silly, and imaginative ideas. The whole company takes part, and people can work on anything Figma-related that piques their curiosity.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:
A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
How do you know if you have a disability?
A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your “major life activities.” If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability. Disabilities include, but are not limited to:
Alcohol or other substance use disorder (not currently using drugs illegally)
Autoimmune disorder, for example, lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, HIV/AIDS
Blind or low vision
Cancer (past or present)
Cardiovascular or heart disease

Support Content Engineer
Figma · San Francisco, CA • New York, NY • United States
Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We are looking for a Content Support Engineer to own the knowledge systems, strategy, and infrastructure that enable our Support team to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale — ensuring every product launch, policy change, and process update is understood and executed by our Support Specialists and AI systems. You'll design the architecture that organizes how knowledge lives, build and optimize the automated workflows that keep it accurate at scale, and ensure both humans and AI can retrieve the right information at the right time. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, measures everything, and wants to own a function end to end.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Design, build, and iterate on AI-powered content systems — including automated workflows and quality checks that keep the knowledge base accurate at scale — and develop human oversight mechanisms that ensure a high quality bar.
Own the information architecture of our internal knowledge base, defining how content is organized, maintained, and structured for both human use and AI consumption.
Build and execute a content strategy for the Product Support team, including a North Star vision, defined health metrics, and a regular cadence for communicating program impact tied to customer outcomes including CSAT and first contact resolution.
Establish and maintain content governance standards including style guides, templates, and documentation frameworks so Specialists receive consistent, reliable information regardless of the source.
Optimize how content tools (and AI agents) work together, ensuring the environment functions as a cohesive system with an evaluation strategy (especially for AI content) and identified improvement mechanisms to increase impact.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of experience building and maintaining knowledge or content programs at scale in a Support environment for a technical SaaS product, with proficiency in tools like Notion, Zendesk, and Decagon
An advanced practice of using AI tools as core infrastructure in your content workflow, with hands-on experience using AI to drive measurable impact (ex: automate authoring, publishing, and conducting quality checks at scale)
Experience with systems integrations via API, webhooks, MCP, or other methods
Experience building a content or knowledge management strategy including governance, information architecture, and measuring impact
Strong written communication skills with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, usable content optimized for both humans and AI systems
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways.
