We are seeking a 6 month fixed-term HR Technology professional to join our HR Technology team for six months, with a single, clearly defined remit: to own the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of the 2026 Annual Performance Review process in Workday.
This role is accountable for the technical success of the annual performance review cycle in Workday. That means owning the build, configuration, testing, system readiness, workflow integrity, data accuracy, launch support, and break/fix resolution for the process from design through go-live and in-cycle support. While the role will partner closely with HRBPs, Compensation, and People teams, accountability for the Workday performance review process sits with this role.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong Workday configuration capability with practical judgment, stakeholder management, and a high bar for ownership, quality, accuracy, and execution.
This is a remote position with a preference for candidates residing in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
What You'll Do:
Own the end-to-end technical delivery of the 2026 Annual Performance Review process in Workday
Be singularly accountable for the Workday configuration, workflow integrity, system readiness, and technical success of the annual review cycle
Design, build, and configure the annual performance review process in Workday based on approved policy, process, and business requirements
Confirm the Workday review template, prompts, task flow, and system design required to support launch
Translate planning requirements into clear system actions, milestones, and deliverables across the review cycle
Advise stakeholders on Workday capabilities, constraints, dependencies, risks, and configuration trade-offs
Partner with HRBPs, Compensation, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on build, testing, readiness, and launch timelines while retaining ownership of the Workday solution
Configure and validate Workday workflows to ensure a smooth and intuitive review experience for managers, employees, and partners
Audit employee data in Workday to ensure readiness, accuracy, and integrity ahead of launch
Lead and coordinate testing activities across the process, including Workday task flow testing and broader user acceptance testing
Finalize Workday configuration and support related setup activities required for launch, including dependencies tied to compensation planning and budget setup
Present the Workday template and process design to HRBPs and other stakeholder groups, and incorporate feedback without compromising process integrity or delivery timelines
Own technical issue identification, triage, break/fix resolution, and in-cycle system support during the performance process
Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact a successful launch or cycle execution
Ensure the process is fully configured, tested, and operationally ready ahead of launch
Document configuration decisions, risks, and process changes to support smooth delivery and handover
About You:
You have strong hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday, ideally across performance management, talent, or compensation-related processes
You have delivered or supported complex annual performance review cycles in an HRIS or HR Technology environment
You are able to translate policy and business requirements into practical system design and configuration decisions
You understand how to balance user experience, technical constraints, operational risk, and delivery timelines
You bring strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to data quality, testing, and system integrity
You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working across HR, HRBPs, Compensation, and technical teams
You are proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
You communicate clearly and confidently, including the ability to explain system design choices, risks, and recommendations to non-technical audiences
You are experienced in testing, issue resolution, and launch support for time-sensitive HR processes

Lime is seeking a Technical Lead to help shape the future of our core applications and technical ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving architecture, strategy, governance, and execution across the platforms that power how Lime employees collaborate and get work done.
As a Technical Lead, you will operate at the intersection of technology, business processes, and organizational scale. You will be expected to understand not only how individual platforms function, but how systems across the company interact, integrate, and evolve together.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will lead complex initiatives, solve challenging technical problems, build scalable solutions, and act as the escalation point for architecture, automation, and platform decisions. You will partner closely with partner teams like Engineering, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders while helping raise the technical and execution standards of the entire team.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, excels in ambiguous environments, and has a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes at scale.
This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the Eastern/Central Timezone to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the technical direction of Lime's Core Applications ecosystem, shaping architecture, integration strategy, platform governance, and long-term design decisions that support scalable and resilient business systems.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point for Core Applications, bringing clarity to complex issues, guiding solution decisions, and helping the team move quickly through ambiguity.
- Drive complex cross-functional initiatives from early discovery through implementation, balancing business priorities, technical constraints, security requirements, and user experience considerations along the way.
- Design and deliver automations, integrations, and custom solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve how business processes operate at scale.
- Build a strong understanding of how enterprise systems connect across the broader technology landscape and use that perspective to identify simplification opportunities, reduce operational friction, and improve end-to-end effectiveness.
- Establish and evolve technical standards, support models, and governance practices that improve consistency, maintainability, and reliability across the Core Applications environment.
- Act as a player-coach for the team by mentoring engineers and administrators, sharing technical context, and staying hands-on in design, troubleshooting, and execution where needed.
- Bring experience with enterprise AI and automation to identify and implement practical use cases within Core Applications that improve productivity, reduce manual work, and create measurable business value.
- Help introduce enterprise AI capabilities responsibly by reinforcing reusable patterns, sound governance, and adoption practices that make new solutions supportable and safe to scale.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation supporting production systems, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage, with responsibility for responding to critical alerts, coordinating escalations to restore service, and documenting issues to help prevent recurrence.
About You:
- 8+ years of experience administering, engineering, or architecting enterprise SaaS platforms and business systems.
- Extensive experience designing and delivering integrations, workflow automations, and technical solutions that solve real business problems and hold up over time.
- Strong scripting and automation skills, with the judgment to use APIs, tooling, and custom solutions in ways that are secure, supportable, and appropriate for the environment.
- Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture, system design, identity concepts, and SaaS governance, with the ability to make sound decisions across a connected systems landscape.
- Proven ability to lead large cross-functional efforts, bringing structure to ambiguity and keeping stakeholders aligned across competing priorities and changing requirements.
- Strong ability to move between long-term planning and hands-on execution, whether shaping strategy, reviewing design choices, or diving into technical work when needed.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and operational realities while working effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Practical experience with enterprise AI and automation, including the ability to identify useful opportunities, evaluate fit, and help introduce new capabilities in a supportable and responsible way.
Preferred Experience:
- Understanding of how to build secure, scalable frameworks for AI-generated code and enforce data privacy guardrails across the corporate environment.
- Ability to translate manual, heavy-lifting business workflows into automated, AI-assisted solutions that drive measurable ROI.
U.S. Based Position - What We Offer:
- Comprehensive Health & Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans. We also provide company-paid life and disability insurance and company-funded mental health benefits.
- Financial & Retirement Planning: 401(k) plan with both pre-tax and Roth options, and access to a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a monthly company contribution.
- Family & Fertility Support: Paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus fertility and family-forming benefits.
