Texas Instruments is seeking a Photo/Diffusion Process Engineering Section Manager to lead a team of engineers at our new manufacturing site in Sherman, Texas. This role is critical to our successful ramp of manufacturing operations and development of our next-generation technologies, offering the opportunity to shape both technical strategy and team culture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The Photo/Diffusion Process Engineering Section Manager will:
Own the full performance and long-term success of the section, consistently demonstrating high ownership and accountability for team results, deliverables, and culture
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of process engineers and technicians by establishing clear expectations, driving tactical execution, and architecting forward-looking strategic plans
Orchestrate the efficient release of Photo/Diffusion processes to meet aggressive ramp milestones and production targets
Champion daily module operational performance by proactively improving process stability, implementing innovative automation solutions, and maximizing manufacturing flexibility
Identify and execute high-impact process improvements that increase process yield and enable cost leadership
Drive process development and qualification activities to enable next-generation technology nodes, ensuring seamless integration into high-volume manufacturing
Recruit, mentor, and elevate technical talent, building a team of technicians and engineers capable of scaling with the wafer start needs of a ramping manufacturing site
Partner strategically with Equipment Engineering Section Manager peers and Operations leadership to align priorities and remove cross-functional barriers
Represent the module in daily operations forums, delivering clear, data-driven status updates and actionable insights
Cultivate a culture of open communication, trust, and collaboration across all levels of the organization to accelerate site-wide success
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science, or related Engineering field
5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience on the process side, including at least 2 years of engineering management experience
Preferred qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience in a 300mm wafer fabrication environment with a deep understanding of the technical and operational demands of high-volume manufacturing
Deep expertise in Photo process development and control: direct experience in OPC and DOMA, resist evaluation and selection, and enhanced at-tool detection
Demonstrated proficiency in developing, deploying, and sustaining Advanced Process Control (APC) models within Photo/Diffusion modules
Proven success in building, developing, and leading high-performing engineering teams, transforming individual contributors into a cohesive unit driving toward shared goals
Exceptional prioritization skills - the ability to simultaneously manage competing projects and shifting demands in a fast-moving, high-stakes manufacturing environment

The HVDC product line within High Voltage Power business is looking for a motivated, results-minded engineer to become part of our team as a Product Engineer. This team drives the qualification of GaN FETs and Si gate driver devices going into data center markets with significant growth potential. In this role you will have key responsibilities in new product development from KO to RTM and beyond.
When you join our team you will be working on cutting edge technology and be laying the foundations for innovation in GaN across TI and the broader market. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes qualification execution, preferably in high voltage power devices. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing team and make an impact in emerging GaN markets.
Responsibilities may include:
Collaborating and working in a team environment with Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Packaging and Reliability in all aspects of new product development to accomplish project goals and objectives.
Aligning with the QRE team to generate die and package qualification plans for Automotive, Industrial, and Commercial devices.
Owning and driving execution of the product qualification plan. Including development milestones, risk assessment and mitigation, review qual and test plans, data analysis, documentation, manufacturing approval, and product release.
Qualification hardware design for stresses such as dynamic HTOL, Biased HAST and Power Temp Cycle including pattern generation and measurements.
Submission and guidance of the failure analysis (FA) to determine root cause of any reliability and qualification failures.
Driving activities for cost reduction, capacity expansion, and quality enhancement, including manufacturing platform simplifications, process/package/test optimization.
Managing production escalation with engineers at the factory, assess risk and make disposition decisions on production material with Manufacturing and Quality teams.
Interacting with PPIT partners to define, co-develop and release new technologies as part of GaN roadmap products.
Applying proven problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 4C, failure analysis, experimental design, statistical analysis, and bench testing to resolve yield and quality issues.
Customer returns analysis and driving meetings to find the root cause and implement corrective actions.
Documenting gaps, lessons learned, and best practices back to NPDE PE teams for better execution on future projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree program
3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits
Proficiency in statistics and tools (Spotfire, JMP, Mbayse or similar) to analyze large amounts of data
Experienced with various lab equipment such as scopes, power supplies, meters, loads, etc, for taking data and/or performing device debug, failure analysis, ATE correlation, etc
PCB design experience (e.g., Altium, Cadence)
Experience with product engineering activities such as yield improvement and test time reduction
Experience in programming/scripting in languages such as Python, SQL, VBA, etc
Experience in operating and collecting data on the ETS364
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Ability to multiplex between projects and be able to maintain project schedules
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

Texas Instruments is seeking a Design Verification Engineer to join our Analog Power Products organization in Knoxville. In this role, you will develop and execute verification strategies that ensure first-pass silicon success for next-generation analog and mixed-signal ICs across industrial, automotive, and consumer applications.
As a Design Verification Engineer, you will work across the full verification cycle – from developing detailed verification plans and building test benches through running coverage regressions, tracking closure, and contributing to continuous improvements in DV methodology – collaborating closely with digital design and systems engineering teams.
Responsibilities include:
Develop detailed verification plans while working closely with the design and system team to ensure first-pass silicon success
Develop test benches, tests, and simulations at RTL and gate-level (GLS)
Run coverage regressions to meet defined coverage goals
Track and communicate verification status, issues, and concerns
Work with regression tools and develop scripts to submit cases for regression analysis
Contribute to continuous improvements for quality and efficiency on DV strategy, tools, methods, and flows
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
1+ years of experience in design verification or a related role
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with functional verification methodologies including simulation, assertions, and coverage-driven verification
Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM-based testbench development
Familiarity with RTL simulation tools (Cadence Xcelium, Synopsys VCS, or equivalent)
Experience with gate-level simulation and timing-aware verification flows
Scripting skills for regression automation and verification flow development (Python, Tcl, or Perl)
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

At Texas Instruments (TI) a Manufacturing Production Engineer manages new product introduction and production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after they have been transferred from design to in-house or outsourced production. They interface with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing engineering to solve product issues and production problems, as well as developing process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields.
Responsibilities include:
- Support daily production issues at test floor and wafer probe; this includes low yield analysis and disposition, and setup failure debug/analysis and resolution (both hardware and software)
- Provide detailed analytical study on above issues, and liaise with business units' product engineering team for improvement (test program, hardware, setup, etc.)
- Engage in productivity improvement projects, including yield improvement, test time reduction, test insertion removal, legacy tester conversion, etc
- Support new product release from development site. Perform vigorous buyoff for new test systems (program/hardware) per manufacturing requirements
- Lead and support introduction of new tool/equipment/test processes to manufacturing from new product releases, leading the entire qualification and change management approval within TI Electronic Marketing (TIEM)

Texas Instruments is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Information Technology Solutions (ITS) organization in Dallas. In this role, you will work alongside senior engineers to protect TI's global infrastructure, support privileged access solutions, drive security automation, and grow into increasingly independent ownership of security projects.
You will gain hands-on experience across TI's security tool stack while building the technical and professional skills needed to become a well-rounded cybersecurity engineer.
Responsibilities:
DevSecOps And Cloud Security
Integrate security scanning tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Triage and prioritize findings from automated security scans and work with dev teams to remediate
Maintain and improve pipeline security gates without blocking developer velocity
Implement and monitor security controls across AWS/Azure/GCP environments
Support CSPM tooling and respond to cloud misconfiguration findings
Enforce secure baseline configurations for containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
Automation & Tooling
Write and maintain scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate security checks and reporting
Manage Infrastructure as Code security (Terraform/Ansible) — secrets management, least-privilege IAM, policy-as-code
Build and maintain security dashboards and metrics for engineering teams
Collaboration
Partner with software engineers and platform teams to embed security early in the SDLC
Document security standards and runbooks for the engineering org
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, information security, or a related technical field.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Certifications such as Security+, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security, or similar
Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, LogRhythm) and EDR solutions (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike)
Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Terragrunt)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and integrating security scanning into DevSecOps workflows
Working knowledge of cloud security controls and posture management (CSPM, CWPP, IAM policies, secrets management) in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, segmentation) and privileged access concepts
Experience with vulnerability management platforms and penetration testing methodologies
Interest or experience applying AI/ML to security use cases
