About the Company:
Netomi is the leading agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience. We work with the largest global brands like Delta Airlines, MetLife, MGM, United, and others to enable agentic automation at scale across the entire customer journey. Our no-code platform delivers the fastest time to market, lowest total cost of ownership, and simple, scalable management of AI agents for any CX use case. Backed by WndrCo, Y Combinator, and Index Ventures, we help enterprises drive efficiency, lower costs, and deliver higher quality customer experiences.
Want to be part of the AI revolution and transform how the world’s largest global brands do business? Join us!
About the Role:
Netomi is seeking a Principal Customer Architect — the senior-most technical individual contributor in our Customer Engineering organization. You will own the technical arc of the accounts where the stakes are highest — first-of-kind deployments, peak-event scale, regulated industries — and set the architecture, governance, and quality standards the entire Customer Architect function operates by.
Getting an AI agent live is no longer the hard part. The hard part is what comes after the pilot: expanding from one use case to twenty, holding quality as policies and systems change underneath you, proving containment and CSAT to a CIO, and earning the right to the next set of journeys. Solving that repeatably, across every account, is the job. The Principal Customer Architect is where the hardest versions of that problem land — and where the patterns that solve them for everyone else get written.
You are deeply credible in a design review — able to read an execution trace, reason about why an agent chose the wrong tool, and design guardrails and evaluation strategy. You set the architecture and own quality sign-off; our Agentic Deployment team executes. Your leverage comes from architecture, judgment, and the standards you set for others: the reference architectures, evaluation frameworks, and playbooks the function deploys from. The operating principle: make deployments prescriptive and repeatable, not bespoke.

ABOUT BLITZY
Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software to unlock the next industrial revolution. We're transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into production-ready code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We're backed by multiple tier 1 investors, and have proven success as founders of previous start-ups.
Location: Remote (U.S.), with occasional travel for key customer workshops
Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 base salary (bonus + equity commensurate with experience)
Eligibility: U.S. citizenship required (customer badging requirement); no security clearance required
THE ROLE
As a Site Reliability Engineer on Blitzy's Public Sector team, you will be the backbone of our platform's reliability and operational excellence for a dedicated enterprise customer opportunity in a highly regulated industry. You'll deploy and operate Blitzy's self-hosted platform within the customer's secure cloud environment, serving as Blitzy's embedded engineer on the account. You'll work at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure, and customer success, ensuring our AI-powered development platform remains highly available and performant in one of the most demanding security environments in enterprise software. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an engineer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes deep ownership of the systems they operate.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- In 30 days: You have a deep understanding of Blitzy's self-hosted deployment architecture, have begun customer onboarding, and are actively supporting deployment planning alongside customer infrastructure teams.
- In 90 days: You are operating inside the customer environment, have stood up and hardened the deployment, and have established monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows that meet the customer's security requirements.
- In 6 months: The platform is running reliably at scale with defined SLOs and validated capacity headroom, and you are the trusted technical voice for the customer's infrastructure, security, and platform teams.
AREAS OF OWNERSHIP
- Deploy, operate, and maintain Blitzy's self-hosted platform within a customer-controlled, secure cloud environment.
- Own the Kubernetes-based deployment: releases, upgrades, capacity planning, and performance benchmarking for compute-intensive AI workloads.
- Design and maintain observability — logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting — that operates fully within the customer's security boundary.
- Serve as Blitzy's on-account technical presence: partner with customer infrastructure, security, and governance teams on provisioning, reviews, documentation, and operational escalations.
- Handle sensitive customer data in accordance with customer security requirements; champion security best practices across the deployment.
- Feed lessons learned back into Blitzy's product and infrastructure roadmap to strengthen our self-hosted offering for future public sector customers.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- U.S. citizenship (customer badging requirement) and ability to complete a customer background/badging process.
- 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration; hands-on experience deploying software into customer-controlled or restricted environments.
- Experience operating in isolated, restricted, or otherwise highly regulated network environments (defense, government, financial services, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent) and at least one major cloud platform.
- Deep expertise in observability tooling, incident management, and on-call practices.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills — you will work directly with customer engineering, security, and governance stakeholders and represent Blitzy on the account.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- Experience deploying or operating software in government-accredited or similarly certified cloud environments.
- Familiarity with handling sensitive data and security frameworks common to regulated industries.
- Experience supporting AI/ML workloads or their supporting infrastructure.
- Prior forward-deployed, residency, or embedded-engineer experience at an enterprise customer site.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment where you wore multiple hats.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
You won't be maintaining legacy systems or fighting fires in a sprawling monolith. You'll be a founding reliability engineer for Blitzy's public sector business — operating a greenfield deployment of an AI platform that is redefining how the world creates software, inside one of the most security-conscious enterprises in the country. Your work directly shapes the playbook for the government and defense customers that follow. You'll have direct influence over architectural decisions, work side-by-side with world-class engineers, and see the tangible impact of your work from day one.

We Breathe Life Into Data
At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That’s why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry’s largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare’s most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we’re helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.
As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver “wow,” and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.
The Opportunity at Komodo Health
We are looking for a hybrid IAM Engineer and Integration Specialist who understands that identity is the foundation of business operations. In this role, you won't just manage logins; you will build the Integration/Orchestration Infrastructure that powers our most critical revenue cycles.
As an IAM Engineer, you will play a critical role in securing our systems and data. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge IAM technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence the development of our IAM strategy. Your work will directly impact the security and efficiency of our operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our AI Infrastructure and Data Infrastructure are securely accessible and perfectly synced with our business logic, primarily focusing on the Revenue automation pipeline.
Our team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of automation & security at Komodo Health. We implement and maintain security solutions to protect our systems and data, manage identity and access controls, and handle incident response. We also conduct security assessments, monitor for potential threats, and collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Our goal is to create a secure and resilient environment that supports the company's growth and innovation.
Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished…
Identity Lifecycle Management: Design and maintain automated onboarding, offboarding, and departmental transfer processes across our ecosystem (WorkDay, Okta, Google Workspace, etc.).
Integration & Orchestration: Build and optimize complex, multi-step automation flows. Assist with maintaining and growing our iPaaS (Workato) environment, treating "Integrations as a Product." Build resilient, scalable "recipes" that move data across the enterprise while maintaining strict IAM governance utilizing Okta Workflows.
Access Governance: Implement and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models.
Security & Compliance: Manage SSO (SAML/OIDC) and MFA configurations. Ensure all access remains compliant with [SOC2/HIPAA/GDPR] standards through regular access reviews and audit logging.
Custom Tooling: Develop custom scripts (Python, Perl, Ruby, etc.) and API integrations to bridge gaps where out-of-the-box connectors are unavailable.
Data & AI Infrastructure Support: Secure the "Data Perimeter." Ensure that data scientists and AI models have the correct, least-privileged access to our Data Infrastructure (Data Lakes/Warehouses). Manage the identity lifecycle for AI Agents and Service Accounts, ensuring that automated "non-human" workers are governed with the same rigor as employees.
Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales Ops and other teams to identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-revenue lifecycle and solve them through identity-driven automation.
You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Improve provisioning/deprovisioning processes.
Integrate and manage IdPs within the IAM system.
Handle and streamline access requests.
Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures.
Respond to ad-hoc requests.
What you bring to Komodo Health (required):
Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Ruby or other languages for automating repetitive tasks and handling large-scale data imports/exports.
Automation Mindset: Leveraging technology with a proven ability to build event-driven flows, use custom API connectors, and handle error logic.
APIs: Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
Infrastructure as Code: Experience using Terraform or Github to manage identity providers.
Security Mindset: Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.
5–8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, including significant hands-on expertise with Okta (including OIE & OIG).
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, directory services, SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
Proven experience partnering with HR, Finance, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM & Enterprise solutions.
Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate processes using automation.
Experience with auditing, governance, and access certification processes
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Additional skills and experience we’d prioritize (nice to have)…
Experience with Workato or similar Integration Orchestrator tools such as Zapier, Snaplogic or Merge.
Experience with Okta Workflows.
Certifications: Workato or Okta Certified Professional/Administrator/Consultant.
Experience integrating IAM with HR systems (e.g., Workday).
Knowledge of compliance requirements related to IAM.
Background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IAM integrations.
Experience with IAM tools such as Auth0, or Azure AD.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. The Opportunity at Komodo Health
Komodo Health needs a Director of Corporate Security who can assess the current state of our internal security environment and help drive strategic improvements across the company. This role will focus on protecting employee systems, identity, devices, endpoints, internal networks, business applications, vendor tools, and workforce-related security risk. The Director, Corporate Security will work closely with IT, Product Security, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and business leaders to identify gaps, improve execution, and put more consistent operating practices in place.
This role reports directly to the CFO, and carries executive visibility from day one. The Director will be expected to operate at all levels — setting strategy, building the program, and getting into the details when it matters.
Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have…
Delivered a rigorous current-state assessment of Komodo’s corporate security environment, with clear findings, ownership, and a sequenced improvement plan signed off by the CFO.
Stood up or significantly strengthened core capabilities: device trust, identity and access governance, offboarding discipline, internal access controls, SaaS security posture, and external-sharing safeguards.
Established a security program framework that can scale with the company — clear policies, documented controls, repeatable processes, and metrics that tell a real story to the board and auditors.
Improved day-to-day security operations: tightened monitoring with our SIEM tool, reduced MTTD/MTTR on incidents, and introduced post-mortem discipline that actually improves things.
Built practical AI governance guardrails for internal enterprise tools, with SSO, RBAC, approved-tool standards, and usage expectations employees will actually follow.
Established yourself as a trusted, credible partner to IT, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement — someone who makes cross-functional work easier, not harder.
You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…
Own corporate security strategy and execution across identity and access management, endpoint and device trust, internal SaaS security, data-sharing controls, workforce risk, and incident response for corporate assets.
Build and maintain a multi-year corporate security roadmap, prioritized by risk, business context, and resource constraints. Present progress and risk posture clearly to the Komodo Executive Team.
Lead security operations across existing tooling: Our existing EDR/MDR, email security, SIEM/monitoring tools , and evolving vendor stack. Own response coordination, remediation tracking, and escalation.
Partner with IT to strengthen provisioning and deprovisioning, access reviews, device management, and internal network and application security controls. Hold the line on offboarding.
Establish practical guardrails for internal enterprise AI use — approved-tool standards, SSO and domain capture, RBAC, retention, redaction, logging, and usage expectations.
Partner with Product Security, Compliance, Procurement, and Legal on vendor security reviews, risk assessments, privacy and security questionnaires, and security requirements for strategic software and AI vendors.
Build and lead a high-performing corporate security team. Hire well, develop people, set clear expectations, and hold the team to a high standard of execution and accountability.
Represent corporate security in audits, investor diligence, customer security reviews, and regulator inquiries as needed.
What you bring to Komodo Health:
7+ years of experience operating at the Director level or equivalent in corporate security, IT security, or security operations — with demonstrated accountability for program ownership, team leadership, and executive stakeholder management.
Experience across both mature, compliance-minded environments (public company, regulated industry, or enterprise scale) and high-growth startups where you had to build from scratch.
5+ years of experience leading, managing, or developing high-performing teams.
Proven track record building or significantly maturing a corporate security program at a startup or scale-up, where you owned the roadmap, made prioritization calls with limited resources, and shipped durable results.
Deep fluency in corporate security fundamentals: identity and access management, endpoint security, device trust, internal network security, SaaS security posture, incident response, and access governance.
Hands-on experience with enterprise security tooling — SIEM tools, modern EDR/MDR, modern email security, IAM platforms, and device management.
Experience running a security program in an environment subject to external audits, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks. Comfort with auditor-ready documentation, evidence collection, and control testing.
Strong cross-functional leadership. You have worked effectively across IT, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, People, and business teams — and you know how to get things done through influence, not just authority.
Clear, confident communicator at the executive level. You can translate technical risk into business language and present a credible security posture to CFOs, boards, and enterprise customers.
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other sensitive-data environments handling PHI, PII, or proprietary clinical/commercial data.
Experience communicating risks, gaps, progress, and recommended actions clearly to leaders and stakeholders with different technical backgrounds.
Experience supporting audits, internal investigations, vendor reviews, security questionnaires, and environments that handle sensitive data.
Strong judgment, leadership presence, and execution discipline, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and move work forward consistently.
Expectations of AI Use in This Role
Drive secure enterprise AI adoption by owning governance for approved tools — SSO, domain capture, RBAC, retention controls — that reduce shadow IT without slowing the business.
Establish practical, enforceable controls for internal AI use cases: data handling standards, logging, redaction, access review, and a process for evaluating new tools before they proliferate.
Use AI in your own workflow to improve IT Security operations, documentation, risk prioritization, and incident triage. Maintain clear human accountability for every decision.
Additional skills and experience we’d prioritize (nice to have)…
Experience scaling a security program through a Series C–E or pre-IPO stage, with direct exposure to investor diligence, SOC 2 Type II, or early public-company readiness.
Familiarity with Apple device management and mixed-device enterprise environments.
Experience with security automation and tooling that improves team efficiency, detection quality, and response times.
Background in offboarding and access governance at distributed organizations with significant SaaS sprawl.
Experience evaluating, selecting, and managing enterprise security vendors through procurement cycles.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
How do you know if you have a disability?

The Sales Engineering team partners with Sales to deliver expert technical support for Komodo's real-world data, AI-powered analytics, and software for our Life Sciences customers. We act as trusted advisors — bridging data and AI expertise with commercial strategy to help clients solve their most pressing challenges and reduce the burden of disease.
The Principal AI Sales Engineer provides technical, data, and AI-solution expertise across the discovery, qualification, value-alignment, and solution-design stages of the sales cycle. The through-line of the role is simple: help life sciences clients see a transformed workflow — analyses that used to take weeks, run live in minutes — and connect that directly to their commercial outcomes.
You are the kind of person who builds their own tools. You turn one-off analyses into reusable assets, automate your own workflow, and have spent real time hands-on with AI — building or experimenting with agents, apps, and analytics co-pilots. You don't wait for enablement to hand you a script; you build the thing yourself.
What you'll accomplish in your first 12 months:
Become a go-to expert for Komodo's AI-powered platform — routinely running live, plain-language analyses that compress weeks of work into minutes and shorten the path from discovery to close.
Develop deep fluency in Komodo's Healthcare Map and real-world data assets, and in how our analytics and AI products solve specific customer pain points.
Build a personal library of reusable, AI-centric demo assets and proof-of-value frameworks — and share them so the whole team moves faster.
Confidently articulate Komodo's trustworthy-AI approach — grounded, explainable, reproducible, verified, governed — to technical buyers, customer AI councils, and compliance/procurement stakeholders, clearing the AI-related blockers that stall deals.
Strengthen the Sales Engineering and Sales partnership through better discovery, qualification, and solution design — and surface cross-sell and expansion paths across the Komodo portfolio.
Build trusted client relationships by tying Komodo's data and AI capabilities to clients' commercial outcomes and ROI.
These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for:
Partner with Sales during discovery to identify the technical, data, and AI requirements, pain points, and desired commercial outcomes for life sciences clients.
Provide expert guidance on healthcare claims and real-world data — clinical ontologies, identity resolution, patient-journey insights.
Design and present tailored solutions that combine Komodo's Healthcare Map, AI engine, and software products to meet client objectives — and quantify the business value.
Run technical and AI-powered demonstrations — live, plain-language analyses and no-code exploration — and handle the off-script, ad-hoc question with a real answer in the room rather than "we'll get back to you."
Position how Komodo's differentiated AI compares to general-purpose foundation models and other real-world-data vendors, addressing model trust, data provenance, reproducibility, and governance.
Support customer AI councils, security reviews, and enterprise procurement to unlock and accelerate larger, multi-product deals.
Identify and shape expansion opportunities across Komodo's products to grow account revenue.
Navigate the internal review process for technical proposals — aligning Legal, Compliance, Security / AI Governance, and Product.
Feed customer and competitive signal back into the product and AI roadmap.
Mentor junior SEs and share reusable, AI-centric best practices and assets.
What you bring to Komodo Health (required):
Domain depth. Deep familiarity with large BioPharma functional areas (e.g., Commercial, HEOR/RWE, Medical Affairs), their workflows, and how each thinks about data and budget — with a track record of driving material improvements within them.
Experience. 10+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management, selling software, real-world data, and analytics to life sciences / pharmaceutical companies.
A builder mentality. You create your own assets and tools and have hands-on experience building or experimenting with AI agents and applications (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, LangFlow, data-science notebooks). Production deployments are not required — demonstrated tinkering, resourcefulness, and a bias toward building are.
AI fluency. Working fluency with the AI/ML concepts relevant to enterprise analytics — LLMs, generative and agentic AI, retrieval-grounded analytics — and the ability to explain AI trust, reproducibility, and governance to both technical and non-technical buyers.
A strong data foundation. Deep understanding of healthcare claims and real-world data (e.g., 837/835 data, NDC codes, clinical ontologies); working SQL and Python; APIs, data integration, and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure). Experience with privacy-preserving linking is a plus.
The ability to demo and quantify. Demonstrated success demoing and positioning AI-powered analytics products and connecting their capabilities to measurable customer ROI.
Range as a communicator. You translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear, business-relevant insight, and connect equally well with executive and technical stakeholders.
Regulated-environment savvy. Experience navigating HIPAA, GDPR, and the compliance and AI-governance implications for life sciences clients.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with responsible-AI / AI-governance frameworks and how they apply to healthcare and pharma procurement and AI council reviews.
Prior experience supporting customer AI councils or enterprise AI evaluations.
Technical certifications in AWS, Azure, or data platforms.
Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce to manage client interactions and pipeline.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

Who we are
Zus is a shared health data platform designed to accelerate healthcare data interoperability by providing easy-to-use patient data via API, embedded components, and direct EHR integrations. Founded in 2021 by Jonathan Bush, co-founder and former CEO of athenahealth, Zus partners with HIEs and other data networks to aggregate patient clinical history and then translates that history into user-friendly information at the point of care. Zus's mission is to catalyze healthcare's greatest inventors by maximizing the value of patient insights - so that they can build up, not around.
What we're looking for...
We’re looking for an experienced Staff Engineer to join the platform team at Zus which builds our core data services. The ideal candidate will be excited to take on the challenge of processing, storing and delivering the entire health records of millions of patients, providing low latency and high-availability for all operations. You are creative, innovative and think deeply about both the technical problems and business problems our customers are facing.
The Platform team has needed to rapidly innovate to stay ahead of data volumes that grow at 10x per year and a growing base of data-savvy customers using Zus to improve patient care. The team is also contending with an evolving regulatory landscape in data privacy and security. Expect to learn a lot and be put on mission-critical projects with direct customer impact.
The Platform team is at the heart of everything at Zus. You will work on data services that operate on large scale data using a variety of AWS services (Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc) and use data storage technologies such as DynamoDB, postgres, iceberg, elasticsearch and others . You will also work on RESTful and GraphQL APIs that are used both internally and externally. Go is our language of choice and the team is responsible for deploying, maintaining, and operating its pipelines and services.
As part of our team, you will...
Collaborate with product managers and internal users of the Zus Platform to ensure the platform is meeting the needs of our customers, both internal and external
Collaborate with team members and across Engineering to iteratively prototype and develop new functionality
Provide technical leadership, contributing to the architecture and design of the team’s systems
Build and operate data services driving our applications and APIs
Coach others to become better engineers
You're a good fit because you...
Learn fast and enjoy open-ended technical challenges
Are interested in the business problems our customers face
Have experience with operationally stable, scalable, and cost efficient data services
Enjoy owning your work and seeing it deploy safely in production
Are jazzed to build backend services in Go
Have experience using Cloud Data Warehouses such as Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift or Databricks
Have experience with at least one of the following: deployment technologies (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.), cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
Are excited to ~ finally! ~ enable a true digital revolution in healthcare
Thrive amid the changing landscape of a growing and evolving startup
Enjoy collaboration and solving unique problems
Are in the Boston metro and excited to collaborate in person on a hybrid schedule, or are remote (EST/CST) but willing to travel for in person collaboration occasionally
It would be awesome if you were...
Experienced in building and running large-scale systems in the cloud using Go
Experienced in AWS DynamoDB
Knowledgeable about application security
Experienced in working with healthcare data and APIs
Familiar with the FHIR and/or TEFCA standards
$170,000 - $200,000 a year
For Engineering roles, we expect occasional travel for in-person meetings and events a few times per year.
We will offer you…
• Competitive compensation that reflects the value you bring to the team a combination of cash and equity
• Robust benefits that include health insurance, wellness benefits, 401k with a match, unlimited PTO
• Opportunity to work alongside a passionate team that is determined to help change the world (and have fun doing it)
Please Note: Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don’t apply unless they meet 100% of the job criteria. While we have worked to consolidate the minimum qualifications for each role, we aren’t looking for someone who checks each box on a page; we’re looking for active learners and people who care about disrupting the current healthcare system with their unique experiences.
We do not conduct interviews by text nor will we send you a job offer unless you've interviewed with multiple people, including the Director of People & Talent, over video interviews. Job scams do exist so please be careful with your personal information.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
