Cambium is a modern American wood manufacturer, distributor, and technology company connecting and modernizing the wood economy. We work with architects, builders, and leading brands across the built environment, including Amazon, Room & Board, and Equinox. Our work has been recognized by Time's Best Inventions and Fast Company's Innovation by Design Awards. Technology is how we match supply to demand across a fragmented industry. The American hardwood industry has lost more than half its sawmills in the last two decades. Quality trees go to waste, and the US imports more lumber than it produces, even though domestic capacity could meet nearly all of our needs. Until now, this industry forced a choice: local relationships or national scale, meaningful materials or modern efficiency. We don't think those are real tradeoffs. We're building the infrastructure to prove it, with modern software, better supply chains, and a clear view of what comes next: a wood economy that's local, efficient, and built to last.
About This Role
As Cambium’s Revenue Operations Senior Manager, you’ll be the single owner of the systems, process, and data that connect our entire go to market motion across sales, marketing, and finance. Revenue operations at Cambium has been a shared responsibility across sales, marketing, and finance leadership. That was the right call at our stage. We've now reached the point where it needs to be someone's whole job. This role consolidates HubSpot, forecasting, pipeline, and attribution under a single owner, ahead of next fundraise and the acquisition work that follows it, as we bring acquired sales teams onto one system. You’ll own HubSpot end to end, build the funnel reporting that runs from first marketing touch to closed revenue, design the demand to deal handoff between marketing and sales, partner with finance on quota, comp, and the linkage between pipeline and the company forecast, and give the executive team one set of revenue numbers to run weekly pipeline, forecast, and board reporting from. This role builds the function from the ground up. No playbook exists yet. You will write it.
What You’ll Do Here
Own the GTM Tech Stack: administer, configure, and continuously improve HubSpot and the adjacent tools that sales and marketing run on: HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, the calling and recording platform, and the reporting tools that sit on top of them. Build the workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, and integrations that make the system work end to end. Clean up the data we have. Make sure new data lands clean.
Use AI to get real work done: Cleaning up messy CRM data, drafting workflows, turning a vague question from an exec into a real answer. You know where AI actually saves time and where it doesn't, and you'll build that judgment into how this function runs from day one.
Build the Full Funnel View: design the reporting that tracks every revenue motion from first marketing touch to closed revenue and repeat orders. Build the dashboards leadership uses to see the business and the rep level views that drive accountability. Own marketing attribution, lead scoring, and the metrics that connect demand generation spend to revenue.
Run the Forecast: design and run the weekly forecast across our four business units: Millwork Outbound, Midwest, Mass Timber, and Furniture. These span inside sales, outside sales, and project sales teams, plus the sales teams we bring in through acquisition. Build the bridge between the sales pipeline and the company financial forecast so finance and sales work from the same numbers.
Design the GTM Process: define and document stage criteria, deal qualification standards, the marketing to sales handoff, the inside to outside sales handoff, and the rules of engagement between sales and business development. Make the process repeatable so the team is not dependent on tribal knowledge.
Partner with Marketing: Own the shared definitions across marketing and sales — MQL criteria, lead-ready thresholds, attribution logic — and the conversion reporting that tracks leads from first touch to closed deal. Run the feedback loop that ties marketing programs to revenue outcomes to build shared accountability
Partner with Finance: work with our finance lead on commission calculations, deal profitability, and revenue recognition tied to pipeline movement. Work with the COO on quota setting and comp plan administration.
Support Acquisition Integration: partner with integration teams to bring acquired companies’ revenue operations into the Cambium system. Migrate data, align process, and ensure no revenue visibility is lost in the transition as Cambium continues to grow through acquisition.
Your Skill Sets and Capabilities Include
Revenue Operations Experience: 5+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or a closely related discipline that spans sales, marketing, and finance. You have built process and systems for a growing GTM org, not just administered tools someone else designed.
CRM and Marketing Automation Mastery: deep hands on expertise in HubSpot strongly preferred, including both Sales Hub and Marketing Hub. Salesforce paired with Marketo, Pardot, or similar considered. You can configure complex workflows, build attribution reporting, and integrate with adjacent tools without engineering support.
Cross Functional Fluency: you have worked side by side with marketing leaders on funnel design and attribution, with finance leaders on quota and forecasting, and with sales leaders on pipeline and process. You speak all three languages and translate between them.
Startup Experience: at least one tour at an early stage company. You know what it means to build process from scratch with limited resources, and you are energized by ambiguity rather than slowed by it.
Forecasting and Analytics: you have built funnel forecasts that leadership trusted, and the dashboards that surfaced the right questions. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. SQL or BI tool experience a plus.
Operator Mindset: you translate operational complexity into clear decisions for executives. You embody Cambium’s “extreme ownership” and “people first” core values.
Industry Familiarity (Nice to Have): experience in building materials, lumber, manufacturing, or B2B industrial is a plus. Not required. We care more about your ability to build than your industry pedigree.

SVP of Supply Chain Operations
Cambium Carbon · Baltimore, Maryland, United States
ABOUT US
Cambium is a modern American wood manufacturer, distributor, and technology company connecting and modernizing the wood economy.
As Cambium’s SVP of Supply Chain, you’ll take the leading role in developing and expanding Cambium’s supply chains across our 3 go-to-market segments: millwork, mass timber, and furniture. You’ll oversee a national supplier, production, and distribution network that includes both vertically integrated hubs and a rapidly expanding ecosystem of third-party partners. You’ll bridge the gap between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution, creating the critical infrastructure needed to enable historic volume growth. This is a role for a battle-tested operator who embodies Extreme Ownership and thrives at the intersection of people and process management.
What You’ll Do Here
- Design & Execute Fulfillment Strategy: oversee the fulfillment of Cambium’s wood offerings – across the company’s national network of supply partners within select vertically integrated manufacturing/distribution hubs.
- Strategic Leadership: work cross-functionally to inform physical product strategy – including SKU architecture, pricing models, product development, and market entry strategies.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Work across Cambium’s internal sites to establish and enforce rigorous quality control and assurance protocols, standardize production efficiencies, and streamline staffing management.
- Logistics & Distribution Management: oversee national transportation strategy and warehouse operations, optimizing for both speed and cost-to-serve.
- Implement Processes to Enable Growth: manage systems architecture to increase supply chain efficiency while scaling volumes. Own and improve upon core fulfillment metrics (including capacity, throughput rates, COGs, etc).
Your Skill Sets and Capabilities Include
- Proven Scale-Up Experience: 12+ years of leadership in supply chain or operations management, with experience in high-growth scaling. Specific manufacturing and/or distribution experience within the wood products or building materials industry preferred.
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: you’re able to translate complex operational constraints into clear strategic narratives for the CEO, Board, and Sales leadership to inform business decisions.
- Management Expertise: you’ve overseen high-performing fulfillment teams across multiple geographic sites – both externally facilitated and vertically integrated. You embody Cambium’s “extreme ownership” and “people first” core values in your management approach.
- Operational & Financial Rigor: you have a proven ability to design and optimize manufacturing and distribution systems, leveraging data to drive performance improvements. You’re capable of implementing real-time dashboards to drive accountability across production teams – specific experience with NetSuite preferred.
- Quality at Scale: You’re well versed in establishing QA/QC protocols (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO standards) that significantly reduced failure rates, waste, and "re-work" costs. Preference for specific experience with wood, lumber, or forest products supply chains..
The Details
- This role will report to: Marisa Repka, COO
- Salary Range: $210,000 - $260,000 total compensation, commensurate with experience
- When: We're looking to fill this role immediately
- Where: Baltimore, MD; Washington, D.C, or Duluth, MN (highly preferred). Significant travel required.

- Flexible PTO and schedule

THE ROLE
Watershed's Decarbonization Solutions business (fka Marketplace) helps large enterprises execute on their clean energy and carbon commitments, from renewable energy procurement to carbon removals and onsite solutions. We've built the advisory and delivery foundations and executed on >$100M in purchases. Now we need someone to systematize how we make delivery more scalable, showcase our value, and build retention into a predictable outcome.
You'll build and manage decarbonization portfolios for some of the world's largest companies, own the gross retention number for a multi-million-dollar business, and put in place the operating infrastructure that makes our value clear to every stakeholder who matters. This is a high-ownership role on a small, high-output team, with real autonomy from day one and a direct line to commercial outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Build and scale our operations. Manage and develop a small ops team, and put in place the execution infrastructure that makes delivery repeatable as we grow.
- Own gross retention, including renewal forecasting, in close coordination with CSMs, Sales, and Account Management.
- Build and manage customer decarbonization portfolios. Own procurement and fulfillment directly, and coordinate internal advisory experts to structure the right solutions for each customer.
- Make our impact clear to customers. Build the frameworks that help customers understand and quantify the value we deliver, and design the feedback loops that inform product direction.
- Bring product mindset to customer work. Translate what you're seeing in the field into actionable product feedback that sharpens our offering as we target more complex customers and problems.
You might be a fit if you
- Have built repeatable delivery systems in a complex B2B or client-facing environment - post-sale, account management, customer success, or consulting.
- Know how to help customers understand and quantify the value they're getting and can translate complex work into outcomes that hold up to executive and financial scrutiny.
- Are excited to hold commercial outcomes: retention and forecasting.
- Operate credibly with senior customer stakeholders and can coordinate across subject matter experts to keep delivery on track.
- Are comfortable working in a zero-to-one environment and love going deep on new domains.
Nice to have
- Have familiarity with energy, renewables, or carbon markets. You don't need all three; the domain is learnable, but a head start accelerates ramp.
- Care about decarbonization and want to help customers make decisions they feel confident defending internally.
- Have managed a small team and can raise execution standards without adding unnecessary process.
- Use AI and automation tools as standard practice.

It starts the same for every candidate: getting to know the team members through 1 to 2 conversations about Watershed, your experience, and your interests. Next steps can vary by role, but usual next steps are a skill or experience interview (e.g. a coding interview for an engineer, a portfolio review for a designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in person interview panel. We prioritize transparency and lack of surprise throughout the process.
What if I need accommodations for my interview?
At Watershed, we are dedicated to ensuring an inclusive recruitment process. We provide reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities, long-term conditions, mental health needs, religious observances, neurodivergence, or pregnancy-related support requirements. If you need assistance during your process, please contact your recruiter.
