KAM Global Accounts
Key Account Manager — Enterprise
Mission
Guarantee the rapid, durable deployment of every MSA across all of the client’s subsidiaries and sites, own the high-level relationship, and grow the account year over year.
Your North Star is Adoption — the GMV generated against the client’s full event potential — and the net expansion of that potential through cross-sell, upsell, and stronger contractual conditions.
You are the one accountable face for the client end to end, and the orchestrator of everyone working the account downstream (CSRs, Account/Operations Managers, Event Managers, Sales Admin, Product, Tech, Fintech).
You will handle a portfolio of 10 to 15 large accounts representing €50M to €100M of GMV.
KPIs
- Account growth / NRR — Expansion GMV vs. prior period (new divisions, new products, richer conditions)
- Adoption — Realised GMV vs. capturable potential per account
- Activation — Users onboarded and active users on the platform
- ROI — Value / savings demonstrated
- Retention & conditions — Renewals secured; exclusivity and vendor closure reinforced; stakeholder-change risk contained
- Satisfaction & disputes — NPS maintained and improving; commercial/operational disputes resolved without escalation to litigation
Responsibilities
1. Deploy large accounts
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of newly signed framework agreements, ensuring every contractual obligation is met across geographical zones and departments.
- Translate contractual clauses into operational reality: stand up and maintain Enterprise portals (Control Tower), back office, policies and billing entities, with Procurement.
- Configure integrations and ERP / invoicing connections; coordinate with Tech on security topics.
- Coordinate multi-country, multi-entity rollouts with local buyers and international stakeholders.
2. Penetrate the account & drive adoption
- Execute a deep-penetration strategy: identify and engage informal influencers, local decision-makers and site managers, securing adoption at every level of the client’s hierarchy.
- Maintain a structured field presence: site visits to monitor implementation, assess service quality and reinforce the partnership locally.
- Maximise users onboarded and active users; grow realised GMV against the account’s full potential.
- Run demos, webinars, office visits and account mapping with the Account Managers team; deliver quarterly performance reports and KPIs to the client.
3. Own senior stakeholders & advise
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for the client’s executive leadership and key decision-makers; hold an exhaustive understanding of their strategic objectives and personal drivers.
- Manage procurement and finance sponsors as a trusted, strategic advisor — not a support contact.
- Maintain a stakeholder matrix to mitigate the risk of personnel changes inside the client organisation.
- Advise clients on their MICE policy, compliance and savings; run Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews (QBR / EBR) and multi-thread across procurement, finance, IT and business leaders.
4. Expand the account
- Open new divisions and entities across the group (land-and-expand).
- Reinforce contract conditions: negotiate and extend exclusivity and vendor closure.
- Sell new products: integrations, consulting, financial services, invoice carrying.
- Enter new long-tail verticals within the account.
- Own upsell, cross-sell and renewals end to end; run a strategic account plan with expansion plays, forecasts and a stakeholder map; carry the expansion number (NRR / wallet share).
5. Manage risk
- Proactively identify friction points in the service-delivery chain and implement corrective action plans before they become formal litigation.
- Build and run mitigation plans when event delivery is at risk; lead cross-team escalation resolution.
- Own the NPS campaign for your accounts: measure, follow up, improve.
6. Voice of the client to Product & Tech
- Give structured feedback to Product and Tech to adapt the platform: transactions, payments, invoicing, ERP integrations and back-office UX.
- Partner with BI on deployment analytics.

📈 Head of Data
About us
Alpha is a product studio focused on the intersection of AI and consumer social – backed by a16z and many of the world's top investors. Our goal is to create social products that we use, that our friends use, and that reach billions of people.
Clubhouse was our first app, and we’ve been quietly growing that while building our next set of products. We have years of runway, have a deeply engaged user base, and find ourselves at a very interesting time – where AI is making entirely new things possible.
We are a remote-friendly company – with a strong commitment to ensuring people can do great work here and thrive without having to live near an office. This role is open to candidates across the U.S.
The role
As Head of Data at Alpha, you’ll work closely with our CEO to help shape our strategy and build data into everything we do, using the latest AI tooling to reinvent our workflows and increase our speed of shipping daily. You’ll own the data function end-to-end while building and leading a small, high-leverage team in a player/coach capacity.
Who you are
You are an experienced data leader. You can architect and build robust data pipelines, experimentation infrastructure, metrics dashboards, and monitoring tools in your sleep. You’re equally comfortable writing SQL, reviewing a complex experiment, or diving deep into metrics with the Board. You enjoy staying close to the work while building and leading teams, and know how to shift your time and attention based on what the function needs most. You probably have ~10 years of experience at high growth consumer companies, and you know what great looks like.
You have strong product and business sense. You think about data as a tool for making better product and business decisions, not as an end in itself. You can hold the business question in your head while deep in the weeds of analysis, and know when to stop analyzing and make a recommendation.
You like building over managing. Yes, you are fine taking on management responsibilities, and you do that part well. But you get more satisfaction from diving in and finding the answer than growing your management scope.
You’re a structured thinker. You can systematically break down a messy problem into its component parts, create a structured plan, and execute. You are high-bandwidth, fast with numbers, and quick with back-of-the-envelope thinking.
You ruthlessly prioritize and execute. You don’t do analyses that won’t change the answer. You push PMs to do napkin math to justify their roadmaps. You don’t do low-impact things just because they are low effort. You don’t like recurring meetings and you don’t take 30 minutes for them if you don’t need to. You start with agendas and leave with action items. You take pride in unblocking people.
You’re in the details of everything. You believe metrics should have precise definitions, experiment readouts should be statistically sound, and logging quality matters. You instantly spot mistakes, inconsistencies, or numbers that intuitively feel off. Your teammates wonder how you are able to zoom out and in so well.
You believe in systems. You retro things and improve your process constantly. You build tools and systems to give your teams leverage. You are extremely AI-pilled, usually the first to dive into new AI data tools. You firmly believe it is going to change everything about your craft.
You are an excellent communicator. You simplify the complex. Your written comms are concise and well structured. Your updates are easy to digest and actionable.
You act like an owner and bias towards action. You are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in highly autonomous environments. You take end-to-end accountability across execution, reliability, hiring, communication, and team growth. You don’t wait for permission to fix what’s broken.
You are low-ego. You have opinions, but will quickly evolve them in the face of new data. You don’t care whose idea it was. You are truth-seeking.
You have good values and care about doing the right thing. You want to work with people who have strong ethics and a good moral compass. You enjoy hanging out with your teammates, bring positive energy and make the workplace more fun.
You love what you do. You often find yourself thinking about your work at odd hours – not because you feel you have to, but because you’re excited to create something deeply meaningful for the world.
What you will do
You’ll work alongside our CEO to drive our strategy. This means figuring out what features will drive growth the fastest, building systems to ruthlessly optimize them, and partnering with our CFO to drive revenue. Your work will directly inform what we build, how we measure success, and how we win.
You’ll build the machine that drives the whole company. Data informs everything here – from our product roadmap, to the health of our system, to the progress we’re making towards our mission. It’s critical that our systems are precise and reliable. You’ll start with a strong foundation, a modern stack (BigQuery, dbt, Mode, Eppo, Dust) and real data on millions of users. And you’ll improve upon that foundation each day.
You'll be the connective tissue across product decisions. From experiment readouts to post-launch reviews to weekly metric movement, you'll own the forums where the company aligns on what's working.
You’ll push what’s possible with AI. You’ll have the space and the mandate to be at the bleeding edge of AI tooling, helping transform the company into a closed-loop system, where data increasingly automates important work – from feature prioritization, to bug detection and monitoring – improving the speed with which we can ship great things.
You’ll build and ship. As a player/coach, you'll personally lead the highest-leverage investigations, readouts, and audits, modeling the bar you want the team to hold. Like our whole team, you’ll be hands-on, personally prototyping and building out new AI tools, staying sharp, and developing your skills.
You'll build a team and a culture. You’ll get to hire who you want to hire, mentor high-slope data scientists, and build the culture you think should exist here.
You’ll create something deeply meaningful for the world. Social products allow people to connect in ways that were never before possible. When the telephone was invented, it suddenly allowed people to speak with others across the world. Thanks to FaceTime, grandparents everywhere can now watch their grandchildren grow up. At Clubhouse, you’ll be figuring out something entirely new for the world – building something that brings people together to help everyone have a life filled with great friendships.
At Alpha, you will have a seat at the table, you will be able to focus on the work that gives you energy, and you will love what you do each day.
If you are a talented data leader and think this might be a fit, we’d love to talk.
Our company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. 📈 Data Scientist (Staff)
About us

Clubhouse was our first app, and we’ve been quietly growing that while building our next set of products. We have years of runway, millions of users, and find ourselves at a very interesting time, where AI is making entirely new things possible with voice.
If you are a talented builder who’s interested in joining us, we’d love to talk.
The role
You'll be the senior technical anchor for our data science function, shaping how we do data science at Alpha, driving cross-functional data strategy, and helping the team do its best work. You’ll set direction for our experimentation practice and bring analytical clarity to the biggest strategic bets we’re making, across all product areas.
You’ll own data strategy across the company. You’ll set direction for our experimentation practice and bring analytical clarity to the biggest strategic bets we’re making, across all product areas. We're a small team (1 data scientist + a part-time data engineer) at a company with millions of users. Your work will be high-leverage and visible.
You’ll provide mentorship and thought partnership to our senior data scientists, and operate with the autonomy that comes with setting direction, not just executing within it.
We are a remote friendly-company — with a strong commitment to ensuring people can do great work here and thrive without having to live near an office. This role is open to candidates across the U.S.
Who you are
You're technically deep. You have 7+ years of experience as a data scientist. You're highly fluent in SQL and Python — not just for analysis, but for influencing engineering decisions, defining data infrastructure standards, and being a credible technical voice in system design conversations. You're comfortable operating across an end-to-end data pipeline: you can triage pipeline issues, spec data engineering work, and lead a data engineer through complex problems when needed. You've designed and analyzed experiments, know the difference between a well-run test and a noisy one, and have deep expertise in predictive modeling and ML techniques.
You think like a product partner, not a service org. You don't wait for requests – you proactively identify what questions matter, size opportunities, and help product managers figure out where to place bets. You have a healthy skepticism about data and know when something doesn't add up and dive deeper towards the right solution.
You communicate with clarity. You can take a messy analysis and turn it into a clear recommendation. You write well. You build dashboards and visualizations that people actually use to make decisions.
You thrive with autonomy. You will set the agenda for what the team works on and helps shape which bets the company makes. You thrive in turning ambiguity into a roadmap.
You ship. You have a bias toward getting things done. You'd rather have a good-enough answer today than a perfect one in two weeks.
You are a team player. You have a low-ego, put the team’s success first, and believe that fostering a collaborative and diverse environment is not only integral to the team's well-being but also crucial for driving innovation and achieving long-term success.
What you will do
Own our experimentation framework and standards across squads. Define how we design, run, and evaluate experiments, setting the bar for what a well-run test looks like, driving consistency across the org, and directly owning the highest-stakes analyses.
Drive strategic opportunity sizing across the company. You’ll proactively identify where we should place bets and make data proactive product partners. You’ll synthesize signals across product areas and help leadership prioritize before roadmaps are locked.
Own company-wide, top line metric strategy and drive the data changes needed to ensure high data coverage and accurate metric forecasting for our quarterly and yearly goals.
Lead our predictive modeling and ML work. You’ll own the models that proactively shape product direction and mentor data scientists in developing these skills.
You’ll grow, teach, and improve rapidly. At Clubhouse you’ll be working with an incredible team, who love to learn from and teach each other. You’ll find yourself stretching to new areas, immersed in feedback, and growing your skills on a daily basis.
You’ll create something meaningful. Social products allow people to connect in ways that were never before possible. When the telephone was invented, it suddenly allowed people to speak with others across the world. Thanks to FaceTime, grandparents everywhere can now watch their grandchildren grow up. At Clubhouse, you’ll be figuring out something entirely new for the world—a positive product that brings people’s voices together to help everyone have a life filled with great friendships.

💻 Software Engineer, Backend (Senior)
About us
Alpha is a product studio focused on the intersection of AI and consumer social – backed by a16z and many of the top investors in the world. Our goal is to create social products that we use, that our friends use, and that have the potential to reach billions of people.
The Role
We're hiring an early to mid-level Senior Backend Engineer to join our server engineering team. This role sits on our Core squad, which owns rapid product explorations, app quality, and monetization features for Clubhouse Plus users. We’re looking for engineers who think at a systems level, ship with urgency, and build with a platform mindset — whether they're delivering a user-facing feature or designing a shared service.
You'll work in a highly collaborative environment with our founders, product, design, and data science to:
Solve a dynamic set of user problems across the product
Ship new product launches and platform capabilities at speed
Improve our monetization features, app quality, and backend reliability
Iteratively improve a legacy codebase while keeping an eye on long-term maintainability
We are a remote friendly-company — with a strong commitment to ensuring you will do great work here and have best professional experience of your life. This role is open to candidates across the U.S.
Who you are
You are experienced and curious. You have 4–5 years of backend development experience with a strong foundation in languages like Python or Java, and experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB). You’re eager to deepen your technical craft and broaden your systems thinking.
You think at a systems level. You understand the tradeoffs in evolving a legacy codebase — balancing short-term velocity with long-term maintainability. You map out edge cases for experiments and features, considering performance, scaling, and data implications. You appreciate the practical cost of complexity and advocate for the simplest solution that achieves the intended outcome.
You build with a platform mindset. You think about API contracts, shared infrastructure, and distributed systems patterns as first-class concerns — even when shipping product features. You can identify when a product need is better served by investing in a shared service versus a one-off implementation, and you balance that tension pragmatically.
You have a product mindset. You connect backend work to measurable business impact. You think about how experiments tie to user growth and engagement, and you balance technical decisions with product outcomes.
You move quickly and iterate. You can scope and deliver MVPs to learn early, gather data, and iterate. You know how to balance speed and reliability so experiment results are trustworthy.
You work well cross-functionally. You enjoy partnering closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists to shape hypotheses and act on results. You communicate tradeoffs clearly and can reframe constraints as opportunities.
You’re collaborative and low ego. You evolve your thinking based on new data, seek the best solution regardless of ownership, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
What you will do
Build and ship experiments that improve monetization, host experiences, content understanding, and personalization for millions of users.
Evolve our backend systems — balancing quick iteration with code health and scalability.
Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, designers, and data scientists to shape and deliver high-impact features.
Instrument and analyze experiments to inform the next iteration.
Advocate for simplicity — making thoughtful tradeoffs to ensure solutions are maintainable and measurable.
Create something meaningful. Social products allow people to connect in ways that were never before possible. At Clubhouse, you’ll be figuring out something entirely new for the world—a positive product that brings people’s voices together to help everyone have a life filled with great friendships.
