Role Description and Mission:
The Cybersecurity Governance Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining Cybersecurity Security policies and standards across the enterprise. Partners with key IT leaders to ensure the information is updated and accurate. Drives security awareness across the organization. Coordinates security assessments, identifies risks and recommends appropriate corrective action.
Key Outcomes:
- Assist in identifying, developing, and maintaining enterprise cybersecurity policies and standards, aligning processes with established frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2.
- Perform vendor security and privacy risk assessments, evaluate control environments, monitor findings, and track ongoing vendor remediation efforts.
- Respond to client security questionnaires, coordinate evidence collection, and support customer trust reviews and external audits.
- Provide guidance on core security controls—including access management, data encryption, logging, and business continuity—while investigating deficiencies to recommend and track corrective actions.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT/Engineering teams to support data security implementations and drive enterprise-wide security awareness programs.
- Partner with IT and Engineering leaders to create and refine the enterprise security architecture while supporting security control assessment strategies.
Skills, Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years in information security compliance with hands-on experience to industry compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, SOC 2, or ISO 27001. Experience maintaining compliance documentation, ability to map controls to technical implementations and evaluate evidence quality.
- Demonstrates the ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate security risks across application, network, endpoint, and cloud environments—including DevSecOps practices and emerging technologies like AI—while ensuring strict alignment with enterprise security policies.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of industry-standard control frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2) to evaluate controls, manage evidence collection, and maintain enterprise-wide compliance.
- Skilled at building productive relationships across all organizational levels, including IT management, technical staff, external vendors, and consultants, to drive security awareness and risk remediation.
- Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills; adept at authoring technical documentation, delivering security presentations, and accurately completing complex client security questionnaires.
- Rapidly learns and applies advanced technical security concepts, adapting governance strategies seamlessly within a fast-paced, constantly evolving cybersecurity environment.
- Applies strong analytical skills and sound independent judgment to evaluate complex risk scenarios, pay close attention to detail, and execute effective decision-making.

Role Description and Mission:
The Senior Manager, Learning Architecture is a strategic leadership position responsible for designing and scaling the enterprise digital learning infrastructure, AI-assisted learning pathways, and continuous capability development frameworks across the organization. Working independently under the direction of the Director, Talent Management, this role partners with business leaders to align dynamic skills forecasting with personalized employee development workflows. The Senior Manager owns the continuous optimization of learning technologies and analytics, driving employee time-to-proficiency and aligning learning outcomes with strategic business goals.
Essential Functions:
- Learning Tech Stack Modernization: Modernize and govern the enterprise learning technology infrastructure by integrating Generative AI tools and digital talent platforms into daily operational workflows to provide real-time, context-specific performance support.
- Dynamic Skills Forecasting & Inventory: Build and maintain an agile, data-driven skills inventory, partnering with business leaders to forecast technology disruptions and proactively design upskilling and reskilling pathways.
- Curriculum Architecture & Capability Building: Direct the design and deployment of holistic learning tracks, balancing deep leadership and behavioral transformation programs with modular, searchable micro-learning performance assets.
- Manager Enablement & Coaching Frameworks: Develop operational toolkits, coaching frameworks, and continuous feedback mechanisms to empower people managers to integrate ongoing development into regular team cadences.

Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development, instructional design, or talent development, including experience mentoring peers or leading teams. Demonstrated experience operating modern digital talent stacks and implementing AI-driven learning tools.
- Learning Technology & AI Integration: Possesses advanced capability in building and operating modern enterprise digital talent stacks and Generative AI applications; leverages emerging technology to automate workflows and scale personalized learning.
- Adult Learning & Cognitive Fluency: Demonstrates deep mastery of adult learning theory and behavioral psychology; applies cognitive science principles to design high-impact, retention-focused learning pathways.
- Data-Driven Strategic Alignment: Skilled in translating executive KPIs and operational metrics into targeted learning interventions; builds live performance dashboards to track capability velocity and business impact.
- Strategic Stakeholder Influence: Capable of establishing strong consultative partnerships across management levels; effectively challenges legacy paradigms to align capability frameworks with enterprise objectives.

Position Summary
The Lead Data Analyst (Network) is at the forefront of data-driven initiatives for the group, acting as a linchpin between raw data and actionable insights. This position dissects complex datasets, identifies patterns, and leverages those insights to drive business growth. Collaborates closely with various internal and external stakeholders, helping them understand the data and how this information can shape future strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Advanced Analytics: Develop and deploy advanced analytical models to improve our understanding of Network supply and demand, identify operational inefficiencies, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership
- Performance Monitoring: Implement real-time dashboards and reporting to track and assess Network performance against established metrics
- Network Strategy Innovation: Challenge the status quo and be willing to propose and test new strategies for increasing competition and engagement within our service provider network
- Stakeholder Feedback Analysis: Analyze feedback, ratings, and reviews from multiple sources and stakeholders to gain insights into service quality, customer satisfaction, and provider satisfaction, identifying actionable insights for improvement
- Service Provider Insights: Develop operational and performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for 3rd party service providers, enabling them to enhance their service delivery, optimize processes, and align more closely with organizational objectives
- Capacity Analysis and Modeling: Analyze the capacity of our Network, identifying gaps, weaknesses, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality, making recommendations for Network recruiting, retention, and optimization
- Testing: Leads test and pilots for process changes as a a result of analysis and communicates the results and recommendations to all areas of management
- Subject matter expert: Serves as an internal data analytics expert by ensuring consistency in data analysis methodologies and sharing of best practices
Experience and Skills:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience. Degree that emphasizes data analysis and communication (e.g., computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, or statistics) preferred
- 5+ years of business and data analysis experience
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Experience with data management, specifically with validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems
- Demonstrated project and task management capability
- Past experience with BI, Google Workspace, and CRM Tools
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases is required
- An analytical professional with attention to detail and high standard of performance excellence
