The Opportunity
Flywire is seeking a motivated and strategically minded Relationship Manager (RM) to join our team and support our existing portfolio of education clients. As a trusted partner, the RM will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their goals, drive adoption of Flywire solutions, and deliver exceptional service. This role is critical in building long-term, value-driven relationships that increase utilization, uncover new opportunities, and ultimately drive retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned client portfolio, fostering strategic and operational partnerships across multiple campus offices.
- Partner with Sales, Implementation, Client Optimization and other teams to design and execute strategies that maximize adoption and expand Flywire’s wallet share.
- Develop strategic account plans that document client objectives, goals, and growth opportunities.
- Manage contract renewals, upsell new products, and lead negotiations with the support of internal teams.
- Oversee product implementation and rollout, ensuring a smooth client and payer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements, recommend solutions, and escalate as needed.
- Adopt a data driven approach, working alongside Client Analysts, to spot potential risks before they materialize.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and communications to client stakeholders, including senior executives.
Qualifications
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or consultative sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong commercial drive and ability to identify, diagnose, and solve client business challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility across all levels, including executives.
- Proven success in managing contract renewals and negotiations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and project management skills with a proactive, data-driven approach.
- Experience in higher education and/or fintech preferred.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus.
- Willingness to travel ~25%.

The Opportunity
We, at Flywire, are looking for an experienced Product Manager, ideally with a background in FinTech. Primarily you will be responsible for the defining and executing the technical strategy for our Go To Market technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You will prioritize tasks and features based on technical feasibility, business impact and user feedback, while collaborating closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable plans. This role oversees the product development lifecycle, manages the roadmap, and ensures the platform’s technical integrity and quality. You will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Product Manager will shape the future of our Go To Market systems by partnering with key stakeholders, product managers, and cross functional engineering teams to design and build technical platforms that enable the development and integration of numerous applications, products or services.
- The successful candidate will own and drive platform, vision, strategy and roadmaps. You must be comfortable working with the senior business stakeholders, product management, technical architects, and engineers.
- A successful candidate will be able to handle multiple projects, evaluating priority, ensuring accuracy and timeless in delivery. You will develop near, mid and long-term holistic capabilities strategy with a strong focus on enabling revenue growth. Lead improvements in the Go To Market experience through development of new and innovative solutions and product capabilities.
- Ensure the alignment of roadmap to business goals, driving execution and evolving the platform capabilities. Leveraging metrics, stakeholder interviews, industry trends and platform enhancements to identify opportunities. Lead cross functional teams in shaping future platform decisions and strategies.
- Provide regular, impactful communication of priorities, progress and impact to stakeholders and leadership, including the creation and communication of release notes
- Define and evangelize the vision, translate the vision into roadmaps and detailed execution plans. Maintaining roadmaps including iterations; break down large scale initiatives into user stories.
- Map processes, identify process improvements and influence team and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements, by breaking down work and creating user stories for engineering and technical teams, including launch and ongoing KPI to monitor platform health and business value realization.
- Manage schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development, launch and enhancements.
- Leads in the adoption and maturing of agile practices. Manage multiple tasks concurrently and work within tight deadlines to balance workload effectively.
Qualifications
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a Product leadership role – experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, building process flows, and creating other associated artifacts to inform software engineers and the development needs
- Experience as a Product Manager supporting Go To Market teams leveraging tools such as Salesforce Platform and Marketo.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-friendly language for various levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities; strong bias towards data-based decision marking
- Pro-active and self motivated work style with proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible positive attitude to deliver results within a cross-functional team.
- Experience in both Agile and Scrum processes from a Product owner perspective.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates effective communication and ability to influence all levels of management and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Strong collaboration skills as this role partners with business leaders to develop and implement strategic plans in line with the vision. Sufficient technical depth and business acumen to identify risk of future issues.
- Effective communication with engineering teams to clarify requirements as well as with cross functional teams to understand and work through their dependencies.
- Creative problem solver – ability to analyze complex data and user requests into simple design approved solutions. Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to support multiple simultaneous initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.

- Experienced with implementation that spans multiple countries

The Opportunity:
- Build client relationships and manage full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- Contribute to pipeline generation, prospecting, and lead generation (we relentlessly pursue new business!)
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
- Achieve established goals to deliver monthly and quarterly revenue quota

Qualifications

The opportunity
As Flywire continues to scale its Travel software and payments platform, Product Marketing plays a central role in how we turn product capability into market impact.
We serve more than 22,000 travel and hospitality businesses. This role covers both lines of our Travel vertical: Hospitality, including hotels and boutique accommodations, and Experiential, including travel operators and DMCs. With Sertifi by Flywire, we cover the full path from contract to settlement, including digital contracts, deposits, and group event payments.
This role sits at the intersection of Product and Go to Market. The focus is straightforward. Make our solutions easy to understand, easy to sell, and clearly differentiated. You will shape how we position our products, how we go to market, and how we enable teams to win. The output shows up in pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue. You will report to the VP, Product Marketing.
You will connect product strategy, customer insight, and commercial execution. That means sharpening our story, targeting the right customers, and ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. It also means bringing real feedback from the field back into how we evolve both messaging and product direction.
What you’ll do:
Positioning, ICP, and Messaging
- Define clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions for our Travel solutions
- Own Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas across the Hospitality and Experiential segments, grounded in customer and market insight
- Translate complex software and payments capabilities into simple, compelling narratives
- Ensure consistency across Product, Marketing, and Sales
Go to Market and Launch Execution
- Lead go to market strategy for launches, releases, and commercial initiatives in Travel

Enablement and Revenue Impact

- Part of a team of three specialists who support 14,000+ active Invoiced accounts.
- Reliably delivers prompt and accurate answers to unstructured questions about Invoiced features and integrations via email, phone, and chat. Due to the complex nature of our software, these replies are rarely templated. Agents rely on our documentation, their own test results, and experience to provide accurate answers.
