About the Role
We're hiring an Office & Facilities Coordinator to keep our Brooklyn facility running, take care of the team, and quietly handle the hundred things that would otherwise pull engineers and operators off their work. You'll own the physical space at 300 Meserole, the experience of working here day to day, and the logistics behind getting our team in front of customers at tradeshows. This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who likes to be the person who gets things done.
What You'll Do
People Experience
Run the rhythms that make this a great place to work: Wednesday team lunches, birthdays and celebrations, holiday and summer parties
Assist with new-hire setup end to end — desks, chairs, laptops, monitors, and account provisioning (Gmail, Slack, Brivo) so people are productive on day one
Build and run visitor management: a sign-in system with a short-form NDA, food when needed, and lightweight event support
Facilities
Be the point person with our landlord and the building super on the basics: bathrooms and plumbing, annual fire extinguisher service, and AC/heating maintenance
Manage building vendors, including cleaner coordination and waste management
Own facilities compliance, including fire drills, first aid supplies and training
Handle the unglamorous-but-critical: laundering arc flash suits, patio maintenance, coordinating electricians and building improvements, and dealing with the city or contractors when they dig a hole in front of our loading door (true story)
Office & Warehouse Stocking
Keep the office and warehouse stocked — snacks, coffee, paper goods, etc.
Keep the space organized, lead facility rebranding, and solve ad-hoc issues from time to time
Tradeshow Support & Coordination
Order and manage swag, merch, and booth materials; handle shipping to and from events
Coordinate hotel blocks and travel schedules for the team
Maintain a master calendar for each event
What We're Looking For
1+ years in office management, facilities, workplace operations, or a similar high-ownership operations role
A bias toward action: you see what needs doing and handle it without being asked
Strong vendor and stakeholder management; comfortable being the face to landlords, contractors, and the city
Highly organized, with the judgment to juggle competing priorities and the follow-through to close loops
Comfortable in a physical environment — a manufacturing floor, not just a desk

Experience in a startup, manufacturing, or warehouse environment

We're hiring a Supply Chain Operations Lead to own procurement and make on-time delivery the default at Podium. Speed is our core product promise — we commit to 3–4 week lead times for control panels, which leaves 1–2 weeks to source every component a build requires. Procurement isn't a back-office function here; it's the engine that determines whether we keep that promise. You'll convert requirements into purchase orders, expedite at-risk items, and drive Okay-to-Build readiness so production never waits on parts.
This role goes well beyond purchasing. You'll be the primary operator of Purchasing in Odoo, our ERP, along with our recently adopted AI supply chain platform. The right candidate will not just run these systems, but shape them. You'll act as an internal product owner for our supply chain stack.
You'll partner closely with our electrical engineering, product, technical sales, operations, and finance teams to keep every project fully tracked and accurately costed. You'll own the supply base directly — building relationships with inside sales reps and technical contacts across our vendors. As one of our first dedicated supply chain hires, you'll define the sourcing playbook, tooling, and supplier strategy that scale with the company.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end purchasing for every active project —sourcing and issuing POs to meet hardware budgets and lead-time requirements
Forecast component demand across the active project pipeline and get ahead of long-lead items so the 1–2 week procurement window is never the constraint
Project-manage the BOM across all active builds — tracking every line from PO to receipt, expediting at-risk items, and driving Okay-to-Build readiness so production never stalls
Qualify and onboard new suppliers, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and partner with finance to hit hardware savings targets — continuously scoring vendors on price, lead time, quality, and communication
Define and own procurement KPIs — on-time delivery, PO cycle time, and cost variance — and report them to leadership
Act as internal product owner for our supply chain systems: identifying process improvements and increasing data accuracy in partnership with our product team
Own component continuity — approving alternates, securing multi-source and distributor access on critical parts, and monitoring EOL/change notices
Establish the procurement playbook from the ground up — sourcing strategy, supplier scorecards, and the processes that scale as we grow
Own relationships directly with inside sales reps and technical contacts across our vendor base, traveling to meet them and represent Podium at conferences (1-2 per quarter)
What We're Looking For
1-3 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within a hardware, manufacturing, or electrical/industrial environment
Proficiency with an ERP/MRP system and strong data and business-systems instincts — you're comfortable living in software day to day
Strong project management skills and the ability to keep many moving parts on schedule in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A builder mindset towards tools and process; empowered to drive improvements
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with suppliers: you can be friendly while simultaneously firm on what Podium needs to grow
This role is on-site 5 days / week at our Brooklyn, NY HQ
Nice to Have
Experience sourcing electrical or electromechanical components — control panel parts, motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, enclosures, wire and cable, or similar
Experience with Odoo

We are seeking an Assembly Technician I to join a nimble, fast-paced team at the front lines of our factory, building and testing industrial control panels. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of different operations from enclosure modification through wiring through final testing. As Podium iterates and implements new technologies, you will work hand-in-hand with the engineering team to both operate and test the new methods and equipment, while providing feedback and suggestions to help continually improve our production process.
What You’ll Do
Modify enclosures to include cutouts for panel mounted devices.
Retrieve components from stockroom and help maintain stockroom inventory levels
Mount components to the panel and wire them together bsaed on work instructions
Complete inspection procedures to ensure panels were assembled correctly
Assist with preparing completed panels for shipping, and helping load/unload goods from trucks when needed.
Test new methods and operate prototype automated equipment to help improve the speed and quality of the panels Podium builds, and provide constructive and detailed feedback.

Required for this role
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanically inclined and experience doing light sheet metal modification work
Attention to detail in following written instructions
Understanding of electrical fundamentals (AC vs DC voltage, function of overcurrent protection devices, sizing of wiring)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work on your feet 8 hours/day
Able to lift items that are 25 lbs
Available to work in-person in Brooklyn, NY Monday through Friday.
Preferred for this role
Experience working in a UL 508A panel shop or with industrial control panels
Familiar with DTM, E3, EPLAN, or AutoCAD Electrical
