Founding Growth
About Terac
Terac is building the infrastructure for accessing human capability on demand. We are working toward a future where Terac deeply understands:
What every person is capable of, what they want, and where they can thrive
What work our customers need completed and what success requires
What creates a great match between the two
With this understanding, Terac can intelligently allocate human capability to the work where it creates the most value for both our experts and customers. Today, our initial wedge is providing specialized experts for AI training, evaluation, market research, and other expert-driven research.
This future was not previously possible. Understanding people and work at this depth required more information and judgment than any organization could reasonably process. As a result, the labor market came to rely on crude proxies: résumés, credentials, applications, interviews, and personal networks. At Terac, we're changing this by making it possible to synthesize thousands of signals about a person’s knowledge, performance, preferences, and potential while developing an equally detailed understanding of the work itself.
We place 1,000s of experts per month, pay our experts, on average, over $90/hr. We're a team of 15 based in San Francisco, and we work with many leading research companies.
About the role
Today, Terac's projects team handles over 50 projects per month across 25+ clients. You will strategically focus on how we build our network to support the next 1,000 projects. You will partner directly with the CEO and Head of Projects to shape and scale the expert side of the marketplace. This is the consumer side of our marketplace and required unique understanding of targeting and growing communities in different niches.
You're someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.
You will:
Run expert acquisition: build and run marketing campaigns 24/7 that are targeting the highest-leverage domain experts we need at any given moment through ads, our referral network, event marketing, or any other method you can dream up.
Be rigorously data-driven: You will manage a 7-figure budget and be tasked with acquiring millions of experts. It's vital we make informed decisions.
Build Terac's credibility: Between running our socials, engaging in Reddit/Discord communities, organizing roundtables, and being active in a dedicated Slack with our top experts it will be your job to drive credibility to the Terac brand and make being a Terac expert a sought after title.
Event marketing: we host monthly dinners for AI researchers, our top experts, and hackathons for our power users. You will travel across the country and the world representing Terac to the expert community.
You have:
Proven experience in GTM, outbound sales, or growth roles
Demonstrated success owning pipelines and delivering results at scale
Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and similar tools
Strong judgment and ability to prioritize under pressure
You likely have experience in:
Growth or strategy at early stage or high growth startups.
Exposure to marketplaces, platforms, or two-sided businesses.
Misc
Compensation: Competitive salary, meaningful equity vested over four years, $10K relocation bonus (for moving to the Bay Area), and an additional $5k housing bonus (if you move within 0.5 miles of our office), Health, Dental, Vision insurance, 401(k) with company match
Growth opportunities: You're joining Terac at one of the earliest stages and will have an opportunity to shape and grow with the company as a founding member.
Account Executive
About Phoebe
Phoebe builds AI teammates for home health: the coordination layer for one of the largest labor markets in the country.
The U.S. medical staffing market is $25B+ and growing, with strong demographic tailwinds as America ages. AI is changing how staffing works, and we’re building to lead that transition. As more agencies and caregivers use Phoebe, the platform gets more valuable.
We're growing fast; in the past 6 months we hit over $1M in ARR, and recently raised $9.5M from Slow Ventures and Quiet. We’re a small team, we move fast, and we’re focused on turning early traction into a durable business. We're hiring an AE to help us meet demand.
The Role
Phoebe already has an early sales motion. Your job is to make it consistent and repeatable.
You’ll work closely with our Founding GTM Sales Leader to standardize how we qualify, run discovery, deliver demos, and hand off to close. You’ll own the funnel from first contact through a completed demo: building the frameworks, running the calls, and ensuring the opportunities that move forward are the right ones.
This is a collaborative, high-visibility role with a direct line to the CEO and real input into how Phoebe goes to market.
What You’ll Own
Qualification: define and run the framework that determines which opportunities are worth pursuing
Discovery: lead structured conversations that surface real pain, confirm fit, and set up each demo to land
Demo: run the full demo experience, tailored to each prospect’s workflows and priorities
Close: own proposal and close follow through with qualified customers, then deliver clean, well-documented handoffs to the implementation team post-close
Outbound prospecting: use tools like Clay and Attio to build targeted sequences and keep the funnel moving
Pre-sales collateral: build discovery guides, demo scripts, and objection-handling frameworks that make the motion repeatable
GTM partnership: work closely with the founding team to align on qualification criteria and standardize the end-to-end process
Who You Are
You have 2–3+ years in a BDR, SDR, or sales engineering role, including some time at an early-stage startup. You can build process where there isn’t one, and you hold yourself to a high standard in both cold outbound and warm inbound.
Experience in a 0-to-1 or early-stage environment; you can point to things you built, not just supported
Ownership mindset; you know the numbers, spot the gaps, and fix them
Strong live demo skills; you can handle tough questions on the fly and speak credibly with ops leaders and agency executives
Sharp discovery; you ask hard questions early and avoid wasting time on bad-fit deals
Hands-on with LLMs and tools like Clay and Attio (or you can get up to speed quickly)
Strong debrief habits; you document what works and use the data to improve
Home care, healthcare or staffing experience is a plus; genuine interest in the space is required
What we Offer
Interesting, high-leverage work at a company growing very fast
We offer competitive compensation in line with venture-backed Series A companies
Small team where your work ships to customers immediately
In-person in NYC - we work in the same room
Multiple second-time founders to learn from - Justin (CEO) sold Bayes (YC S19) to Airtable. Dave built and sold Kamana, an app for travel nurses
How to apply
Tell us about a demo or discovery process you built or improved: what it looked like before, what you changed, and what happened.
No cover letter needed.

Growth Manager
Who are we?
We are Plumery, and we exist to fix a broken model.
For decades, banks have been forced to choose between “buy” or “build”, locking them into monolithic platforms or forcing them into multi-year, high-risk internal projects. Our mission is to enable banks and other financial institutions of any size globally to implement delightful mobile and web experiences for their customers and provide them with the foundation for success beyond fast-time-to-market.
We provide the “Digital Success Fabric” platform that gives banks the best of both worlds. We let them buy for parity and build for competitive edge, launching new, delightful experiences.
We’re not just another vendor; we’re industry insiders. Plumery was founded by the core team that helped build two of the industry’s biggest unicorns, founded by the ex-Chief Product & Technology Officer of Mambu and the ex-Chief Architect of Backbase.
We’re a team of “banking rebels” backed by world-class investors like Headline, Seedcamp, and BTV.
Our name comes from the Plumeria, a beautiful tropical flower symbolising new beginnings. We know exactly what’s broken in fintech, believe it’s time for a fresh start and we’re building the platform to fix it.
Role Overview
As Growth Manager, you will turn strategy into measurable outcomes across awareness, acquisition, activation, and expansion. You’ll run data-driven experiments, own key channels and campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the growth plan: Translate the Head of Growth’s strategy into quarterly roadmaps, campaigns, and experiments with clear KPIs.
- Demand generation: Plan and run multi-channel programs (email, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, paid, events/webinars, ABM) to create and progress qualified opportunities.
- Lifecycle & funnel optimisation: Improve conversion across the funnel (MQL→SQL→opportunity→win) using testing, content, and nurture sequences.
- Analytics & reporting: Build dashboards, track CAC, CPL, conversion rates, velocity, and ROI; recommend actions from the data.
- Sales enablement: Create and maintain pitch assets, one-pagers, case studies, and competitive battlecards; support field teams with playbooks.
- Event coordination: Plan and execute conferences, webinars, and community meetups.
- Awards & listings: Own award submissions, analyst questionnaires, marketplace/catalog listings, and testimonial/reference pipelines.
- PR & comms support: Coordinate with PR partners, draft press materials, manage media/influencer outreach, and support announcements/launches.
- Partnerships support: Coordinate co-marketing and co-sell motions with cloud/core/SI partners; manage joint webinars and listings.
- Market insight: Monitor competitor moves, category trends, and buyer signals; feed insights to Product and GTM teams.
- Process & tooling: Own CRM/automation hygiene (e.g., Pipedrive), lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign ops.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing, ideally in Financial Services software or B2B SaaS.
- Proven record running multi-channel programs that generate pipeline and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient with marketing automation/CRM, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable producing concise GTM assets.
- Collaborative, hands-on, and organised; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with core banking, digital banking, or fintech partnerships; experience with ABM and product-led growth tactics.
Why you’ll want to work here
- Real Ownership, Real Impact: This isn’t a cog-in-a-machine role. You’ll have high ownership and your work will directly and measurably impact our pipeline, revenue, and brand.
- No Red Tape: We’re a team of A-players focused on scalable, efficient growth. You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth and our founding team, turning strategy into action without layers of bureaucracy.
- Build a Category: You won’t just be in fintech; you’ll be actively building a new category. You’ll be on the front lines, competing with (and winning against) the biggest names in the industry.
- Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a high-growth company.
Plumery is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
Forward Deployed Engineer
About Phoebe
Phoebe is modernizing America’s home healthcare infrastructure. This is the coordination layer for one of the largest labor markets in the country.
Today, we build AI teammates for home care and home health agencies - starting with scheduling workflows that are mission-critical, high-volume, and deeply broken.
About You
You are a business-minded engineer who enjoys speaking with customers and thinking through and solving problems end-to-end
You might want to start your own company one day, but aren’t sure what to build yet
You might have spent time at a silicon valley startup or larger Unicorn and want to join a fast growing startup with PMF. You’re looking for a customer facing, business-focused engineering role that works closely between sales and core engineering
What You’ll Do
Interact directly with customers and deliver solutions end to end, from understanding pain points to designing and implementing solutions
Work closely with sales and GTM to close deals and activate customers
Drive product feedback loops directly back into the product roadmap
First 90 Days
Meet customers. You'll jump in on implementations already in progress, join customer calls, and get deep on how homecare scheduling actually works. By the end of month one, you'll own active customer relationships yourself.
Iterate independently with customers. You'll be diagnosing and resolving customer issues directly, building quick fixes that unblock go-lives, and delivering small customizations that show agencies Phoebe can work exactly the way they do.
Contribute to the product roadmap. You'll identify your first pattern across multiple customers, such a friction point, a repeated request, a recurring workaround, and work with the team to generalize it into a product improvement.
You're a Good Fit If
You're a strong generalist (2+ years shipping real products) who can work across the stack
You genuinely enjoy speaking with customers
You stay on the cutting edge of AI dev workflows and love using coding agents to automate engineering, observability, and the entire development workflow.
You're interested in the full product development loop: understanding a problem, building a solution, seeing it used, and iterating
You're comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out as you go
You've worked with LLMs in production (or are eager to)
You want to be early at a company that's growing very quickly
What We Offer
Interesting, high-leverage work at a company growing very fast
We offer competitive compensation in line with venture-backed Series A companies
Small team where your work ships to customers immediately
In-person in NYC - we work in the same room
Multiple second-time founders to learn from - Justin (CEO) sold Bayes (YC S19) to Airtable. Dave built and sold Kamana, an app for travel nurses.
