Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager with a deep understanding of the restaurant industry and a proven track record of building strategic relationships with major brands. This role will be instrumental in identifying and closing partnerships, working closely with the Implementation Manager to onboard and train partner accounts, and driving revenue growth from partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry and a strong network of contacts within the industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and source strategic partnerships with major brands and key players in the restaurant industry.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
Drive the partnership lifecycle from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and implementation.
Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to onboard and train partner accounts, ensuring successful integration and adoption of Loop AI's products and services.
Own and manage partner accounts, driving revenue growth and maximizing the value of partner relationships.
Develop and execute partnership strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team and lead efforts to acquire new customers and expand revenue within existing accounts. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on technology solutions and a passion for driving business growth.
Role expectations:
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise customers and expand revenue within existing accounts.

The Role:
This role will be a key leader at our Groveport, OH Fulfillment Center. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to achieve productivity, safety, and departmental goals. The potential assignments would be one or more of the following areas: replenishment, receiving, outbound, inventory, special projects & returns. The ability to, work in a fast-paced environment, motivate a performance driven team, and be customer service driven, is a must.

The Role:
This Maintenance Technician I performs daily start-up of material handling equipment. Inspects conveyors, sorters, etc. to ensure proper operations; notes, problems; and reports problems for service. Performs basic service on material handling equipment. Makes minor adjustments, lubricates moving parts, repositions photo eyes, and reports any problems. Changes batteries in powered lift equipment. Maintains batteries by cleaning, filling, and recharging. Performs basic plumbing by unclogging drains, repairing leaky fixtures, and installing new service under the supervision of a Maintenance Technician. Performs basic carpentry by repairing workstations, furniture, and doors as well as assisting with office renovation projects. Assists Maintenance Technicians with electrical troubleshooting, replacing, or repairing mechanical components, and performs preventive maintenance. Assists Maintenance Technicians with more complex repairs. Maintains a safe working environment. Cleans maintenance areas and lift equipment, replaces light bulbs throughout the facility.
What You'll Do:
· Performs and completes work assigned to individual; the individual does not assign work to others.
· Performs many routine tasks independently, but also works as part of a team on some projects and tasks.
· Follows guidelines on whether to repair or report equipment problems.
· Required to use all hand tools, power tools, and test equipment, a 2-way radio, as well as operating powered lift equipment and vehicles.
· Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team for the facility.
· Performs all other tasks as may be assigned.

You will be responsible to develop, support, and maintain the resources and processes necessary to efficiently manage and improve distribution center operations, including picking, packing, shipping, inbound receiving, and consolidation operations. The ability to motivate a performance driven team and be customer service driven, is a must. Potential shifts include first, second and weekend shift.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain records on working hours and meet financial projections of team
Consistently review operations and recommend and implement improvements as cleared by upper management.
Give directions for shift operational flow, flex resources to consistently achieve requirements in all areas at lowest cost.
Direct supervisor staff to maintain proper productive staffing levels per budget and departmental demands, including all interviewing, training and discipline processes and ensure that all departments are correctly staffed and agreed upon daily.
Drive efficiency in operations by continuously improving current processes and practices.
Develop, support and maintain the resources and processes necessary to efficiently manage and improve DC operations.
Maintain an atmosphere that fosters teamwork, effective communications, clear and fair metrics, consistent policy administration and great customer service.
Create and maintain departmental spreadsheets of performance, cost per piece and accuracy.
Promote a safe working environment. Report all incidents and injuries.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ve Done:
5+ yrs warehouse operations experience within 1 of the following.... replenishment, receiving, outbound, inventory, special projects & returns
3+ years of supervisory or lead experience in which you motivated, trained and led your team into performing at extraordinary levels.
Systems experience with WMS, OMS, Excel, and other Office applications.
High School diploma or GED.
Top candidates will also have:
You have successfully utilized data to support decisions and drive success in your responsible areas
Prior 3PL operations experience.
Prior B2B wholesale experience
Physical Work Environment:
Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).
Able to lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs. on occasion (document boxes, files, binders, and other items)
Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
Able to work overtime including extended schedules during peak seasons.
