Director of Product Marketing
The role
Omnifold a series B start up building an AI-centric planning platform for supply chain. We sell against a well established category: advanced planning systems. Enterprises have poured two decades and enormous budgets into these systems, yet they fall short. Our job is to take this category and make it our own.
This hire will sit at the center of the work to capture an unfair share of the $30B TAM in supply chain software. If you love the Salesforce “no software” story, or how Databricks fights against Snowflake, we want to talk with you.
What you own
Positioning and messaging. Different, not better. The articulation has to hold at every altitude: the top-level tag, the category narrative, the web copy, the ad copy, the enablement.
Product marketing and launch. Bring the product to life. Name the capabilities, define what each one is for, and build the vocabulary the entire company uses — starting with demand planning. Then build the motion so the next launch is faster. The fun part here? Doing the work so we are familiar enough to understand, but different enough to stand out.
Insights and storytelling. Build the narratives that make the problem land, and build them by vertical. A CPG CSCO and a pharma CSCO do not lose sleep over the same thing. You will leverage all the channels to establish our story.
Campaign architecture. You will define and execute (with the head of demand gen) our campaigns. We can be as creative and ambitious as we want. Our mandate will be to ensure our campaigns have impact, are different, and create action.
What we expect
Four pillars, one person. You will be an individual contributor for a while, and you will build a team as we grow. If you need staff underneath you to be effective, this is the wrong role. If you have been waiting for a scope this wide and this unclaimed, it is the right one.
A rough first-year sequence, so the breadth reads as ordered rather than infinite:
First 90 days: positioning and messaging architecture locked
Next: launch demand planning. This is the proof that the machine works.
Then: vertical narratives, and plays pushed into the sales team.
Throughout: a steady drumbeat of published thinking
That order is a starting point, not a mandate. If you get here and think it is wrong, say so.
Who you are
10+ years in B2B product marketing
You have demonstrated the ability to launch products — not just message around ones that already existed.
You have written positioning that survived contact with the market, and you can name the parts that did not.
You can learn a hard technical domain fast and then explain it simply. You do need to be the kind of person who will know it in ninety days.
You enjoy creating content.
You are opinionated and want to build something special.
Nice to haves: experience in supply chain and marketing AI based systems

Social Media Manager
About the Team
This is where brand voice meets business impact. The Social Media Manager joins Outreach's Corporate Marketing and Communications function — a collaborative group of storytellers, strategists, and brand builders who believe that how a company shows up in the world is as important as what it ships. We work cross-functionally — alongside executives, product marketing, PR, and content teams — to ensure Outreach is visible, credible, and unmistakable in the market.
We're curious about what's next: in social media, in AI-powered content creation, and in the way modern buyers discover and engage with brands. We bring bold ideas, hold a high bar on quality, and take real ownership of outcomes — together.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Social Media Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how Outreach shows up across global social channels. This is a highly visible role that blends strategic brand storytelling with executive enablement. It provides an opportunity to define the social voice of a category-defining company at the forefront of AI for revenue teams, with the creative freedom and executive access to make an outsized impact.
You'll lead the company's corporate social media presence, partner closely with Outreach executives to develop their social strategies, and work with our social media agency as the main point of contact, driving the social expression of our brand campaigns, customer stories, and AI leadership.
AI is transforming how teams create, distribute, and measure social content, and this role sits at that intersection. We're an AI-leading marketing team that uses emerging tools to work smarter, move faster, and build connections that resonate. We're looking for someone who brings that same mindset to every channel, campaign, and audience interaction.
Senior GTM AI Advisor
About the Team
Our AI Advisors are where the promise of the platform becomes real for our customers. We act as trusted advisors — to our customers and to each other — partnering across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services as one team working toward the same outcome: customers who see measurable value and keep coming back for more. AI is part of how we get there — sharpening the insights we bring to every customer conversation. We lead with a customer-first mindset, take ownership of the results we commit to, and bring the curiosity to keep learning as the way our customers' work continues to evolve.
The Role
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior AI GTM Advisor to partner with customers in maximizing value from our platform — leveraging AI to drive efficiency, adoption, and business outcomes. This role blends traditional CSM responsibilities with a strong focus on AI enablement, insights, and automation. AI is transforming how our customers operate, and this role makes sure they adopt it while they realize its full value, moving from manual processes to intelligent, automated workflows that drive real business impact.
Success in this role shows up in the numbers our customers and Outreach both care about; Net Revenue Retention, Gross Retention, and AI feature adoption; because when customers realize value, growth follows.
