About the Team
Decagon’s Revenue Operations team is a multidisciplinary group of operators combining strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and high-velocity execution. Covering GTM-wide strategy, operations and analytics, we are proactive, data-driven partners to leadership – providing critical insights, driving operational efficiency, and getting things done.
In this role, you will
- Operations & systems: own important day-to-day processes across GTM functions, including managing account and opportunity ownership, processing deals and renewals, driving reports and dashboard creation, operationalizing territories and more
- Data & analytics: monitor our CRM, records and dashboards and own various reporting for GTM leadership. Create, manipulate and analyze reports to derive data-driven insights
- Data quality & integrity: own the data quality of our internal systems by running regular audits and working with the team to drive long-term improvements
- Documentation and project management: create & maintain documentation on our internal processes, best practices and system requirements. Work with senior team members to streamline processes and implement solutions
Your background looks something like this
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations or an equivalent role. You've identified broken processes before being asked and fixed them
- Ownership & bias for action: you enjoy having end-to-end ownership of deliverables with an ability to get deep into details to get them done
- Communication: you are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Cross-functional collaboration: you enjoy problem-solving with stakeholders and partners from a wide variety of backgrounds and skill sets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficiency with Salesforce is required. Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, Clay, Hubspot and others is a plus

What you will need
1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing operational role, such as implementation, support, or operations with a US-based fast paced organization.
Strong communication skills (written required, verbal preferred)
Strong project management and organizational skills: good attention to detail with excellent work product, time management, and execution
Strong problem solving, research and conflict resolution skills
Strong desire to learn about subject matter and new processes surrounding the word
Prior experience at a Saas/start-up company preferred

We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on, entrepreneurial minded individual to join our Midwest Operations team. As an Operations Associate, you will enhance our fleet, optimize our teams in the warehouse and in the field, and be the local eyes and ears on the ground to understand the local needs of our riders. You will tackle challenges along our operational journey from the moment a vehicle arrives in our warehouse, until a customer ends their ride. What You'll Do:
Hire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for repairing, deploying and retrieving our shared electric vehicle
Build a safe, compliant and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet of vehicles for Indianapolis and surrounding regions
Define new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence within the warehouse and in the field
