- Hire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for deploying and retrieving our shared electric vehicle
- Ensure fleet readiness across the Louisville, Knoxville, Nashville and future TN & KY markets, including vehicle availability, charging, maintenance coordination, rebalancing, cleanliness, and overall operational uptime.
- Drive efficiency of the in-warehouse and out-of-warehouse operations by setting quality metrics that will enable you to track the performance and efficiency of the team and associated processes while ensuring accountability of the team to meet daily targets
- Drive warehouse safety, compliance, and efficiency by implementing strict quality processes and ensuring team adherence to daily targets across the region
- Operational Excellence: Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to maximise efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Partner cross-functionally on operations projects that result in identifying expansion opportunities within your region(s)
- Define and monitor KPIs that measure the profitability, revenue, and operational performance of your market(s)
- Provide complaint management and customer incidents investigation support
- Partner with the local Government Relations representative to manage key Legal, Regulatory and Safety issues
- Maintain positive relationships between customers, regulators/city officials, employees, and Lime management
About You:
- 1+ years of experience within an Operations position
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated expertise with the KY & TN region and ability to anticipate operational needs and/or challenges within this area
- Experience managing multiple operational units or holding direct P&L ownership
- Grit and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- High-energy and sound decision maker with the ability to make data-based decisions with a cost focused mindset
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets (Tableau & SQL knowledge would be a bonus) with the ability to navigate and draw inference from data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid in-state driver license and clean driving record
U.S. Based Position - What We Offer:
- Comprehensive Health & Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans. We also provide company-paid life and disability insurance and company-funded mental health benefits.
- Financial & Retirement Planning: 401(k) plan with both pre-tax and Roth options, and access to a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a monthly company contribution.
- Family & Fertility Support: Paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus fertility and family-forming benefits.

Nitra's mission is to build a more efficient healthcare system and the technology that makes it possible. Our goal is to provide an ecosystem of fintech and software solutions that help doctors better manage their practices, so they can have time back to focus on what matters to them most.
We operate with urgency, intensity, and ambition. The bar is high because the opportunity is massive. We expect excellence, ownership, and intellectual rigor from every team member. We move fast, make bold decisions, and hold ourselves accountable to results. At the same time, we believe great companies are built on trust and respect. Every voice matters. Every contribution counts. When we win, we win together.
We are scaling rapidly and on a clear trajectory toward becoming a unicorn this year — and beyond. Our growth is not accidental; it’s the result of disciplined execution, relentless focus, and a team that refuses to settle. We are building a category-defining company, and we’re looking for people who want to do the most meaningful work of their careers.
If you want comfort, this isn’t the place.
If you want impact, ownership, and the chance to help build a generational fintech company, welcome.
Nitra was created by unicorn founders who have successfully scaled to thousands of customers and exited $1B+ public offerings. They are joined by an ambitious and experienced team from American Express, Citi, PayPal, Capsule, Plaid, Bloomberg, Meta, Facebook, and Mastercard. The team is backed by some of the world’s leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co-founder of CityMD.
Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day.
We're looking for:
A People Operations Associate to serve as a founding member of Nitra’s People function and build the operational backbone of HR from the ground up. As a Series B company scaling toward unicorn status, we need someone who can stand up the systems, processes, and programs that allow us to hire, develop, reward, and retain exceptional people at pace — without slowing the business down.
This is a rare, high-ownership opportunity to define how a category-defining company runs its People operations. You won’t be inheriting a playbook; you’ll be writing it. You’ll own the infrastructure behind performance reviews, compensation, onboarding and offboarding, compliance, and manager and leadership enablement — partnering directly with leadership across the company. We’re looking for a high-achieving, detail-obsessed operator who treats People Ops as a discipline of systems and rigor, not just policy.

The Role
As a Business Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in building and scaling Partiful's operations. You'll act as a connector and force multiplier across every team in the company - identifying inefficiencies, standing up solutions or building the systems that fix them, and finding ways to make everyone faster. This is a role for someone who sees AI as a first instinct, not a last resort; no two weeks will look the same.
In this role you will:
Be a core part of an innovative, AI-native team that serves as the backbone of the company and the swiss-army-knife of any problem that arises
Personally execute on high-priority projects across the business
Own vendor relationships end-to-end - sourcing, diligencing, negotiating, and implementing
Drive cost reduction across the business, identifying and actioning on opportunities in collaboration with Product, Design and Data Science
Support ticketing operations, helping build and scale the systems and processes that power Partiful's new ticketing business
Relentlessly identify painpoints, and streamline, automate and scale processes to make every team across the business better and more efficient, with a strong bias towards building & deploying AI wherever possible
Prototype solutions & build internal tools end-to-end using vibe coding
You're a good fit if you:
Have 2-4 years of experience in business operations or a similar function, with a minimum of 1 year in a high-growth startup
Have minimum 2 years of "field work" — e.g., at a physical services marketplace (delivery, rideshare), forward deployed engineering, onsite consulting, etc.
Have experience performing self-service analytics, including SQL, python and/or dashboarding capabilities
Are AI-native, with a bias towards creating agents and relying on AI wherever possible to streamline workflows
Are able to inductively reason about metrics and strategy based on the facts you learn on the ground
Are comfortable jumping into any problem to fix it, no matter how small
Have a bachelors degree
What we offer:
401(k) with up to 6% matching
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and all your dependents (FSAs and HSA plans available)
Free OneMedical membership, telehealth, and virtual mental health services
Commuter benefits & contributions towards ClassPass and Citibike memberships
Unlimited vacation (minimum 3 weeks required)
Quarterly stipend to plan your own party and dogfood the product
Semi-annual travel benefit & semiannual team off-sites
Get invited to exclusive parties 🎉
In your application, please include a note on what's got you excited about Partiful! The compensation range for this role is $120,000-$160,000 depending on years of experience.
We're an equal-opportunity employer and strongly encourage applicants from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds to apply. We're proud to be a diverse team, and actively work to bring new perspectives to the table.
