From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to accelerate Figma's user acquisition and top-of-funnel growth. As part of the Growth organization, you'll own how new users discover, learn about, and decide to start using Figma - from our logged-out experiences to how we show up across emerging discovery channels.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and execute on a strategy for driving new user acquisition across Figma's product suite
Build a portfolio of experiments and new features around the logged-out and sign-up experience that help users discover and decide to try Figma
Build and optimize systems that improve Figma's visibility in both traditional search and generative search experiences
Collaborate with Growth Marketing to enable rapid experimentation, better measurement, and deeper product–marketing integration
Own the EDU product strategy, helping students and educators discover Figma early and grow into lifelong users, especially of our AI products
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of product management experience
Experience leading major product or growth initiatives across user-facing products
Demonstrated ability to connect team-level work to broader business and user value through metrics
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, both within the product development organization and with marketing/business functions
Deep user empathy, with the ability to navigate and understand complex product spaces
While it's not required, it's a plus if you also have:
Demonstrated understanding of AI-powered product development trends and their implications for our industry
Track record of delivering impact through data-driven experimentation and strategic bets
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
Figma offers equity to employees, as well as a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits with company contributions; parental leave and reproductive or family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; and paid time off. Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. Exempt employees are eligible for employer‑provided paid flexible PTO in addition to flexible paid sick leave. PTO is subject to manager approval. Additional benefits may include company recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, and a number of lifestyle spending accounts. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law.
Annual Base Salary Range:
$169,000 - $303,000 USD

Ensuring all written communication be compatible with screen readers
Changing the mode or format of interviews

Product Manager, Developer Platform

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
At Figma, we're building tools that help teams design, build, and ship better products together. Figma Make enables teams to go from prompt to production code, and the Figma agent is a purpose-built design agent that edits files directly on the Figma canvas.
We're looking for deeply technical Product Managers to own the developer platform: Figma’s MCP Server, REST API, and key first-party integrations like Figma for Slack and Figma for ChatGPT/for Claude. These roles sit at the intersection of product and infrastructure. If you're excited about developer tooling, systems thinking, and building the foundations that other product teams ship on top of, this role is for you.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
You’ll define and drive the strategy for one or more parts of our developer platform: the big bets, build-vs-buy calls, and how to sequence it all. Those areas:
Design↔code platform: how we translate between designs in Figma’s SceneGraph to code in customers’ Makes and production codebases
External platform: how external AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) access Figma context using our MCP Server & REST APIs, how and when Figma’s AI products appear in other surfaces (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
As you drive platform strategy, you’ll:
Influence product roadmaps where platform capabilities create new product opportunities.
Partner with EM and tech leads to make key architecture and UX decisions.
Talk frequently with product teams, customers, and our partners & vendors, and distill learnings from those conversations into platform commitments.
Raise the bar for technical PMs at Figma: pattern-match across the four areas, surface cross-cutting problems, and pull peers and EMs into the calls that need them.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
6+ years of product management experience working on highly technical products
Proven experience shipping developer tools, infrastructure products, or AI-powered technical systems
Shipped measurable quality improvements to a product: you can point to the metrics that moved and how you moved them
Hands-on technical fluency: you've built and shipped things yourself — at work, in side projects, or in open source — and you can read a PR, you can participate actively in architecture conversations
Strong systems thinking: you understand how complex components interact and can improve the whole, not just the parts
Technical communication: You distill highly technical concepts into clear decisions and direction
A track record of driving strategy and execution across ambiguous, fast-moving product areas
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. Careers at Figma

Our Values and Culture
Our values and culture are the underpinning for all that we do at Figma—we believe that a great product is inextricably linked to a great internal community.
Build community
We’re multiplayer people who love the weird, wonderful magic that happens when people connect. We build bridges—with both our Figmates and our users.
Run with it
Building Figma is about taking initiative, being bold and charting a new course, not running a playbook. Figmates are building the future of design by tackling big, scary, exciting challenges like Figma’s future depends on it. Because it does.
Love your craft
We build for builders and try to make complex things feel simple. We ask why until we get to the core and continually focus on solving the right problem, not just shipping work.
Grow as you go
With humility and curiosity, we give and get the direct feedback we all need to become great. Everyone’s a work in progress, and we’re here to help each other grow.
Play
Playing is learning. We embrace spontaneous, unstructured exploration—because that’s where we find our best ideas.
Life at Figma
Connection and kindness are core to our culture (after all, we’re a group of people building a collaboration tool). We focus on lifting each other up instead of competing amongst ourselves, and we build relationships through numerous company traditions.
Figmate Community Groups
Our Figmate Communities are an essential part of our value of "Build Community." These groups are comprised of Figmates interested in developing community, social awareness, and education regarding groups with shared characteristics or life experiences, and are open to all Figmates regardless of whether or not they are part of that group or share those characteristics or life experiences themselves.
Maker Week
A time set aside once a year to pursue wild, silly, and imaginative ideas. The whole company takes part, and people can work on anything Figma-related that piques their curiosity.

In UX design, a single misplaced verb can lead users astray, frustrating their expectations and creating confusion. That’s why UX Writer Henry Freedland chose his words very carefully when he was brought in to help polish a new prototyping feature.

Careers at Figma
Figma is a design platform for teams who build products together. Our vision is to make design accessible to all because we know that nothing great is made alone.
We’re a team of makers who celebrate our differences and share a passion for our community. We’re hiring across our global hubs and remotely in the US and Canada.

Product Manager, AI Growth
Figma · San Francisco, CA • New York, NY • United States
Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma Product Managers are highly collaborative self-starters who push their teams to build amazing experiences for all our users. We have a diverse range of experiences and expertise and love learning from each other. Across all product areas, successful Figma PMs thrive on solving hard problems, considering every detail, and achieving ambitious goals. If this sounds like you, come join us!
We are hiring PMs across our pillars to support the development of Figma's multiproduct suite and Design offering in particular.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area in alignment with company goals and user needs
Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, balancing technical feasibility, design excellence, and business impact
Collaborate deeply with Design, Engineering, and Product Leadership on both strategy and execution
Prioritize opportunities based on user insights, data, and business objectives, adapting quickly to evolving needs and signals
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and identify areas for differentiation and growth
Apply emerging technologies (e.g. LLMs) where they can meaningfully improve user experience and outcomes
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience leading significant strategic initiatives on highly complex, ambiguous, and scaled products
6+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager
Experience shipping high-quality software that drove efficiency for users and business results for your company
Experience performing customer research to understand your customers and uncover insights
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with redesigns, information architecture, and content hierarchy
Experience building in multi-product environments
Design tooling expertise or experience as a Designer
Experience shipping mobile and desktop products
We are hiring for several roles, and these points represent some of the spikes we are looking for. We do not expect every candidate to have all of these qualities.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
$169,000—$303,000 USD

We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements.
We will work to ensure individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to apply for a role, participate in the interview process, perform essential job functions, and receive other benefits and privileges of employment. If you require accommodation, please reach out to accommodations-ext@figma.com. These modifications enable an individual with a disability to have an equal opportunity not only to get a job, but successfully perform their job tasks to the same extent as people without disabilities.
Examples of accommodations include but are not limited to:
