We are rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced, technologically savvy Account Executive who loves selling cloud infrastructure or DevOps products. As a member of our growing Sales team, you’ll work alongside the founding team and engineers to dramatically influence the future of our users’ infrastructure and help us develop new sales channels by reaching diverse audiences throughout organizations.
What You Will Be Doing:
Own the entire sales process from beginning to end, with the help of a Sales Engineer - qualifying and following up with leads, developing and delivering pitches, helping with contracts and pricing, and closing deals directly.
Build a strong sales team of AEs and SEs.
Manage your pipeline of leads and opportunities generated from inbound and outbound leads.
Analyze sales motion performance and consistently iterate to improve it.
Requirements
What You Bring Along:
4+ years experience as an Account Executive in a B2B, SaaS, and technology-oriented software company with a proven track record in closing enterprise deals (100k) - MUST, 2 years of leaderships.
Success in selling cloud-native/open-core technology to technical audiences (DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineers, etc.) with the assistance of a sales engineer - big advantage.
Ability to run complete sales cycles from qualification to closing
Top-notch presentation, listening, observation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
You have the unique ability to uncover customer needs and drive technical solutions that deliver business outcomes.
Demonstrable success with direct prospecting
Process, data-driven sales background
Strong sales tech stack experience
Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
Ability to travel to the extent needed to perform with “high touch” engagements

As Head of Global Technical Account Management, you will own and lead ScaleOps’ global TAM organization, responsible for driving deep customer success, technical adoption, and full value realization across ScaleOps’ enterprise customer base.
This role is post-sale by design. Your mission is to ensure that customers fully realize the technical and business value of the ScaleOps platform- from onboarding and adoption through optimization, scale, and long-term impact. You will work closely with Account Management, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers are successful, stable, and continuously extracting measurable value from the platform.
This is a senior leadership role focused on building and scaling a global TAM function that serves as a trusted technical partner to customers operating mission-critical, production environments.
What You’ll Do
Global Leadership & Strategy
Own the global Technical Account Management strategy, driving technical success and long-term customer outcomes.
Build, lead, and scale a global team of Technical Account Managers, including hiring, onboarding, enablement, and career development.
Define clear engagement models, success metrics, and best practices for post-sale technical account management.
Customer Success & Value Realization
Ensure customers achieve measurable, ongoing value from the ScaleOps platform, including cost savings, performance improvements, and operational efficiency.
Develop deep, trust-based relationships with technical and operational stakeholders within customer organizations.
Guide customers through adoption, optimization, and scaling of the platform in real-world production environments.
Act as a strategic technical advisor, helping customers align ScaleOps with their evolving infrastructure and business goals.
Technical Ownership & Escalation
Serve as the senior technical escalation point for strategic accounts.
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and underutilized capabilities, drive mitigation and optimization plans, and surface these to leadership.
Ensure customers operate stable, healthy environments while continuously improving outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Account Managers to drive retention, expansion through value, and long-term customer health.
Work with Support to ensure seamless escalation and resolution of technical issues.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface customer insights, feature requests, influence roadmap priorities, and improve platform usability and reliability.
Represent the customer perspective in internal discussions and planning.
Operational Excellence
Define and track KPIs such as adoption, value realization, customer health and satisfaction.
Build scalable playbooks, processes, and documentation to support global growth.
Continuously refine how ScaleOps delivers technical value to customers at scale.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience leading or scaling Technical Account Management or post-sale technical customer success teams in B2B SaaS.
Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native/container platforms (must).
Experience supporting enterprise customers running production, mission-critical environments.
A strong customer-first mindset, with demonstrated success driving adoption, optimization, and long-term value.
Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Client Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with ScaleOps post-sale customers
Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Account Management: Manage a dedicated BoB, ensuring ScaleOps customers’ satisfaction.
Monitor and report on account performance (on the business and technical fronts) and echo back the customers’ feedback.
Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within ScaleOps’ existing customers.
Ability to perform an engaging demo for additional stakeholders, while Collaborating with the sales teams.
Achieve expansion and Renewal targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve issues and challenges, while attempting to address such issues in a proactive manner.
Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date updates of client interactions, account status, and expansion activities.
Document client requirements, feedback, and any changes in scope.
Requirements
What You Bring Along:
Proven experience as an Account Manager and customer Success Manager in a similar company (tech-oriented, B2B) - minimum 3 years.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently, proactively and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Grafana, Jira, Confluence).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Cloud technologies.
Familiarity with K8s, containers, AWS/GCP/Azure.

As a Director of Channels, you are responsible for developing business between ScaleOps and channel partners. Your ability to drive action with external parties and align efforts from departments across both organizations is critical to your success in this role.
About you:
You have a knack for finding deals and extremely people skills. You’re excellent at getting in front of partner sales reps and getting them excited to sell new, innovative technology. Ideally you have a network in the Enterprise IT/Cloud channel ecosystem. You like building and apply feedback quickly.You have ability to attract and recruit top talent and You possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead from the front.
What You Will Be Doing:
Generate new revenue through current and new partners
Build a world class channel organization
Cultivate strong relationships with our existing partners and expand mindshare exponentially
Identify, recruit and onboard new high-potential partners
Enable partners to sell our products
Articulate our customer and partner value proposition to a variety of personas and stakeholders
Build and execute a partner sales strategy
Deliver on revenue and new-logo pipeline targets
Travel frequently within your area and to company-wide meetings (about 50% Travel Expected)
Requirements
What You Bring Along:
● We are looking for an experienced and credible executive level communicator with strong relationship-building skills to sell and drive ScaleOps through partners.
● 5+ years of experience selling with technology channel partners
● Experience building pipeline through partner networks
● Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
● Team building and leadership skills and Excellent presentation skills
● Strong understanding of public cloud and subscription business models
● Strong understanding of software channel business models
● Business proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
● Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of study OR extensive relevant professional experience
