The Opportunity
We have a lot to say, and we’re betting on video to say it. We are looking for a powerhouse video editor & motion designer who lives and breathes post-production—someone who can take raw footage and UI captures and transform them into sharp, high-converting, and visually stunning video assets.
While your core craft is in the edit suite—bringing videos to life through seamless pacing, advanced motion graphics, and sophisticated visual polish—you also possess the artistic eye and director’s touch to step behind the camera when needed. A bonus is knowing how to light a room, frame a perfect shot, and direct on-camera talent so the raw footage you start with is top-tier.
You can take an approved script and raw footage and turn it into something polished and sharp, with real ownership over the creative choices in between. This is a contract role with the potential to turn into a full time role. It will average 20 hours per week, working out of our Iru office in Coral Gables.

About Revel
Revel is building the software infrastructure that controls the world’s most critical hardware systems—across aerospace, energy, and advanced manufacturing.
Our platform replaces outdated tooling with a modern, high-performance stack for commanding, monitoring, and deploying real-world systems. Engineers rely on Revel to operate hardware where safety, speed, reliability, and clarity matter.
As we scale, we are looking for a Content Marketing Writer to help us tell the story of how our software empowers the engineers building the future of "Hard Tech."
Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Content Marketing Writer to serve as the voice of Revel. This is a high-impact role where you will translate complex technical insights into compelling narratives that positions Revel as the premier platform for critical hardware operations.
You will be responsible for owning content across channels including case studies, blogs, social media, etc. You will be developing deep-dive customer case studies, and creating content that highlights the intersection of our software and the world’s most advanced hardware—including rocket engine test facilities.
What You’ll Do
- Technical Translation: Work alongside sharp engineers to digest complex technical updates and translate them into readable, engaging content for both technical and executive audiences.
- Storytelling & Case Studies: Partner with customers and our test engineers to draft impactful case studies and testimonials that demonstrate Revel’s real-world impact.
- Own Content Calendar: Build a steady drumbeat of content: customer case studies, product announcements, company milestones, and thought leadership that highlight Revel’s momentum.
- Content Distribution: Transform core insights and long-form content into various marketing assets, such as social posts, blogs, and conference session topics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Report to marketing leadership while collaborating closely with designers for graphics, product teams for launches, and engineers for technical accuracy.
Must-Have Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, journalism, or PR (exceptional junior candidates with 1–2 years of experience and strong fit will be considered).
- Technical Writing Background: Proven ability to understand and write about "Hard Tech" or highly technical domains (aerospace, defense, engineering, industrial software, etc).
- Marketing Savvy: A clear understanding of how content fits into a broader marketing funnel and brand strategy.
- Agility: A high capacity for learning a complex technical domain quickly and authoring credible content.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup or in the aerospace/defense industry.
- Experience managing corporate social media channels and building an audience.
- Background in Public Relations or Executive Communications or Engineering.
- Social Media Management
Team & Exposure
- You will report directly to the Director of Marketing, and work closely with design, product leads, and test engineers. This role offers unique exposure to the front lines of hardware testing; you will spend time (virtually and occasionally on-site) at facilities like rocket engine test stands to see our product in action. You will have meaningful ownership over how the world perceives Revel's brand.
ITAR Requirements
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicants must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
Why Revel
- Work on groundbreaking technology that directly impacts critical infrastructure and high-stakes industries with strong early traction.
- High ownership over the brand voice and content strategy.

You'll be a hands-on creative, owning some of the company's highest-impact work while establishing the principles and standards that define Harvey's voice. As the company grows, you'll have the opportunity to help shape and scale our copywriting practice, mentoring future writers and influencing how the function evolves.
This role reports to Scott Smith, VP of Creative, and sits within Harvey's Brand & Creative team. It's a rare opportunity to help define the voice of one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Harvey's voice, tone, and editorial standards across every customer and employee touchpoint.
- The creative thinking behind campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives, helping shape ideas before a single word is written.
- Copy across the marketing site, campaigns, product launches, social, executive communications, sales enablement, and other strategic brand moments.
- Consistency across an expanding network of marketers, product teams, agencies, and contributors, ensuring Harvey always sounds like one company.
- The continued evolution of Harvey's writing practice as the company scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define Harvey's voice from first principles and create practical guidelines the entire company can use.
- Partner closely with Design, Motion, Web, Product Marketing, and company leadership to develop concepts and narratives from the earliest stages of a project.
- Write and edit across a broad range of work, from campaign concepts and product launches to website copy, executive storytelling, sales materials, and social content.
- Push beyond the brief to uncover the idea that makes the work memorable, not simply the message that needs to be communicated.
- Review, edit, and elevate copy from teammates, agencies, and cross-functional partners to maintain a consistently high creative standard.
- Serve as Harvey's internal authority on language, helping teams communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and originality.
- Help establish the foundations of Harvey's copywriting practice and mentor future writers as the team grows.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 8+ years of experience in copywriting, brand storytelling, or creative leadership, ideally across agency, in-house, or high-growth technology environments.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking alongside world-class execution across campaigns, brand, web, product, and launch work.
- A strong point of view on language, voice, and storytelling, with the judgment to know when consistency matters and when the rules should be broken.
- Experience developing creative concepts, not simply executing copy against an existing brief.
- Exceptional editing instincts and the ability to elevate the writing of others through thoughtful, direct feedback.
- Experience mentoring or guiding other writers, even if not through formal people management.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
BONUS
- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology company.
- Experience building or redefining a brand voice from the ground up.
- Experience mentoring writers or helping establish editorial standards and creative processes.
- Familiarity with legal, professional services, or other complex enterprise industries.

WHY HARVEY
At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.
This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.
Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.
At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.
