Head of People
Adonis is looking for a Head of People to lead and scale our People function across recruiting, people operations, employee experience, and strategic business partnership. This role will own how we attract, develop, support, and retain exceptional talent while building the systems, programs, and manager capabilities required for a high-performing, durable organization.
This person will partner closely with executives and functional leaders to ensure people strategy is tightly aligned to company priorities, organizational needs, and business performance. The right candidate is both strategic and hands-on: someone who can operate as a trusted advisor to leadership while also building practical, scalable infrastructure that helps Adonis grow well.
Employee experience and talent programs
Design and run the programs that shape employee experience across onboarding, engagement, feedback, development, recognition, and retention
Lead performance management processes, including review cycles, calibration, promotions, and compensation planning
Ensure managers have the tools, training, and frameworks to set clear expectations, deliver feedback, and lead high-performing teams
Evolve leveling, career development, and talent practices so they are simple, fair, and useful to the business

Recruiting strategy and operating model
Own the overall recruiting strategy and operating model for Adonis, ensuring we attract, assess, and close exceptional talent across the business
Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team, setting a high bar for execution, candidate experience, and hiring quality
Partner with executives and functional leaders on headcount planning, role prioritization, and talent strategy
Directly lead or support senior and critical searches, particularly for leadership and highly strategic roles
Continuously improve the hiring process, including intake, interview design, scorecards, calibration, decision-making, and close strategy
Partner cross-functionally to strengthen Adonis’ employer brand and ensure our story, mission, and values are clear in market
People operations, infrastructure, and analytics
Own and evolve the core People infrastructure that supports the employee lifecycle, including on/off boarding, HR systems, policies, benefits, and more
Ensure People systems and processes are accurate, scalable, and easy to navigate for employees and managers
Maintain practical, clear policies and programs that balance compliance, consistency, and the way Adonis actually works
Partner with Finance and other stakeholders on headcount tracking, workforce planning, and People-related budget inputs
Build and own a people analytics cadence that gives leaders clear visibility into headcount, hiring funnel health, time-to-fill, attrition, engagement, performance, compensation, and other key workforce metrics
Use data and operating rigor to improve key People metrics, identify risks early, surface trends to leadership, and inform organizational and talent decisions
Business partnership and organizational leadership
Serve as a trusted partner to executives and department leaders on org design, workforce planning, team health, and performance
Advise on sensitive employee matters with sound judgment, discretion, and a strong bias toward clarity and fairness
Help leaders make thoughtful decisions about team structure, role design, succession, capability gaps, and organizational effectiveness
Translate business strategy into People priorities and execution plans

8+ years of experience across People leadership, recruiting, People Operations, HR business partnership, or related areas, with meaningful time in high-growth environments

Who You Are
You bring 3–5 years of finance and/or accounting experience, including at least 2 years in FP&A or strategic finance.
You have a strong understanding of GAAP revenue recognition and collections in B2B SaaS, including usage-based billing.
You have demonstrated ownership of close deliverables with outsourced accounting or controller partners.You’re highly skilled in Excel/Google Sheets modeling, with strong analytical rigor and attention to detail.
You’re a clear, concise communicator who can partner thoughtfully and drive alignment across teams.

Event & Field Marketing Manager
Adonis is looking for an Event and Field Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team.
This person will own and scale one of Adonis’ most important marketing channels: events. First and foremost, this role requires exceptionally strong execution. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with details, anticipates issues before they happen, and can run high-stakes events with precision from planning through follow-up. This is not just an event execution role, but excellence in execution is the baseline. From there, this person will drive strategy, build repeatable systems, and help turn events into a measurable pipeline and brand growth engine.
Events may include trade shows, executive roundtables, customer advisory boards, hosted dinners, partner activations, and other executive or field programs.
What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end execution and project management of Adonis’ annual event and field marketing portfolio, including trade shows, field events, owned events, executive programs, and partner activations
Ensure tight execution across all event details, including communications, materials, shipping, speaker coordination, attendee experience, and lead capture/follow-up
Design, build, and scale executive-level experiences such as CXO summits, CABs, VIP dinners, and bespoke customer or prospect programs
Build and continuously improve the event operating system across planning, vendor management, logistics, budgets, stakeholder communications, pre-event QA, and post-event retrospectives
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, PMM, RevOps, and Leadership to ensure events are aligned to pipeline goals, target accounts, and revenue outcomes
Define success for each event and own the follow-through
Proactively identify risks, push work forward with minimal day-to-day direction, and operate with a high bar for quality
Required Experience and Skills:
3+ years of proven experience owning end-to-end event and field marketing programs in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, strong judgment, and clear ownership across complex, cross-functional workstreams
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce
Strong program management skills with the ability to build structure, create repeatable processes, and keep many moving pieces on track
Strong analytical skills and fluency in event measurement, attribution, pipeline reporting, and ROI analysis
Exceptional attention to detail and operating rigor; you catch issues before they become problems
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, RevOps, and executive stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment and push decisions forward

About the Role
Adonis is adding a new Senior Data Scientist to join our growing DS/ML team. You'll work across the modeling lifecycle, from exploratory analysis to production on real claims data, with clear ownership of your work and direct exposure to product and engineering. This role is ideal for someone who executes well independently and is ready to take on larger problem scopes.
Responsibilities
Build and deploy machine learning models that power our core analytics and intelligence features
Conduct exploratory data analysis on large-scale claims datasets to identify patterns and anomalies

Senior Software Engineer - Data Platform
What You’ll Do
Lead and Execute: Spearhead the Integrations Team in designing, developing, and scaling integrations with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and other healthcare systems, fostering a strategic, long-term technical vision while ensuring robust execution capabilities.

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Engineering and Product
Adonis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to partner across all departments at Adonis, with a primary focus on building out our Engineering and Product teams. Reporting to the Head of TA, you serve as a dedicated partner to leadership, helping define hiring needs, attract exceptional talent, and shape our recruiting strategy as we scale.
In this role, you’ll drive full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product, while also supporting hiring efforts across GTM and operational teams. You’ll experiment with new candidate profiles, strengthen our employer brand, and play a key role in evolving our interview processes and recruiting best practices.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering, as well as other cross functional roles.
Partner with tech teams, as well as company leadership to define hiring priorities, refine candidate profiles, and align on talent strategy.
Support hiring efforts across all teams, jumping in to help where needed as we scale.
Source and engage top talent through creative, personalized outreach and proactive pipeline building.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience: managing communications, interviews, and offer processes with care and consistency.
Collaborate with the TA Team to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and reporting for better efficiency and insights.

What We’re Looking For
Five plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Proven track record hiring for Product and Engineering (experience with Healthcare is a plus).
Strong sourcing ability and comfort experimenting with new outreach strategies, particularly AI recruiting tools and sources.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (you’ll work directly with senior leadership).
Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
Passion for delivering a top-notch candidate experience.
The base salary range for this position is $145,000 to $170,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
