About the role
april is looking for a motivated Associate Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you'll partner closely with a Senior Customer Success Manager, supporting some of our most strategic wealth management and enterprise clients while developing the skills needed to eventually manage your own book of business.
You'll gain hands-on experience participating in client meetings, driving day-to-day account management, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and helping ensure successful partner outcomes. As you grow in the role, you'll progressively take ownership of client relationships, with the goal of independently managing enterprise accounts within your first year. Team members residing within the New York City metropolitan area are expected to work from our NYC office at least three days per week.
Key responsibilities

Experience
2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Relationship Management, or a similar customer-facing role
Experience supporting enterprise, financial services, fintech, SaaS, or wealth management clients is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with both internal and external stakeholders

Tier 1 Tax Support Specialist
About the role
We are looking for a Tier 1 Tax Support Specialist to provide a broad spectrum of support to our customers and partners. You are the first line of defense, helping US taxpayers navigate through one of the most challenging times of the years. You will provide support relating to all inbound questions, prioritize escalations, liaise with partners and resolve issues. You will be collaborating with the tax team and the connection between product support and the tax technical team.
Key responsibilities
Respond, prioritize and resolve tax related customer inquiries
Speak to customers with empathy, helping them navigate questions around their tax filing situation through an understanding of federal and state tax forms and documents

Experience
