Demand Generation Lead
About Bland AI
We’re a Series C startup that has raised over $100M from Emergence Capital, Scale Venture Partners, Y Combinator, and the founders of PayPal and Twilio.
Our mission is to build the world's most human AI phone agents. Thousands of businesses rely on Bland AI to automate customer conversations while delivering an experience customers actually enjoy.
We're growing quickly, and marketing plays a critical role in that growth. Every campaign, event, product launch, and piece of content exists for one reason: generate pipeline and help enterprise companies discover Bland.
We're looking for someone to own that engine.
Why This Role Exists
Marketing at Bland is entering its next stage.
We've built a strong foundation across content, brand, events, product marketing, and paid acquisition. Now we're looking for someone to own the systems, campaigns, reporting, and optimization that turn those efforts into predictable pipeline.
You'll own demand generation end-to-end—from campaign strategy and paid media to attribution, lifecycle marketing, HubSpot operations, reporting, and conversion optimization.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a perfectly optimized machine.
We're looking for someone excited to build one.
What You'll Do
Own Pipeline Generation
Own our demand generation strategy with one goal in mind: generate high-quality enterprise pipeline.
Build quarterly campaign plans across paid, email, events, ABM, content, and product launches while constantly improving efficiency and conversion rates.
Build Our Marketing Engine
Own HubSpot and marketing automation.
Create scalable lifecycle programs, lead routing, lead scoring, nurture campaigns, attribution models, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure that gives the entire company visibility into marketing performance.

Constantly test messaging, audiences, creative, and landing pages to improve ROI.
Drive Account-Based Marketing
Partner closely with Sales to build campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
Coordinate personalized campaigns across advertising, outbound, events, gifting, and content.
Own Marketing Analytics
Measure everything.
Build dashboards that track campaign performance, pipeline creation, CAC, conversion rates, attribution, and marketing efficiency.
Identify what's working, eliminate what's not, and continuously improve performance.
Optimize the Funnel
Improve every stage of the buyer journey—from first website visit through closed-won.
Experiment with landing pages, lifecycle campaigns, nurture sequences, product demos, and conversion optimization.
Partner Across Marketing
Work closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Growth, Events, Sales, and RevOps to ensure every marketing initiative contributes to pipeline.
Must-Have Qualities
Builder Mentality
You've built demand generation programs from scratch or significantly improved existing ones.
You enjoy creating systems as much as running campaigns.
Analytical
You love dashboards, attribution, conversion rates, and understanding why campaigns succeed or fail.
Marketing without measurement isn't interesting to you.
Hands-On Operator
You're comfortable jumping into HubSpot, launching campaigns, building workflows, writing emails, creating dashboards, or troubleshooting automation yourself.
Ownership
You don't wait for someone else to solve problems.
You identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and execute.
Strong Technical Marketing Skills
You understand modern B2B demand generation across paid media, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, CRM management, attribution, and reporting.
Mission-Aligned
You want to help define how enterprise companies adopt AI over the next decade.
Nice to Haves
5–7 years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience
Deep HubSpot expertise
Experience with enterprise sales motions
Experience building attribution models and marketing dashboards
Familiarity with ABM platforms and account-based marketing

You enjoy building systems that scale.
You care about pipeline more than vanity metrics.
You're excited by ambiguity and moving quickly.
You want to work alongside ambitious people who care deeply about winning.
You want your work to directly influence company growth.
Ambition Matters Most
We care more about what you've built than where you've worked.
If you've built demand generation engines, love solving complex growth problems, and are excited about building the next generation of enterprise AI, we'd love to meet you.

Financial Analyst
About Bland AI
Bland AI is the voice AI platform built for enterprises with high-volume, complex call center operations. Bland started by solving the core infrastructure problem that made voice AI unusable for business: latency, reliability, and the inability to handle real-world complexity. Where early voice AI took 7 seconds to respond and could only handle basic FAQs, Bland built the entire stack from scratch.
Today, Bland's platform fully resolves up to 65% of inbound calls autonomously – handling not just FAQs, but multi-step workflows, authentication logic, business-rule-based routing, and live data lookups. For large call center operators, each percentage point of resolution Bland drives is worth $500K–$1M+ per year in savings. Bland's biggest technical differentiator: they own and operate the entire voice AI stack in-house – transcription, LLM, and TTS – rather than relying on third-party API providers. This is a deliberate architectural choice that enables the uptime guarantees, data security standards, and customization depth that regulated industries require.
Why This Role Matters
We are roughly 80 people today and operate with a very lean internal team. There is currently one person in finance. This role exists because the company needs someone who can help build the financial and operational foundation as we grow.
This is not the most glamorous role and it is not narrowly defined. You will do a lot of everything. The work is foundational, sometimes repetitive, and often unstructured. It is also one of the best ways to learn how a startup actually works.
Role Overview
Day to day, this role requires strong organization and comfort working in low context environments. Often, you will be given problems, not instructions. You will regularly need to figure out what the right next step even is before executing.
Much of your time will be spent supporting compensation plans and commissions, building reporting and dashboards, analyzing bookings and revenue trends, helping with budgeting and forecasting, and improving the systems the company uses to make decisions. You’ll partner closely with accounting, sales, and operations to ensure leadership has accurate data and actionable insights.
You will work across teams and functions and will regularly interact with leadership. Because the finance function is largely unbuilt, there is direct visibility into how decisions are made and how the business operates. You will see the full picture earlier than most people in their careers.
Over time, as you build trust and ownership, this role can expand significantly. You may take on larger projects, help define processes, or move into more strategic finance or operations work.
Ideal Candidate Profile / Role Requirements
This role is for someone early in their career who wants responsibility and learning over polish and prestige.
You should have some exposure to finance, accounting, operations, consulting, or a related field, but deep experience is not required. What matters more is that you care, you are capable, and you follow through.
You should be comfortable with ambiguity. Startups are chaotic. Things change. Systems are imperfect. You should be energized by that rather than frustrated by it.
You should have strong problem solving instincts and be willing to do unglamorous work well. The people who succeed here are the ones who treat small details seriously and take pride in making things work.
Must-Have Experience
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related track
• Strong financial foundation, including comfort in Power BI, Excel, and other tools
• Highly self-directed — does not need heavy management or a fully built playbook to be effective
Nice-to-Have Experience
• 1+ years experience in IB (Tech focus preferred), in a finance role at a high growth start-up, or an equivalent role
• Experience with accounting, FP&A, and revenue recognition
• Experience with M&A or strategic financial projects
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is 80,000 to 135,000 dollars depending on experience.
Equity range is 50,000 to 150,000 dollars.
Health insurance, dental, vision, and a 401K is provided.
Unlimited PTO.
This is a role for someone with energy, curiosity, strong technical instincts, and a real give a f*ck factor who wants to build something real and grow fast while doing it.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States.

Founded by Sobhan Nejad and Isaiah Granet in San Francisco, Bland started by solving the core infrastructure problem that made voice AI unusable for business: latency, reliability, and the inability to handle real-world complexity.
Bland is moving rapidly upmarket and building out a partner ecosystem across financial services, healthcare, insurance, travel, telecommunications, and large-scale call center operations. As partners onboard, launch, and scale their end-customer deployments on Bland, Bland needs a technical post-sales leader to make sure they are enabled quickly, launches stay on track, outcomes are measurable, and technical complexity turns into clean, repeatable execution across the partner network.
Role Overview
Objective: Own the post-sale technical partner journey by driving successful go-lives, measurable business outcomes, partner health, executive alignment, renewals, and expansion opportunities across Bland's partner network.
Core Responsibilities
1. Own the technical post-sale relationship for a portfolio of partners, driving them from onboarding through go-live, adoption, business review, renewal, and expansion
2. Identify, evaluate and onboard new service partners
3. Ensure partners launch quickly, hit measurable go-live timelines, and see clear ROI from Bland's AI agents
4. Diagnose implementation blockers before they become major partner or customer risks
5. Partner closely with forward-deployed engineers, product, sales, and implementation teams to troubleshoot issues, accelerate resolutions, and keep partners successful in production
6. Build partner enablement plans that map use cases, technical requirements, go-live milestones, KPIs, risks, value realization, and expansion opportunities
7. Educate partners on best practices, new features, and optimization strategies that help them get more value from Bland
8. Own monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) and executive briefings focused on outcomes, ROI, usage, risks, and the results their customers are seeing
9. Identify expansion opportunities based on new use cases, call volume, operational pain, product usage, partner feedback, and measurable ROI
Support renewal cycles either independently or in partnership with AEs / commercial owners
Ideal Candidate Profile / Role Requirements
We're looking for a high-ownership, commercially oriented Partner Success Manager who can live at the intersection of customer success, technical implementation, and enterprise relationship management. This person should be deeply partner-obsessed, technically sharp, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-moving startup environment.
Must-Have Experience
• 5+ years in technical customer- or partner-facing roles such as Partner Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Technical CSM, Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, Implementation Lead, or similar
• Experience owning post-sale success and outcomes for enterprise partners or customers
• Strong technical foundation, ideally with CS / engineering exposure or equivalent hands-on technical experience
• API and integration fluency, including comfort with REST / JSON, logs, SQL, and production systems
• Experience diagnosing complex technical blockers and driving partner-facing escalations to resolution
• Highly self-directed — does not need heavy management or a fully built playbook to be effective
• Willing and excited to work from San Francisco and travel to partner and customer sites as needed
Nice-to-Have Experience
• Background in voice AI, conversational AI, CPaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS, contact center software, customer experience, or channel/partner ecosystem management
• Experience managing partner or customer accounts in highly regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or telecommunications
• Experience supporting renewals, expansion, or commercially oriented post-sales motions
• Experience at a Series A–C company helping build partner success, onboarding, or customer success playbooks from scratch
• Experience working with partner or enterprise customer organizations where C-level stakeholders are actively involved post-sale
Compensation & Benefits
• Performance-based upside tied to retention, renewals, and expansion
• Meaningful equity in a high-growth, well-funded AI company
• Full benefits package
• Regular partner and customer travel expected

Why you'll love working here
You’ll be joining one of the fastest-moving AI teams in the world — where speed, creativity, and ownership are the default. You’ll ship real agents used by real customers, working directly with teams that are transforming how humans and AI collaborate.
This role is perfect for someone who loves building, learning, and pushing boundaries a hands-on candidate who wants to see their work in the wild, solving real problems for real people.
Relentlessness is the most important quality
If you think you’re missing relevant experience but you’re a fast learner who’s excited for a new challenge – and you have the intangibles our team is looking for – please reach out. As long as you’re resourceful and a fast learner (and you can prove it to our team) we would love to meet you.
