Blockchain is connecting the world to the future of finance. As the most trusted and fastest-growing global crypto company, it helps millions of people worldwide safely access cryptocurrency. Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.
We are looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to help us evolve our mobile architecture into a modular, multiplatform system. This role is focused on enabling rapid development of new consumer apps by composing reusable building blocks from our existing stack and delivering them through high-quality React Native applications.
This is a hands-on engineering role with significant ownership, where you will help define how we build and scale a new generation of mobile apps at Blockchain.com—making it possible to quickly launch new crypto experiences across iOS and Android.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build scalable React Native applications powered by shared modules from our mobile and backend platforms
Drive the architecture of a modular, reusable system, enabling rapid assembly of new apps from core building blocks (auth, wallet, trading, on-ramp/off-ramp, etc.)
Define and enforce clear contracts and boundaries between modules, ensuring flexibility, reliability, and long-term maintainability
Lead complex projects from technical design through delivery and iteration, working across multiple teams
Translate ambiguous product ideas into well-structured technical plans, balancing speed, quality, and scalability
Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) to accelerate development, while setting standards for correctness, performance, and security
Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code, ensuring it meets production-grade standards
Drive the evolution of shared UI systems, component libraries, and developer tooling to improve velocity across teams
Own the quality, performance, and reliability of the systems you build, including observability and debugging in production
Mentor other engineers, contribute to code reviews, and help raise the engineering bar across the team
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Mobile teams to deliver cohesive user experiences
Support release processes, app store deployments, and ongoing improvements post-launch
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong hands-on experience in React Native
Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern mobile development practices
Proven experience building and shipping production-grade mobile applications at scale
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, modular systems, and scalable design patterns
Experience owning features or systems from design through production and iteration
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive technical decisions with minimal oversight
Experience integrating complex backend systems and APIs into mobile applications
Strong experience leveraging AI developer tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) effectively in production workflows
Excellent code quality standards, with the ability to review and guide others’ work
Experience improving performance, reliability, and developer experience in mobile apps
Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, or Java)
Experience designing or working on cross-platform or shared architecture systems
Familiarity with crypto, wallets, or financial applications
Experience integrating third-party services (e.g., payments, authentication, on-chain providers)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and app store processes
Exposure to secure key management, authentication flows, or MPC wallets
COMPENSATION & PERKS
Competitive full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity in an industry-leading company
This is a role based in our Palermo office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week.

Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer with a proven track record in keeping systems safe. You will play a critical role in building and providing tooling that monitors our entire stack, from supporting our consumer-facing products and our institutional offerings to ensuring that we are capable of rapidly responding to cyber attacks on our colleagues and endpoints.
Throughout our company, Security is a well-established mindset that leverages novel engineering approaches - as a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer, you will lead by example and drive technical discussions with engineering teams and influence the overall architecture of our platform.
Our day-to-day work is interesting and dynamic, driven by a focus on proactive threat actor identification and in-depth investigation of security issues. These practices are key to ensuring strong product security and fostering continuous, iterative improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Design, build, and implement security controls, automation, and processes across product, platform, and infrastructure environments.
Identify operational and technical security gaps, propose solutions, and drive engineering initiatives to close them.
Collaborate with the SRE and engineering teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and cloud-native architectures.
Build automated tooling and services to enforce secure configurations, detect misconfigurations, and support continuous compliance.
Assist in threat modeling, design reviews, and architectural assessments for new and existing systems.
Contribute to internal security documentation, best practices, and developer guidance.
Participate in security incident response when engineering expertise or automation support is needed.
AI-Driven Innovation: Research, architect, and safely embed cutting-edge AI utilities and Large Language Model (LLM) agents directly into our secure infrastructure.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
4+ years of experience in security engineering, platform security, or DevSecOps roles.
Hands-on experience implementing security controls and automation within cloud environments, GCP or AWS are preferred.
Proficiency in modern scripting, automation and infrastructure as code e.g. Python, Bash, Go, Terraform, or similar.
Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and translate security requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward automation over manual workflows.
Curiosity, ownership, and a drive to continuously improve the security posture of complex systems.
Familiarity with some of the following: Cloudflare (DDoS protection, WAF), OSS SIEM tools (Splunk, Elastic, etc), Incident management platforms (e.g. Incident.io, PagerDuty)
Familiarity with at least one of the following CI/CD systems (Github Actions, Concourse, CircleCI)
Familiarity with maintaining HIDS systems (Wazuh preferred).
NICE TO HAVE
Knowledge of security standards and governance frameworks (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, NIST, SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) and how to operationalize them.
Hands-on experience with building and maintaining a SIEM comprised of open-source and hosted components
Experience securing consumer-facing web and iOS / Android applications
Experience designing policies and administering Vault & other Hashicorp products.
Experience managing security vendors

Blockchain is connecting the world to the future of finance. As the most trusted and fastest-growing global crypto company, it helps millions of people worldwide safely access cryptocurrency. Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.
We are looking for an ambitious and highly commercial VIP Relationship Manager (RM) to help build and scale Blockchain.com’s high-touch VIP and Wealth program. You will own and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, acting as a trusted advisor, relationship manager and commercial growth partner. You will play a critical role in expanding client engagement across trading, Earn, lending, OTC and referrals — while delivering a white-glove, concierge-style experience.
This is a senior, revenue-impacting client role designed for charismatic, influential and highly motivated relationship builders who thrive in consultative sales environments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Relationship Ownership & Concierge Servicing
Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and top-revenue VIP clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across onboarding, account support, product adoption and portfolio growth.
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience through direct messaging and real-time communication channels (including Telegram).
Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion
Actively drive upsell and cross-sell across the VIP product suite, including Trading, OTC, Earn, Lending, referrals and promotional programs.
Identify opportunities to grow client AUM, trading activity and product penetration through consultative discovery and tailored solutions.
Partner with clients to understand their trading behavior, portfolio objectives and risk preferences in order to recommend relevant products and incentives.
Client Discovery & Needs Qualification
Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand client goals, asset allocation, trading patterns and competitive usage.
Segment clients by archetype (e.g. active traders vs long-term holders) to personalize engagement and growth strategies.
Collaboration with Sales, Product & Operations
Work closely with institutional sales, OTC, product, operations, compliance and growth teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Act as the voice of the VIP client internally by surfacing product feedback, feature gaps and competitive insights.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of all client activity, conversations, opportunities and pipeline stages within the CRM.
Track engagement, conversion and revenue performance against defined targets.
Client Engagement & Community Building
Create and manage dedicated Telegram groups and direct channels to facilitate real-time engagement between VIP clients and internal teams.
Support exclusive VIP initiatives including events, promotions, product pilots and referral programs.
Market & Industry Expertise
Stay current on crypto market structure, trading trends, yield products and competitor offerings in order to engage clients in informed and credible conversations.
Reporting & Performance Management
Provide regular updates on client performance, portfolio expansion, pipeline activity and strategic opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Proven experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or client advisory roles within financial services, fintech, trading, brokerage or crypto.
Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling complex financial or technology products to high-value clients.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence client behavior and drive revenue growth through trusted relationships.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and outstanding communication skills, with a natural ability to build credibility and rapport with senior and sophisticated clients.
Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) to manage pipelines, client engagement and performance tracking.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with revenue accountability.
Familiarity with real-time client communication tools such as Telegram, WhatsApp or similar platforms.
A strong interest in digital assets, crypto markets and emerging financial products.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage a book of business independently.
Experience in crypto, trading platforms or institutional brokerage environments is highly desirable.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
Existing relationships or a personal network of high-net-worth or active trading clients.
Experience supporting clients across multiple products such as trading, yield, lending or structured investment products.
A background in consultative or solution-based sales rather than transactional sales.
COMPENSATION & PERKS
Competitive salary and meaningful equity in an industry-leading company.
Institutional Incentive Plan based on performance and PnL
The opportunity to be a key player and build your career at a rapidly expanding, global technology company in an exciting, emerging industry.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
Unlimited vacation policy to maintain work-life balance.
The latest Apple equipment for optimal productivity.
