What you’ll be responsible for:
Circle is seeking a hands-on and technically sharp Senior Security Engineer, Executive & Endpoint Security to contribute to Circle’s security program while serving as the primary on-site technical network and endpoint security resource for our most sensitive users and locations, including remote offices and other key company sites.
This role has two important pillars. First, and as the primary focus, you will support Circle’s senior leaders and remote locations by implementing and maintaining tailored security controls and capabilities for our most sensitive users and environments. This includes hands-on support for security needs that require a trusted local presence and close partnership with Physical Security.
Second, as a member of Security Operations, you will support Circle’s endpoint and network security programs across our operational environments and key company sites. You will work alongside Security Operations engineers to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint, network, and infrastructure security controls, with an emphasis on capabilities requiring hands-on, on-site support.
You are comfortable operating across both worlds, from supporting senior leaders and sensitive locations to engineering and maintaining technical security controls across Circle’s endpoint and network environments. -
Perform on-site security assessments at key company locations, identify control gaps, and execute remediation activities in coordination with leadership and stakeholders.
-
Partner with Physical Security and other stakeholders at company locations to ensure endpoint, network, and infrastructure security controls complement physical security protections and site requirements.
-
Act as a trusted, in-person security contact for senior leaders and other key stakeholders, delivering a high-touch experience in sensitive and high-visibility settings.
-
Develop and maintain rigorous documentation, runbooks, deployment procedures, and configuration standards for on-site implementations, assessments, and control validation to support repeatable execution, operational continuity, and audit readiness.
-

-
Provide support for after-hours technical issue response and urgent operational escalation.
-
Travel as needed to support senior leaders, remote locations, operational environments, and key company sites.
What you’ll bring to Circle:

4+ years of experience in security engineering or IT security operations, with meaningful hands-on experience across endpoint, mobile, and network security.
-
Willingness and ability to travel regularly, domestically and internationally, to Circle office locations, residences, and secure custody environments; this is a core requirement of the role, not an occasional ask.

Strong communication skills, able to explain technical security requirements clearly to non-technical executive stakeholders and document work precisely for audit purposes.
-
Experience working in financial services, digital asset management, or financial technology is strongly desired.
-
Experience supporting security within office, co-location, or other sensitive operational environments, including site security assessments and the integration of technical and physical security controls.

Circle’s platform includes the world’s largest regulated stablecoin network anchored by USDC, Circle Payments Network for global money movement, and Arc, an enterprise-grade blockchain designed to become the Economic OS for the internet. Enterprises, financial institutions, and developers use Circle to power trusted, internet-scale financial innovation. Learn more at .
What you’ll be part of:
Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we’re expanding into some of the world’s strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by : High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence. We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for a Director of Product & Technology Communications to own the company’s media narrative and public profile of Circle’s platforms and products, including the Arc Platform, Circle Agent Stack, Circle Payments Network, and Circle Digital Assets and Services.
This role is the primary communications partner to the product organization, embedded early in roadmap planning for all critical products and leading product launch communications, media relationships, and stage presence. It shapes how Circle is positioned with customers, builders, journalists, and the broader industry as the company expands its role in the future of money and commerce, including the emerging agentic economy. This is a San Francisco- or Palo Alto-based role.
What you’ll work on:
-
Building Arc’s public narrative as a platform — not a series of announcements. Developing a long-horizon story that makes Arc the most-referenced platform for coordinating economic activity and positions Circle as a technology company, not just a payments company.
-
Owning Circle’s narrative in the agentic economy with press — building and placing the story of how AI agents transact using USDC, Circle Agent Stack, and Arc infrastructure with reporters and conference audiences, shaping the next generation of autonomous systems.
-
Embedding with the product organization early in the development cycle — in planning and scoping, not just pre-launch — to shape narratives before they reach announcement day.
-
Setting media and stages strategy and execution for all Arc and critical product launches and major platform milestones, including earned media campaigns, executive positioning, and collaboration with commercial and product organizations regarding partner and developer community communications.
-
Developing and owning the stage and speaking strategy for Circle’s product and technology leaders: identifying the right conferences, panels, and keynote opportunities — including the AI and agentic economy circuit in the Bay Area (GTC, AI Summit, developer AI events) alongside crypto and fintech stages — building the messaging that goes with them, and managing executive prep end-to-end.
-
Owning Circle’s tier-1 technology media relationships — TechCrunch, The Information, Wired, Fortune, Bloomberg Technology, Ars Technica, and developer-focused outlets — and building the AI and agentic economy press relationships that matter as autonomous systems move from research to infrastructure.
-
Building and managing the executive thought leadership pipeline for product and technology leaders, including briefing materials, op-ed and byline development when appropriate, and narrative frameworks for media, investor, and developer audiences.
-
Collaborating with the community team on the developer and builder communications strategy for Arc’s ecosystem — positioning Arc as the infrastructure layer that builders choose, with messaging tailored to the developer community alongside mainstream press.
-
Serving as an essential partner to Public Affairs and Reputation Management in crisis and issues management situations involving Arc, agentic products, or other cornerstone Circle products — providing the product expertise, narrative context, and press relationship intelligence that effective crisis response requires.
-
Architecting AI-powered communications workflows to scale media monitoring and briefing prep.
-
Modeling the team standard for strategic independence, product fluency, and narrative ownership.
What you’ll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements
-
10+ years of experience in product or technology communications, with substantial in-house experience at a technology company.
-
A demonstrable track record of building product brands over time — not just managing launches — including developing narrative strategy well ahead of announcement moments.
-
Deep relationships with Tier 1 technology and business media, specifically with reporters who cover infrastructure, developer platforms, fintech, or the future of payments.
-
Experience with developer-facing products or platforms, with an understanding of how to communicate to builder and technical communities alongside mainstream press.
-
Familiarity with the AI agent landscape and the media and stages covering it — understanding how programmable money infrastructure connects to the agentic economy, and comfort operating in a space where the narrative is still being defined.
-
Strong technical fluency — ability to read product documentation and engineering briefs, understand what matters commercially and narratively, and translate technical detail into media-ready positioning without losing accuracy.
-
Experience developing executive thought leadership programs, including speaker strategy, stage management, and long-form narrative development for product and technology leaders.
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to move between technical depth and accessible storytelling depending on the audience.
-
Strong news judgment and experience managing a high-velocity, multi-stakeholder product communications calendar across launch cycles.
-
A track record of operating with high autonomy — identifying the work, building the strategy, and executing without waiting for direction.
-
Familiarity with generative AI models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and their application to communications workflows.
-
Must be based in San Francisco or Palo Alto.
Preferred Requirements
-
In-house experience at a FAANG company or major fintech, or high-growth technology platform.
-
Background in or deep familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, programmable money infrastructure, or developer platforms.
-
Existing relationships with AI, ML, or agentic economy media alongside mainstream technology and crypto outlets.
-
Experience with developer community communications, ecosystem evangelism, or platform go-to-market.
-
Existing relationships with crypto, Web3, or fintech trade media alongside mainstream technology outlets.
-
Experience building or managing AI-driven communications workflows or operational tooling.
-
Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and Google Suite.

Manager, Risk Management – AI Transformation
Job Description
Circle (NYSE: CRCL) is one of the world’s leading internet financial platform companies, building the foundation of a more open, global economy through digital assets, payment applications, and programmable blockchain infrastructure.
As Manager, GRM AI Transformation, you will help lead the reinvention of how Circle’s Global Risk Management (GRM) organization operates — moving it from today’s manually intensive processes to an AI-native operating model in which intelligent agents run core workflows end to end, and people focus on judgment, oversight, and the highest-stakes decisions. Reporting to the leader of GRM’s AI transformation, you will partner with process owners across compliance, financial crime, security, financial risk, and enterprise risk to define an ambitious vision for every process, challenge long-held assumptions about how the work must be done, and translate that vision into a portfolio of AI applications and reusable capabilities that scale across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of business process transformation, risk management, and applied AI: you will drive change management and the mindset shifts it requires, stand up the shared building blocks and guardrails that make AI safe and responsible, and coordinate closely with Circle’s central AI team and AI leaders across the company to advance an enterprise-wide transformation. Success means a GRM that decouples business growth from headcount, moves at machine speed, and preserves the risk-management discipline and controls that Circle’s customers, regulators, and markets rely on.
What you’ll work on:
-
Lead workshops and working sessions with GRM process owners to reimagine their processes from first principles and define an ambitious AI-native “future state” vision for each one.
-
Challenge long-held assumptions and drive the mindset shift from “today’s processes with AI added on” to processes designed natively around intelligent agents — bringing rigorous business-process-optimization and transformation discipline to the effort.
-
Help build GRM into an AI-native organization whose core processes are led by agents, with people focused on judgment, exceptions, and oversight.
-
Champion consistent execution of Circle’s AI Risk Management framework across all GRM AI developments — ensuring every AI-native process is risk-assessed, appropriately controlled, and shipped with the guardrails and human-in-the-loop oversight needed to keep AI safe, responsible, explainable, and auditable.
-
Help shape GRM’s AI-native vision and target architecture, including a foundation of reusable “primitives” — modular capabilities that provide common functionality once and are leveraged by many different business processes rather than rebuilt for each.
-
Champion a “build once, reuse everywhere” model, prioritizing and sequencing these foundational building blocks so they unlock and accelerate the broader portfolio of process-level AI initiatives.
-
Drive the development of the AI applications most pivotal to GRM’s transformation — from scoping and requirements through build, testing, launch, adoption, and measurable impact.
-
Translate risk and compliance domain needs into clear solution designs, success criteria, and outcomes, partnering closely with process owners, builders, and engineering to keep initiatives moving.
-
Partner with Circle’s central AI team and with AI leaders across other (non-GRM) organizations to align on shared platforms, standards, and best practices and to advance enterprise-wide AI transformation.
-
Coordinate and enable GRM’s community of AI drivers and hands-on builders, and represent GRM’s priorities in enterprise AI forums — feeding GRM use cases into shared infrastructure and bringing enterprise capabilities back into GRM.
-
Own and continuously improve GRM-level reporting on the AI transformation — maintaining a clear view of initiatives in flight, progress against roadmap, measurable impact, blockers, and dependencies.
-
Prepare updates and materials for GRM leadership, executive reviews, and risk committees, and keep GRM’s roadmap aligned with the central AI team’s programs and cadence.
What you’ll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
-
7+ years of experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, product/program management, or a related discipline, including leading process redesign or automation initiatives that changed how work gets done.
-
A demonstrated ability to reimagine and optimize complex business processes — mapping current state, designing a bold future state, and driving the organizational change and mindset shifts required to get there.
-
Strong working fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic / AI-native concepts, and a track record of applying it to real business problems. You do not need to be an ML engineer, but you must be able to think in terms of what AI can do and design processes around it.
-
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end — from vision and scoping through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
-
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to lead workshops, constructively challenge senior process owners, and build alignment across diverse teams.
-
Exposure to risk management, compliance, financial crime, security, or another regulated, control-oriented domain — or the ability to quickly build credibility with risk and compliance stakeholders.
-
Strong program and portfolio management skills, including tracking multiple concurrent initiatives, reporting to leadership, and managing dependencies, roadblocks, and roadmaps.
-
A builder’s mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity, with high autonomy and a bias for action.
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex, technical, and cross-functional work into clear narratives for executives and committees.
-
A strong sense of responsibility for doing things the right way — building AI solutions with appropriate governance, controls, and guardrails from day one.
Preferred Requirements:
-
Experience in financial services, fintech, crypto / digital assets, or another regulated environment.
-
Hands-on experience building or configuring AI solutions (e.g., agents, LLM workflows, automations) using modern low-code / no-code or AI development tools.
-
Experience partnering with central or shared AI, data, or platform teams and contributing to reusable, enterprise-scale capabilities.
-
Familiarity with AI governance and responsible-AI frameworks (risk-based oversight, human-in-the-loop, explainability, auditability).
-
Background in management consulting, transformation, or operational excellence (e.g., Lean / Six Sigma), at a top firm or on an in-house transformation team.
-
Certification or formal training in project / program management, change management, or process improvement.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to help drive the financial strategy behind Circle’s highest-priority growth initiatives across strategic partnerships, product monetization, M&A, and other revenue. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance and partner closely with Finance, Product, Business Development, Corporate Development, Legal, Accounting, Data, and executive leadership. This role requires a finance athlete who can move fluidly between detailed modeling and crisp storytelling: building the model, pressure-testing the assumptions, translating the output into a clear recommendation, and driving alignment with senior stakeholders.
This role is designed for someone who has operated in high-intensity financial environments and is ready to own strategic workstreams with significant ambiguity, visibility, and business impact. -
Build and maintain investment-grade models that can support executive decision-making, including detailed revenue builds, sensitivity analyses, valuation frameworks, synergy cases, downside scenarios, cohort economics, and ROI / payback analyses.
-
Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling executive narratives for CFO/CCO reviews, operating reviews, Board materials, strategic planning, and cross-functional decision forums.
-
Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership by identifying key drivers, risks, and tradeoffs across strategic initiatives, and by making clear recommendations rather than simply reporting outputs.
-
Develop financial frameworks to evaluate build / buy / partner decisions, including market sizing, strategic rationale, integration considerations, investment requirements, and financial return profiles.
-
Partner with Accounting, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and Data teams to ensure models reflect operational realities, accounting considerations, regulatory constraints, and data integrity requirements.
-
Use AI and automation tools to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of financial analysis, including model QA, data synthesis, scenario generation, workflow automation, and executive-ready output creation.
-
Create repeatable planning and reporting infrastructure for emerging revenue streams, helping Circle scale from bespoke analysis to durable operating cadence as products mature.
-
Proactively identify gaps in current reporting, model architecture, and decision-making processes, and build practical solutions that raise the quality of strategic finance support across the organization.
What you’ll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
-
5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally including 2-4 years in investment banking and/or private equity plus 2+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, or FP&A at a fast-paced, high-growth technology, fintech, crypto, payments, marketplace, or AI company.
-
Elite financial modeling skills, with demonstrated ability to build robust, flexible, and executive-ready models from ambiguous inputs across revenue, margins, unit economics, valuation, M&A, partnerships, and scenario planning.
-
Strong commercial and strategic judgment, with the ability to evaluate not only what the model says, but what decision the business should make.
-
Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex analysis into concise narratives, clear recommendations, and board / CFO-ready materials.
-
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across Product, Business Development, Corporate Development, Accounting, Legal, Data, and Finance.
-
Experience supporting strategic partnerships, product monetization, M&A, corporate development, new business incubation, or other high-priority growth initiatives.
-
High degree of ownership and comfort with ambiguity; able to independently structure problems, define the analytical approach, identify required inputs, and drive workstreams to completion.
-
AI proficiency and curiosity, with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve financial analysis, research, automation, data interpretation, and communication quality.
-
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills and strong Google Slides / PowerPoint presentation capabilities required.
-
Bachelor’s degree required; finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, engineering, or a similarly analytical field preferred.
Preferred Requirements:
-
Strong understanding of SaaS, fintech, payments, marketplaces, crypto, or platform business models; familiarity with stablecoins, digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
-

Circle’s platform includes the world’s largest regulated stablecoin network anchored by USDC, Circle Payments Network for global money movement, and Arc, an enterprise-grade blockchain designed to become the Economic OS for the internet. Enterprises, financial institutions, and developers use Circle to power trusted, internet-scale financial innovation. Learn more at .
What you’ll be part of:
Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions.
Circle is the issuer of USDC — the world's most widely used regulated dollar stablecoin — and is building the foundational infrastructure for an open global financial system. We're at an inflection point: USDC is moving from crypto-native rails to mainstream enterprise and sovereign payment flows, and we're structuring the inorganic strategy to match.
This Senior Director role sits at the center of that motion. You'll own working with our product and business colleagues to deeply understand the landscape and positioning to then evaluate, select, and lead the right deals — that means originating, evaluating, structuring, and closing acquisitions, strategic investments, and JVs that directly compound Circle's network position across payments, stablecoins, and institutional financial infrastructure.
What you’ll work on:
Deal Origination & Coverage
Maintaining a high-signal, always-on pipeline of acquisition targets, investment opportunities, and strategic partnership candidates — sourced from both your own network, collaboration with Circle colleagues, and inbound flow.
Staying genuinely plugged into what's happening in Bay Area fintech, payments, and AI — founders, fund managers, regulators, and operators — and translate those conversations into actionable strategic intelligence and deal flow for Circle leadership.
Running proactive build-vs-buy-vs-partner analyses grounded in Circle's strategic pillars, in particular Digital Assets and the emerging AI/agentic commerce stack.
End-to-End Deal Execution
Leading the full deal lifecycle: initial evaluation → diligence → structuring → negotiation → close → integration.
Coordinating and aligning cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Product, Compliance, Engineering) through structured decision frameworks — you're the one keeping the train on the rails.
Writing crisp, recommendation-forward analysis, alignment, investment memos, and board materials that distill complex strategic trade-offs into clear risk and decision asks.
Structuring transactions that account for Circle's specific regulatory positioning, USDC liquidity dynamics, and multi-jurisdictional requirements.
Strategic Intelligence & Organizational Alignment
Developing a synthesized, current view of the competitive landscape: who the relevant players are, where they're headed, and what it means for Circle's inorganic priorities.
Translating market signals into organizational alignment — helping Circle leadership understand where and how to engage.
Mentoring and raise the bar for the broader CDV team on deal quality, process discipline, and strategic framing.
What you’ll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
13+ years in corporate development, investment banking, growth equity, or strategic finance. You've led transactions end-to-end, not just supported them.
Deep, active network in fintech, payments, and/or crypto — with genuine relationships at the operator, founder, and fund level in the Bay Area. The kind of person who gets calls before a deal is public.
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can write a tight, decisive memo and present it credibly to a CEO or board.
Strong quantitative instincts — you build and stress-test financial models yourself, and you know where the bodies are buried in a cap table or income statement.
Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in crypto, stablecoins, digital assets, or regulated payments infrastructure — either as a practitioner or from deep coverage.
Track record closing deals in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the deal thesis is still being written.
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem — both as an AI practitioner and someone who's in the room when AI infrastructure, fintech, and enterprise software deals are being discussed.
Experience working in or advising companies through regulatory complexity (FinCEN, OCC, international money transmission licensing).
Prior corporate development experience at a fintech, crypto-native firm, or large-cap tech company.
Bachelor’s degree required with an Economics, Finance, Business, Technology or related discipline preferred.
Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
