Senior Customer Engineering Manager
Position Overview
As Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will drive the success and adoption of Circuit Mind's enterprise accounts, working closely with our Sales team to support retention, renewals and growth. Your mission is to ensure that our enterprise customers realise the full value of the Circuit Mind platform turning their hardware engineering teams into power users who consistently deliver faster, better circuit board designs.
This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of deep electronics engineering knowledge and commercial customer leadership. Because you have designed and led electronics teams yourself, you will speak the language of our customers' engineers, understand their real design challenges, and earn their trust as a genuine peer rather than an account manager. You will not only guide customers, you will roll up your sleeves and run electronics design projects across our platform yourself, using that credibility to drive adoption, expansion and advocacy across the enterprise. This role involves frequent travel to work closely with customers on their sites.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & account leadership
- Build trusted, senior-level relationships with engineering leaders and decision-makers, and set a compelling vision for their AI-powered hardware development process
- Own customer success plans and run business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) that demonstrate ROI and progress against agreed value milestones
- Research customer workflows and run workshops to surface high-impact automation opportunities in their electronics development process
- Partner with Sales to support retention, renewals and expansion (cross-sell and upsell), and provide accurate reads on account health
- Act as the voice of the enterprise customer internally, prioritising the feature developments that matter most to our largest accounts
Delivery & enablement
- Deliver design and review projects on behalf of customers, running their electronics projects end-to-end on the Circuit Mind platform and owning execution yourself to prove out superior outcomes
- Enable customers to run their own design and review projects, coaching and supporting their engineers hands-on while they own and execute the work themselves
- Develop and project-manage customer implementation plans, tracking progress against clear value milestones
- Develop and run training, onboarding and change-management programmes that give customers the confidence to run the platform independently with their own teams
- Work with Circuit Mind's product and electronics engineering teams to troubleshoot customers' design issues and unblock users
- Partner with product teams and customers' electronics, IT and security organisations to integrate the platform into their design workflows while meeting enterprise requirements
- Travel frequently to customer sites to work alongside their engineering, technical and leadership teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A background as an electronics engineer, ideally progressing into an electronics engineering manager or team lead role i.e. you have designed circuit boards yourself and led others who do
- Strong ability to understand user needs and challenges and to devise and articulate tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable engaging both hands-on engineers and senior executives
- A commercial mindset with a track record of driving retention, expansion or growth
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of electronics design principles
- Deep experience with ECAD tools and modern electronics design workflows
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites
Nice to haves
- Experience in a SaaS, Design Software (ECAD, MCAD, Simulation) or startup company
- Proven experience owning customer relationships, adoption or success outcomes, ideally in an enterprise or strategic account context
- Experience working alongside sales teams on retention, renewals and expansion

Electronics Design Specialist

Yet today designing an electronic circuit board is an extremely manual, long and tedious process. At Circuit Mind we believe that this is wrong and we are on a mission to fix it, triggering the future of hardware design. To achieve its mission, Circuit Mind has created a library of electronic component digital twins. Each digital twin models the data of the component’s datasheet. These digital twins are then utilised by Circuit Mind’s platform to generate circuit designs that align with user specifications. We are creating an entirely new software engine for circuit boards, that takes as inputs the requirements of a circuit board and automatically outputs a complete design, ready for manufacture.
Mission
Your mission is to drive the successful delivery of customer electronics design projects using Circuit Mind’s ACE platform; either enabling end users to execute projects independently or taking full ownership of execution yourself.
Responsibilities
- Assess design requirements and leverage your expertise to guide the users in generating those designs in Circuit Mind’s ACE platform.
- Lead and perform AI-assisted customer projects using Circuit Mind’s ACE platform to demonstrate faster, higher quality design outcomes than the traditional manual design process.
- Run training and support meetings with users to ensure they effectively achieve their objectives using Circuit Mind’s ACE platform.
- Research and identify new components that meet customer project requirements to be added to the Circuit Mind platform
- Collaborate with the customer success and software team to troubleshoot issues with designs run user issues, manage and execute the resolution of these issues and communicate the resolution to customers promptly.
- Collaborate with the software and product team to identify key functionalities that can be developed to improve the value of ACE.
To fulfil the above, you’ll develop an intimate understanding of the abstractions and algorithms that ACE uses to generate circuit designs.

We're hiring Circuit Design Engineer (AI) to join our Library Team on a mission to create an unprecedented database of electronic components. Each entry in the database contains full information about an electronic component. This is crucial for Circuit Mind's wider mission to fuel the next wave of hardware inventions.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly create high-quality electronic component models by using our cutting edge AI powered software:
⚬ Analyse datasheets
⚬ Validate data extracted by our preprocessing algorithms
⚬ Enter engineering constraints - Collaborate with the rest of the library engineering team to devise clever ways to model novel electronic components
- Inform the work of the internal software development team in order to enable faster and more reliable digital twin creation processes
- Provide input into the way components are represented:
⚬ Report component features that are not currently in our representation
⚬ Provide ideas on simplifying the current abstractions
Minimum qualifications
- Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electronics circuit design.
⚬ Proficiency in selecting components for analogue, digital and mixed signal circuit boards.
⚬ Knowledge of schematic design principles for analogue, digital and mixed signal circuit boards.
⚬ Experience with at least one professional electronic CAD software package (Mentor, Cadence, Altium, Zuken) and willingness to learn others. - Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work productively in a team.
- Ability to use Excel.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in schematic capture and/or component selection for relatively complex circuit boards: 100+ components, 4+ layers, high-speed digital signals, sensitive analog components.
- Experience in circuit analysis such as timing analysis, transient analysis, DC operating point calculations.
- Experience in circuit simulation and/or modelling.
- Knowledge of PCB layout principles for analogue, digital and mixed signal circuit boards.
- Experience with creating and verifying component symbols and footprints.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll create simple and elegant solutions to difficult technical problems that the world has not solved before. You will work in close collaboration with a highly-functioning team of software, electronics, algorithm engineers and product managers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team and in-house hardware engineers to understand the problems of hardware engineering teams.
- Plan, design, develop, test and iterate on the software solutions to those problems, accounting for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Co-design, pair on, and review the development work of other lead software developers.
- You’ll work on the entire company's backend code base: data models, algorithms, data pipelines, infrastructure, APIs, complex database queries, ML models.
- Learn, use, and improve best practices and processes for high-quality software development.

Qualifications
