About ClickHouse
Recognized on the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 list, ClickHouse is one of the most innovative and fast-growing private cloud companies. With more than 4,000 customers and ARR that has grown over 250 percent year over year, ClickHouse leads the market in real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads.
The company’s sustained, accelerating momentum was recently validated by a $400M Series D financing round. Over the past three months, customers including Capital One, Lovable, Decagon, Polymarket, and Airwallex have adopted the platform or expanded existing deployments. These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla.
We’re on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!
We're looking to grow our Marketing Operations team and looking for someone to own reporting and analytics across our marketing systems, lead campaign operations for the demand generation team, and assist in the ownership of our marketing tech stack. You'll be the data backbone for marketing — building the dashboards, funnel models, and attribution reporting that leadership and demand gen rely on — while managing our MAP stack (Marketo, Conversion.ai, HubSpot), directing campaign execution, and overseeing our marketing operations agency partner as we build an AI-first campaign operations process.
You Will
Assist in marketing reporting and analytics end-to-end. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and funnel/attribution models in Salesforce and Hex, turning raw campaign and pipeline data into insights demand gen and leadership can act on.
Define and evolve marketing's core reporting framework and KPIs — campaign performance, funnel conversion, pipeline attribution — partnering with Data Engineering and RevOps to ensure the underlying data model can support it.
Serve as the senior owner of complex and ad-hoc reporting/analysis requests, writing and QAing SQL as needed, and building self-serve reporting so the broader team relies less on one-off pulls.
Lead lifecycle workflow and nurture campaign strategy in partnership with Demand Generation — build, QA, launch, and iterate based on performance data, not just execution.
Own campaign operations end-to-end — audience segmentation, list management, Marketo campaign builds, landing page/form creation, and tagging/naming/UTM conventions — with an eye toward what keeps downstream reporting clean and attribution accurate. Maintain documentation and enable the broader team on process.
Direct the marketing operations agency partner relationship — set priorities, QA deliverables, track timelines, and hold handoffs accountable.
Own the campaign production "supply chain" — tracking stages and handoffs, including lead handoff to sales — and use reporting to proactively surface bottlenecks before they cause missed or inaccurate launches.
Lead email and database hygiene strategy — deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR), subscription management, and send calendar governance — informed by data on engagement and list health, not just guidance from above.
You Bring
A healthy amount of years in marketing operations experience in a SaaS startup environment, with reporting/analytics ownership as a demonstrated part of the role — not a side responsibility.
Deep proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo (or comparable MAP/CRM tools) — building complex reports and dashboards independently, with a strong grasp of CRM data structure and architecture.
High fluency in BI tools (Hex, Looker, Omni) and strong SQL skills — comfortable writing, QAing, and debugging queries without hand-holding.
A track record of building reporting frameworks or dashboards that leadership and demand gen actually use to make decisions — not just filling report requests.
Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and translating findings into recommendations.
Strong cross-functional operator — experienced partnering with Data Engineering, RevOps, and Demand Gen, and managing external partners/vendors to deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with AI tooling and workflows (Clay, n8n, Conversion.ai, or similar) — a strong plus.
Excellent project manager — with the ability to partner across multiple teams, own large projects with multiple stakeholders and keep projects on track with multiple moving parts and priorities

For roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is listed above. In certain locations, such as the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply, as listed.

We’re on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!
We're looking for a Finance Systems & Transformation Manager to own the technology ecosystem that powers ClickHouse's Finance organization. This is a rare, high-impact role at the intersection of Finance, Engineering, and Operations, reporting to the Corporate Controller and serving as the Finance technology leader.
In this role, you'll own Finance systems end-to-end such as implementations, integrations, data integrity, AI adoption, and the governance framework that keeps it all running reliably. If you've thrived in high-growth environments, love building systems that didn't exist before, and want to do work that directly shapes a company's path to IPO, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
Process Transformation & Strategic Leadership
Develop and own the long-term Finance Systems roadmap, ensuring investments align with business priorities and operational scalability.
Lead Finance's technology transformation by driving strategic initiatives that modernize business processes, improve effectiveness, and enable the Finance team to scale toward public-company readiness.
Challenge existing Finance workflows such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash to identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate.
Serve as the bridge between Finance and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions and owning successful delivery, adoption, and change management.
System Implementations
Lead enterprise-wide Finance system implementations, major enhancements, and platform migrations.
Own cross-functional dependency mapping for every implementation by documenting upstream and downstream impacts.
Embed IT General Controls (ITGCs) into each new system as it's implemented, building the SOX-ready control environment required for a public company.
Integration Management & Data Integrity
Lead the implementation of integrations and remediate recurring failure points across the Finance technology stack, reducing manual intervention and improving data reliability.
Own the integrity of Finance data flows across all integrated systems by proactively identifying breakdowns, resolving mapping failures, and eliminating manual workarounds that create control risk.
Develop scalable reconciliation frameworks and automated controls that surface discrepancies in real time, before they reach financial reporting.
AI & Automation
Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows that automate repetitive processes, manage exceptions, improve reconciliations, and increase the speed and accuracy of Finance operations.
Partner with Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to design and deploy secure, governed AI-enabled workflows that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making.
Define the governance framework for AI adoption in Finance by developing data access controls, acceptable use policies, auditability standards, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
What You Bring Along
7+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Finance Transformation within a high-growth technology company. You’ve been in this environment before and know what it demands.
Deep understanding of Finance business processes: Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Treasury, and the Financial Close.
Proven track record leading enterprise system implementations and large, cross-functional initiatives from requirements through go-live and adoption.
Hands-on experience owning and optimizing Finance technology ecosystems: NetSuite is required; experience with Stripe, Ramp, Workday, or CaptivateIQ is a meaningful plus.
Experience designing and managing integrations across enterprise business applications. You understand what breaks, why it breaks, and how to fix it at the root.
Strong data skills: SQL, API integrations, data transformation (dbt), and moving data between the warehouse and the Finance stack.
The typical starting salary for this role in the US is
$180,000 - $220,000 USD
The typical starting salary for this role in US Premium Markets is

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

We’re on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!
We're looking for a Head of Website Growth to own clickhouse.com as a marketing channel. The website is the front door for both our self-serve and sales-led motions, and your job is to turn it into a consistent, measurable source of trial signups and pipeline. You'll own web strategy, experimentation, journeys, and site architecture. ClickHouse is one of the fastest growing companies in data infrastructure, and most of that growth starts on our website. Every improvement you ship compounds across thousands of signups a week.
What you’ll do
Own the website as a demand channel, with accountability for visitor-to-Cloud signup conversion, demo requests, and web-sourced pipeline across our PLG and sales-led funnels.
Build and run our web experimentation program: maintain an A/B testing roadmap for key pages, run tests with statistical rigor, and share learnings.
Design thoughtful web journeys, including information architecture (IA), navigation, and the paths from blog and docs into signup and sales conversations.
Keep site content accurate and current, partnering with our Product Marketing and Design teams.
Partner with our web engineering team to optimize our CMS and website architecture, including a templated landing page system that lets Demand Gen ship campaign pages quickly without engineering support.
Develop personalization and ABM web experiences (industry, intent, geo-based) to support enterprise pipeline growth.
Lead website localization as we roll out clickhouse.com in more languages, owning the workflow for regional site variants in partnership with our Regional Marketers.
Maintain website tracking and event tagging, and partner with Marketing Ops, Web Engineering and Growth Analytics teams on attribution, dashboards, and web performance reporting.
Own cookie consent and web privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), including our consent management systems.
Build and lead the web team over time, starting as a hands-on executor and hiring as the channel scales.
What you bring
7+ years in web or growth marketing at a company with a PLG funnel. Experience at a developer tool or data infrastructure company is a plus.
Proven track record of improving web signup and conversion rates through experimentation. You know how to design a valid test and action the results.
Hands-on with modern CMS platforms (we use Strapi). You can build and publish pages yourself, and you're comfortable enough with HTML/CSS and AI development tools to not be blocked waiting on engineers.
Deep experience with web analytics (GA4, Amplitude, or similar), tag management, and session replay tools, plus a working knowledge of attribution.
Familiarity with technical SEO and AEO.
Master collaborator and project manager. You write briefs that eliminate revision cycles and can align Design, Engineering, Product, and Marketing stakeholders around a roadmap.
People management experience is a plus.
