As the Operations Manager for Coinbase Bermuda (CBBM and CBSL), you'll report to the Chief Operating Officer and help run all aspects of our Bermuda operations, from product and regulatory operations to service delivery, technology, and outsourcing oversight. The Operations team drives country-level growth initiatives that align Coinbase Bermuda's business plans to our global strategy. You'll own operational execution across critical business areas and work directly with regulators, banking partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure our Bermuda entities operate with resilience and in full regulatory compliance.
What you'll do:
- Own the oversight and management of operational functions within CB Bermuda and outsourced to intragroup or third-party entities, including implementing policies, managing SLA frameworks, and ensuring delivery in line with Bermuda regulations and contractual obligations.
- Build and maintain supervision frameworks across critical business areas of Coinbase Bermuda, ensuring alignment with both regulatory requirements and operational best practices.
- Lead the establishment of operational resilience frameworks, including risk identification, contingency planning, incident response coordination, and communication with regulators and service providers to uphold business continuity.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including banking partners, regulators, and cross-functional teams (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Security, Finance, Product, CX), to project-manage critical operations and risk initiatives.
- Support first line of defense operations across key areas, including launch assessments and approvals, internal audits, regulatory examinations, and supervisory touchpoints.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in financial services with demonstrated oversight of operations strategy, outsourcing, and vendor management within a regulated environment.
- Proven experience within a regulated financial institution or investment business, with a focus on trade supervision across crypto, equities, or derivatives.
- Track record of developing and improving operational processes, producing regulator-ready documentation, and managing cross-functional delivery with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with operational resilience frameworks, incident management, and business continuity planning in a financial services context.
- Prior experience navigating a BMA-regulated industry, including familiarity with Bermuda Monetary Authority requirements and supervisory expectations.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

As the Director of Premium & Wealth, you'll lead, scale, and deliver white-glove service for Coinbase's highest-value customers, including high-net-worth individuals, VIPs, and prosumers. You'll own the end-to-end Premium & Wealth operation globally, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty while building a high-performing organization of concierges, specialists, and supervisors. What you'll do:
- Own the strategic vision and execution for Premium & Wealth, maximizing CSAT, retention, and revenue across Coinbase's highest-value user segments
- Lead 24/7 global operations including SLAs, backlog management, DSAT recovery, and regulatory guardrails for high-stakes cases involving funds at risk, large AUC, and complex trading disputes

Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in wealth management, RIAs, private banking, or premium fintech client operations, with at least 5 years in senior organizational leadership managing managers and senior ICs across multiple geographies
- Prior or current FINRA licensing (e.g., Series 7/24/63/65/66) or equivalent international registrations, or demonstrated direct leadership of licensed teams in a broker-dealer or wealth management environment
- Proven track record of using operational metrics (CSAT, SLAs, retention, revenue) to drive business decisions and deliver sustained team performance in a 24/7 environment
- Demonstrated familiarity with regulated trading workflows (equities, options, margin, best-execution, complaints, surveillance) and how they manifest in CX interactions and escalation paths

As an Associate Manager, Compliance within CX Global Financial Crimes Operations (GFCO), you'll join the Functional Lead team, a high-performing group responsible for ensuring Coinbase's compliance operations programs across Transaction Monitoring (TM), Screening, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) operate effectively and efficiently. You'll own the compliance content function across all three pillars, lead a small team of contractors, and serve as an operational program manager for the TM function. As a Senior Accountant on the Capital Markets Accounting team within Finance, you'll play a critical role in supporting Coinbase's expanding capital markets businesses. You'll own the accounting and regulatory reporting for our registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and Broker-Dealer entities, helping ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence as we continue to scale.
This is a highly visible role that partners across Accounting, Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to launch new products, strengthen controls, and support a rapidly evolving business at the forefront of digital assets.
What you'll do
- Own the monthly close for Coinbase's FCM and Broker-Dealer entities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and quarterly and annual reporting.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings to the CFTC, NFA, and other applicable regulators, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of daily, monthly, and annual reporting requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits for the FCM and Broker-Dealer entities, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving successful audit outcomes.
- Design, execute, and enhance internal controls over accounting, regulatory reporting, and compliance processes.
