Track record owning a full forecast cycle end-to-end
A genuine comfort using AI tools as a core part of your workflow

-----------------------------------------------------
About The Role
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager or Senior Manager to join the consumer marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Consumer Marketing. This is an early and foundational hire, and will be focused on building systems and processes to scale marketing learnings across a rapidly growing organization.
You'll own real marketing programs across paid, owned, and lifecycle channels. You'll write copy, run campaigns, build reporting, and be accountable for results. To start this is a generalist role, and you’ll be asked to support ongoing programs across the full marketing stack, including content, paid media, lifecycle, operations, and analytics. Over time, as the team and company scale, there will be real opportunities to specialize, but today we’re looking for someone comfortable operating as a generalist.
What makes this role distinct is how we think about leverage. AI tools have fundamentally changed what a single skilled operator can own. We're looking for someone who has already internalized that shift: who doesn't just run workflows, but designs them. Who reaches for automation before headcount. Who can look at a repeatable task and build a system around it, so their time stays on the work that actually requires judgment.
What You'll Do
We're still building the core functions we need to scale operations, and results will drive focus, but below are a few areas where you could find yourself driving outcomes within the business.
Content & Creative
Content production across owned channels: blog, social, email, and beyond
Building repeatable content workflows, briefing, creation, review, publishing, that scale without ballooning headcount
Paid Media
Lead execution and optimization across paid social and paid search
Build campaign infrastructure, testing frameworks, and reporting that can be operated efficiently at volume
Lifecycle Marketing
Build and manage email and push programs: segmentation, sequencing, copy, QA, and performance optimization
Help to develop the lifecycle infrastructure from the ground up
Reporting & Analytics
Support performance reporting across D2C channels
Translate data into clear recommendations and act on them without waiting to be asked
Who You Are
5–8 years of experience in consumer marketing, with meaningful time spent across more than one channel
Strong instincts across the paid and owned media stack; deep expertise in at least one area
Experience building workstreams or programs from scratch, not just inheriting and maintaining them
A track record of using AI tools to genuinely automate workflows and scale individual output, not just as utilities, but as a real part of how you work
High agency: you identify what needs to exist, build it, and operate it, without a team underneath you to delegate to
Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or internal tooling
Extra credit
Prior experience at a consumer health, wellness, or subscription brand
Hands-on experience with paid social or paid search at meaningful scale (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Familiarity with lifecycle and email platforms (Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar)
What to Expect
A direct reporting line to the VP of Consumer Marketing and real influence over how the D2C function gets built
Broad exposure across the consumer marketing stack, with room to specialize as the team grows
Genuine growth opportunity, as Counsel scales, so does this role
Offices in NYC and Boston; in-person not required but NYC proximity is preferred
Role Location
Remote, Boston (Back Bay); New York Office (Flatiron)
What We Offer
Impact: Be at the forefront and contribute to groundbreaking, AI-driven healthcare experiences, directly interface with execs at the world's leading tech & healthcare orgs
Growth: Significant opportunities for broad ownership and professional development within our rapidly scaling startup
Compensation: Competitive salary + equity
Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, vision + dental, 401K, Unlimited PTO, Parental Leave

We're hiring a Founding Data Analyst to join our FinOps team and build the data foundation that powers Counsel's growth. This is an early-stage, high-impact founding role spanning data wrangling and pipeline development, defining and tracking core operating metrics, and improving reporting and operational workflows across the business.
You'll work directly with our SVP, Finance & Operations and collaborate across Commercial/GTM, Finance, Clinical Ops, and Operations. Instead of owning a small slice of the business, you'll gain broad exposure and take on increasing responsibility as you help build and improve the systems that keep the company running and scaling. This role will have executive level cross functional partnership and requires the ability to connect dots across stakeholders in various organizations.
What you'll do
Build and maintain the data foundation that will power the entire company.
Support the data needs of stakeholders across every function at the company. This will range from product metrics, commercial / client reporting, internal financial and operating metrics.
Build the Operating Scorecard and management dashboards so the entire team can have visibility on business performance and one source of truth.
Partner with Analytics Engineer to validate pipelines and metric definitions.
Turn messy datasets into answers people can act on.
Build and adopt AI-powered tools and workflows that make FinOps faster and efficient.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (CS, statistics, applied math, or similar), with meaningful programming experience
5-10 years in a data, analytics, or finance/ops role
Strong SQL, and Python or a similar language to be dangerous
Prior experience as a founding or early data hire in a scaling organization, having contributed to building the foundations and infrastructure
Experience in healthcare or healthtech
Comfort with data that's messy and real, the kind you dig into instead of flagging as someone else's problem. An inherent desire to be a truth seeker
Executive presence to represent senior leaders in cross functional discussions
Genuinely curious about AI tools, and quick to find ways they can cut manual work out of your own workflow
Bonus points for
Experience with dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, or BigQuery
A track record of ramping quickly into new tools, since many of ours are still being built
Experience in both D2C and B2B go-to-market motions
What We Offer
Impact: Be at the forefront and contribute to groundbreaking, AI-driven healthcare experiences, directly interface with execs at the world's leading tech & healthcare orgs
Growth: Significant opportunities for broad ownership and professional development within our rapidly scaling startup

About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help define the future of AI-powered, human-led healthcare. You'll sit on our Platform & Integrations team, owning the core product primitives the rest of the company builds on: external APIs, health data models, retrieval infrastructure, and enterprise integrations.
This role is central to scaling our platform: supporting enterprise healthcare clients, powering AI-driven clinical workflows, and keeping distributed systems correct and reliable. Much of this is greenfield, especially how we model and operationalize longitudinal health data from wearables and external systems.
What You'll Do
Design and evolve our external API and embedded product layer with long-term stability, disciplined versioning, and enterprise-grade craftsmanship
Evolve our agentic retrieval harness to support patient and clinical search across structured and unstructured data, with strict permission and audit guarantees
Build reusable platform primitives that let external partners embed and extend our AI capabilities, so every integration adds lasting platform leverage
Contribute to core data models that unify structured health records, unstructured inputs, and high-frequency time-series signals
Who You Are
Cares deeply about API craftsmanship and long-term system design
Has built complex systems that external customers rely on
Enjoys modeling messy real-world data, especially high-frequency signals, into clean, durable abstractions
Has built comprehensive search or RAG systems at production scale
Has helped scale early systems from 1 to 10 in a fast-paced environment
Thrives in small, high-leverage teams where ownership is real
Has a track record of maintaining and leveling up operational excellence across engineering organizations
What You Bring
5+ years building production backend systems, ideally in high-growth environments
Experience designing and maintaining external-facing APIs used by customers or partners
Strong data modeling instincts, particularly around time-series or high-frequency data
Experience working with distributed systems and multi-tenant architectures
Comfort contributing to greenfield architectural design while shipping pragmatically
Role location:
NYC - hybrid, Boston - hybrid, or East Coast - remote

-----------------------------------------------------
About The Role
Most healthcare still assumes you can walk into an office during business hours. That's left 100 million people without a primary care doctor, turning to Google with a billion medical questions a day instead of a person who can actually help. We're building something better: the new front door to primary care. AI-augmented, physician-supervised, and available 24/7.
We pair patients with in-house doctors through a messaging-first experience and give those doctors an AI clinician cockpit that makes them exponentially more effective. The result is a growing patient base and embedded partnerships with leading digital healthcare enterprises (OURA + more TBA).
This is a high-ownership role right at the center of that build. You'll shape the product experiences patients and physicians rely on every day.
This role is hybrid, located in NYC or Boston.
What You’ll Do
Craft user interfaces for new paradigms of AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes
Co-create and own product experiences across our patient app and physician-facing care delivery platform, keeping them polished, performant, and accessible
Shape frontend architecture, from design systems and state management to responsiveness, testing, and web performance
Partner with our ML research and backend teams to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical workflows and turn them into real product experiences
Work closely with Product, Clinical, and Design, as well as prominent healthcare organizations nationwide
Who You Are
Believes great engineering and great design are the same conversation
Takes ownership of hard problems and broad initiatives in a high-growth environment, driving them to completion without needing every detail figured out in advance
Thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments where the work is ambitious and the team is exceptional
Excited about working at the frontier of medical AI, and what it means to do that responsibly
What You Bring
5+ years building production frontend software, startup or high-growth experience is a plus
Deep fluency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS, with strong command of React and Next.js for managing complex state and component architecture (bonus points for Node.js or React Native)
A sharp eye for detail and real expertise in CSS, animation, and design systems, with a habit of shipping beautiful, high-performing interfaces
Familiarity with AI/ML and how recent developments in LLMs apply to real-world product challenges
A genuine interest in leveling up your own skills and the team around you
What We Offer
Impact: Be at the forefront of AI-augmented care delivery, tackling some of the most ambitious challenges in healthcare.

Our Values
Patients come first.
We are clinicians 1st, technologists 2nd. We act with patient trust/safety at the center of every decision.
Innovate with optimism.
We are optimistic as we build the future of care delivery from first principles. Challenge the status quo when needed, no sacred cows.
Right answer wins.
Debate openly and pick the strongest path. We optimize for the company, not functions. We win and lose as a team.
Simplicity over complexity.
We choose clear, elegant solutions and avoid adding complexity that does not serve patients or the team.
Do fewer things, well.
We focus, and hold ourselves to the highest bar and pursue excellence in those areas.
