Director, Enterprise Product Management
Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.
About This Role
Dandy has already seen success and scaled in the SMB dental market. Now, we are ready to unlock our biggest lever for growth: the Enterprise Dental Support Organization (DSO) market.
As the Director of Product for Enterprise, you will be the owner of all products for the DSO space. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will define, build, and scale the product required to win large-scale, multi-location dental groups. You will be dealing with a fascinating and complex system that blends software, hardware, AI, and custom manufacturing.
We move at an incredible pace with rapid, high-velocity planning cycles. We need an ambitious product leader who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces uncertainty, and possesses a relentless drive to deeply understand and solve critical customer problems. While you won’t have direct reports initially, you are a "team starter"—you will define the space, prove the value, and build the team around you as we grow.
What You'll Do
Own the Enterprise Customer Base: Define and execute the end-to-end strategy for Dandy’s highest-growth sector. You aren't just managing a roadmap; you truly own this body of work and its ultimate success.
Navigate Multi-Tiered Governance: Design solutions that solve for the distinct layers of the enterprise customer. You'll build software that wins over the corporate executive/buyer, passes procurement, satisfies the office manager, and delights the individual dental practices who use it daily.
Optimize the Practice Portfolio: Overlay an elegant platform system across a massive chunk of TAM. You will figure out how to drive profitability, reporting, automation, and best practices across 50+ different clinical practice types, balancing top-down corporate control with bottom-up clinical needs.
Thrive in High-Velocity Cycles: Move fast in a quick-planning environment. You will comfortably navigate ambiguity, adapt to rapid shifts, and turn uncertainty into execution.
Champion a Data-Driven POV: Lean heavily into a data-first mindset to optimize complex cost structures, revenue metrics, and operational workflows across multiple enterprise practices.
What We're Looking For
Proven Success: 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of launching something complex that you truly owned from the ground up and drove to massive success.
Enterprise/B2B Toolkit: Strong foundational experience navigating the complexities of enterprise software, procurement flows, multi-stakeholder personas, and scalable architectures.
High Bias-to-Action & Ambition: An insatiable drive to move fast and knock down barriers. You are energized by rapid cycles and quick changes, not overwhelmed by them.
Deep Customer Problem-Solving Eye: An obsession with understanding user behavior, workflows, and pain points across diverse customer layers and solving their problems.
Comfort with System Complexity: Experience or strong comfort working with products that intersect software with physical operational components (hardware, AI, or custom manufacturing/logistics).
The "Team Starter" Mindset: A senior operator who is excited to be an individual contributor initially—defining the space and laying the groundwork—with the leadership capability to build and scale a team around themselves as the segment grows.
Bonus Points For
Experience in operationally intensive companies or marketplaces where software interfaces with complex physical supply chains or manufacturing.
Previous experience scaling a product from SMB traction into Enterprise dominance.
Background or deep familiarity with the dental, medical, or healthcare tech spaces.

General Manager, Clear Aligners
Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.
About the Role
Dandy is hiring a General Manager to own our Clear Aligners business end-to-end. Clear aligners is one of the largest categories in dental, and one where Dandy has already built an established business. As the GM for Clear Aligners, you will scale what's working and take it from contender to category leader against a large, well-resourced incumbent.
This is a true general management role sitting at the intersection of GTM, operations, and product. You'll own the full P&L, while staying close to the frontline (talking to doctors, listening to sales calls, reading support tickets) to distinguish signal from noise and identify the highest-leverage opportunities to win.
Responsibilities
Understand the Customer Deeply
Walk the floor: talk to doctors regularly, listen to sales calls, and read customer support tickets to identify opportunities for growth and uplevel the offering
Translate what you're hearing into strategic and commercial decisions — customer insight should drive the roadmap, the talk tracks, and the GTM motion
Growth & GTM Strategy
Define and own the clear aligners growth strategy, including how we win against competition across different customer segments (solo practices, group practices, DSOs)
Partner with Sales and Post Sales leadership to optimize our inbound and outbound marketing funnels for prospects and new customers, refining talk tracks, enablement materials, and acting as the commercial voice of the product
Own pricing strategy, packaging decisions, and competitive positioning
Enterprise Channel
Build and develop our DSO sales motion — partnering with Account Management to identify target accounts, supporting deals, and creating the playbooks that help our commercial teams win
Develop relationships with DSO procurement, clinical, and executive stakeholders
Create and tailor value propositions for large group practices that are evaluating or already using a competing solution
Product Strategy
Develop Dandy's long-term product strategy to compete against both established and newer competitors
Synthesize customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive differentiation into a clear plan to win
Partner with engineering and clinical teams to ensure our roadmap reflects where we need to differentiate
P&L Management
Own the full clear aligners P&L from revenue through contribution margin, and make active tradeoffs to optimize for growth, retention, and unit economics simultaneously
Set budget goals, define the roadmap to hit them, and hold cross-functional partners accountable to delivering results
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks that impact delivery, quality, or customer experience
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in a mix of strategy, growth/GTM, or general management roles - ideally with at least one chapter at a high-growth startup and one chapter in a more rigorous analytical environment (consulting, investment banking, or a scaled tech company)
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth: you've owned a number or led a GTM motion, not just supported one
Strong commercial instincts: you can write a compelling talk track, run a customer discovery call, and close a large enterprise deal
Structured thinker who can move fast. You're comfortable building a strategy deck one day and being in the weeds on funnel metrics the next
Excellent communicator and cross-functional influencer; this role requires earning trust with stakeholders from operations, GTM, finance, and other stakeholders simultaneously

Senior Software Engineer II, Toolpath Algorithms
Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.
About the Role
Dandy is looking for a Senior Algorithms Engineer to serve as the multiplying factor in our manufacturing strategy. You will define the strategy for automating complex, high-dexterity tasks that currently require highly skilled technicians.
This role is about 0 to 1 development of novel toolpath and robotic control mechanisms as well as yield boosting optimizations to existing toolpath infra. You will bridge the gap between digital design and physical production, driving a multi-modal (additive + subtractive) workflow that is a top priority for our company’s growth. You’ll be working on the most interesting manufacturing problems in the industry in a high-visibility role where you will be the architect of our competitive edge.
What You’ll Do
Define the Strategy: Lead the development of toolpath algorithms that serve as the core engine for Dandy’s next-generation dental lab automation.
Multi-Modal Manufacturing: Build workflows for hybrid production—eg, 3D printing and injection molding, or 3D printing parts and then polishing or milling them back with high precision.
Robotic Control: Develop novel robotic control mechanisms (6DoF) to automate high-dexterity tasks like polishing and finishing metal and acrylic partials.
Bridging Software & Hardware: Research and implement toolpath simulation and collision avoidance algorithms to ensure "right-first-time" manufacturing.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner across engineering and operations to transition theoretical robotics into production-ready deployments.
Problem Solving: Solve the critical, high-impact manufacturing problems that are currently the bottleneck for global scaling.
What We’re Looking For
Software Engineer / CS Background: You are a software engineer first, with the ability to write production-grade, high-performance C++, python or other language.
Toolpath & CNC Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with 5-axis CNC or 6DoF robotic integration. You’ve moved beyond theory and have seen your code move machines in the real world.
Computational Geometry: Proficiency in fundamental 3D concepts, mesh processing, and algorithms (WASM, WebGPU, or C++ libraries like CGAL/Open CASCADE).
Simulation Mastery: Experience in toolpath simulation, kinematics, and robotic path planning.
Problem Solver: A "0 to 1" mindset. You thrive in startup environments and enjoy defining the roadmap rather than just following one.
Strong Communicator: Ability to explain technical risks and trade-offs to stakeholders while executing on a high-level business strategy.
Open to Travel: Flexibility to travel frequently (up to 30%), balancing on-site project needs at our Salt Lake City, Dallas and Indianapolis sites
Our Technology
Languages: C++, TypeScript
Graphics/Compute: Three.js, WebGL, WebGPU, WGSL
Platform: WASM / Emscripten, React
Robotics: ROS, custom 6DoF control stacks, or proprietary toolpath engines.
Bonus Points For
Startup Experience: You’ve built and scaled systems in a fast-paced environment.
Multi-Modal Experience: Familiarity with both additive (SLA/DLP) and subtractive (Milling/Grinding) processes.
Dental or Medical Tech: Experience with digital prosthetic design or medical device manufacturing
Compliance and Regulatory: Experience with testing paradigms, documentation, compliance concepts common in regulated device manufacturing.
GPU Optimization: Deep knowledge of HLSL, GLSL, or CUDA for parallelizing geometry processing.
