About DualEntry
DualEntry is building the OS for finance.
Every business needs a financial system of record, yet the world's largest fintech market ($220B+) still runs on software from the 1990s, with no new entrants in 30 years. DualEntry's AI-native ERP automates accounting from data entry to close, so finance teams move faster, spend less and incur less risk.
In just 2 years we've raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
We hire outliers. We're looking for people with a track record of accomplishing difficult things, whether through their careers or achievements outside of work. You'll find leaders, colleagues who've competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community - because that's what it takes to reinvent a $220B industry.
📍 Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center
Where you'll create impact
You'll build DualEntry's Investor channel; the private equity firms and venture capital funds whose portfolios contain thousands of our ICP customers. This role owns two related but distinct motions.
Private Equity. The play is fund-level: get on the roadmap for Value Creation and Operating Partner teams, and become the recommended ERP during platform acquisitions and post-close standardization. One PE partnership can produce multiple portco deals.
Venture Capital. The play is portfolio-level: unlock warm introductions to portfolio companies (Series A to C in our ICP) and build fund-wide programs that make DualEntry the default recommendation.
Your role includes:
Sourcing and closing fund-level partnerships with the right PE shops and VC funds
Building the economic case that gets a PE firm to standardize on DualEntry across its portfolio
Managing the fund-to-portco motion; fund-level warm intro converts to portco-level closed-won
Owning our presence at investor events (SuperReturn, ACG, NVCA, PEWIN, VC-firm annual summits, LP meetings)
Working with Sales to convert PE/VC-sourced portco intros into closed-won
Building collateral that speaks to fund LPs, GPs, and Operating Partners; not just end-users
Managing partner agreements from strawman to signature, balancing structural fairness with commercial outcomes
What sets you up for success
3 to 6 years in capital markets, PE/VC, portfolio operations, or B2B partnerships that included fund or portfolio work
Understanding of how PE value-creation teams and VC platform teams operate
Ability to build the fund-level economic case, not just the portco product pitch
Comfort operating at the GP / Operating Partner level and translating that into portco-level activation
Strong commercial judgment on multi-portco deal structures
Data-driven and experimental mindset
Nice to have:
Existing network across PE Operating Partners, VC Platform teams, or the investor community
Prior experience selling into or partnering with PE portfolios or VC-backed cohorts
Fintech, ERP, or office-of-the-CFO ecosystem experience
Experience at an early-stage (Seed to Series B) company
Why you’ll thrive here
Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world
You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry
Your feedback shapes the product directly
High-speed, high-trust environment with high expectations
Meet the Partnerships Team
Caelahn joined DualEntry to build the partnerships function from zero; inherited 323 partner conversations, defined our 4-channel taxonomy, and stood up the attribution and program infrastructure to activate and scale across all four channels in his first 8 weeks. He's now launching Technology, Advisory, Resellers, and Private Equity in parallel.
Compensation & Benefits
Equity: $40,000 - $65,000
Base Salary: $120,000 - $200,000
Commission: $30,000 - $60,000 (uncapped)
Medical, dental & vision insurance
One Medical membership
Mental health support (Talkspace)
Fertility & family-building support (Kindbody)
Virtual healthcare (Teladoc Health)
401(k)
Commuter benefits
Learning & development budget for courses, certifications & language learning
Unlimited AI tokens
AI skills development & enablement
Visa & permanent residence sponsorship
Relocation support for employees moving to New York
Flexible PTO (27 days, including public holidays)
Collaborative, in-office culture with no bureaucracy
Snacks, drinks, team events & more
Partnerships is how AI-native ERP wins. The legacy players took 30 years to build their networks. We're doing it at Series A, and we're going to make DualEntry the default across every finance ecosystem.

Where you'll create impact
You'll build DualEntry's Reseller channel from the ground up. Many resellers built their businesses on legacy platforms like NetSuite and Sage Intacct; they are actively looking for a modern alternative to bring to their book. Your job is to source the right resellers whose existing book overlaps with our ICP, and stand up a repeatable motion with them.
Note: implementation is handled by our in-house CX team. This role is focused on the sales side of the reseller motion; sourcing, activating, and expanding VAR partners.
Your role includes:
Sourcing the right resellers; identify VARs whose existing book of business sits in our ICP (venture-backed SaaS $3M to $75M ARR)
Standing up a repeatable motion; design the reseller partnership model, negotiate commercials, and build the playbook for how new resellers activate and produce
Owning our presence at reseller-ecosystem events (SuiteWorld, Sage Intacct Advantage, Acumatica Summit, etc.) and running our own reseller onboarding gatherings
Designing the reseller program structure: certification requirements, tiered rate cards, and margin / incentive design
Managing resale motions end-to-end: partner-led deal registration, ICP alignment, deal support, and conflict resolution with direct sales
Setting clear expectations with partners on product fit and ideal customer profile, and correcting misalignment early
Managing partner agreements from strawman to signature, balancing structural fairness with commercial outcomes
What Sets You Up for Success
3 to 6 years in channel sales, VAR / SI partner management, or reseller programs; ERP or fintech channel experience strongly preferred, ideally sourcing VARs whose existing book overlaps with a specific ICP
Understanding of reseller economics: margin, services revenue, and why a firm bets its practice on a platform
Experience designing or operating partner tiers, rate cards, or certification programs, and building the playbook for how new resellers activate and produce
Strong commercial judgment on partner-fair deal structure and agreements, from strawman to signature
Skill at managing channel conflict between direct and partner-led sales, including deal registration and ICP-alignment processes
Comfortable representing the company at reseller-ecosystem events (e.g., SuiteWorld, Sage Intacct Advantage, Acumatica Summit) and running your own partner gatherings
Data-driven and experimental mindset
Nice to Have
Existing relationships in the NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, or mid-market ERP reseller ecosystem
Experience running a reseller program at a mid-market fintech or ERP company
Familiarity with deal registration and PRM tooling
Experience at an early-stage (Seed to Series B) company
Why you’ll thrive here
Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world
You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry

Meet the Engineering Team
Ignacio shaped the baseline of our integration framework from scratch in a single weekend, then spent most weekends - while coordinating the team - shipping what was never on the roadmap: webhooks, a search engine for millions of transactions, and Puma itself. Pure initiative, compounding.
Marcin took a non-existent tax structure and built it end to end, setting the north star for how the team keeps improving it on top of it; modular and robust, always setting the bar for the rest.
Puhiza grew her team from one to full capacity, while owning our integration framework end to end; scaling it to support migrations, integrations, and bank connections. The queen of I/O on our platform.
Danylo took ownership of our bank connection engine end to end and rebuilt it from scratch over a weekend.
How You Operate
Pragmatic: you like to move forward and make decisions based in reality (not theory). We don't debate if Cassandra has the most theoretical scalability - we use Postgres until it breaks
Hard working: 'You can work long, hard, or smart, but [here] you can't choose two out of three' - Jeff Bezos.
Curious: you love to learn, are highly curious about new frameworks and solutions to engineering problems
Fast-moving: you deploy daily, iterate quickly, and never wait for permission
Benefits & Compensation
Equity: $45,000 - $65,000
Base salary: $140,000 - $200,000
Remote-first team - the fastest team you will have ever worked with
Home internet, co-working space & office setup support
Flexible PTO (27 days incl. public holidays)
Unlimited AI token usage
AI skills development & enablement
Learning & development budget for courses, certifications & language learning
Visa sponsorship and relocation support for a move to NYC (after 2 years’ tenure)
In-person team meetups (our last ones: Lisbon, Vienna, Warsaw, Cyprus, and more!)
“Join us to fix the boring, think the hard, and build the impossible, so we become the most robust engineering platform for accounting the world has ever seen.”

Why This Role Matters Now
Where you'll create impact
Set the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area and create the clarity that other PMs and teams execute against
Drive ambiguous, high-impact bets from first principles, from problem framing through launch and iteration
Define the metrics and customer signals that demonstrate outcomes, and hold the area accountable to measurable business results (e.g., retention, activation, expansion)
Act as the voice of the customer in company-level strategic decisions, and translate complex accounting workflows into clear, simple requirements
Partner closely with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs that span multiple teams
Own product reliability, accuracy, and usability as first-class outcomes across your area
Set the standard for product craft, mentor other PMs, and influence peers across eng, design, and GTM leadership
Partner with product marketing, GTM, and sales in both directions, feeding insights back into the roadmap and shaping major launches
Improve the internal processes, tooling, and operating model that help the whole team ship fast
What sets you up for success
Hardcore work ethic and high agency
8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
A track record of owning a product area or line and driving measurable business outcomes, not just shipping features
High agency and strong ownership: you set direction in ambiguity and drive it without waiting to be told
Deep experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered or agentic features to production and reasoning about evals, failure modes, and trade-offs
A clear, direct communicator who creates alignment across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
Excited to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team
Nice to have
Hands-on building with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI) and daily use of AI coding/assistant tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor)
Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain experience
An MBA and/or experience working with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Revenue)
Technical background (CS, engineering)
Why you’ll thrive here
Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world
You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry
Your feedback shapes the product directly

Cheryl, CPA demoed the product to a skeptical prospect who said our RevRec beat several standalone tools, and built the AI process now used as our "Deal Bot."
Charlotte, founding PM and ACA-qualified accountant the go-to on integrations, from CRM syncs to global bank connections.
Justin, former Consulting CFO - helped build our accounting engine from scratch and just shipped AI Flux Analysis!

Polina joined as a 2nd TA hire and built the product and design team 0 > 1, with the fastest hire closed in just 6 days.
Magdalena joined as Founding TA, setting up ATS, KPIs and sourcing processes and leading the Engineering hiring function. Closed multiple strategic hires across the business, setting the fastest time-to-hire record: 4 days
Valentina an Ashby ghostbuster who built the reporting and dashboard stack from scratch, filled a historically hard-to-fill partnerships role within her first month with 9 days time to hire.

About DualEntry
DualEntry is building the OS for finance.
Every business needs a financial system of record, yet the world's largest fintech market ($220B+) still runs on software from the 1990s.
We hire outliers - people who have achieved difficult things, in their careers or beyond. You'll find leaders, colleagues who've competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community.
