About DualEntry
DualEntry is building the OS for finance.
Every business needs a financial system of record, yet the world's largest fintech market ($220B+) still runs on software from the 1990s. DualEntry's AI-native ERP automates accounting from data entry to close, so finance teams move faster, spend less and incur less risk.
In just 2 years we've raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
We hire outliers - people who have achieved difficult things, in their careers or beyond. You'll find leaders, colleagues who've competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community.
Why This Role Matters Now
Where You'll Create Impact
Define how DualEntry shows up in the world. You’ll make decisions that shape perception with CFOs, operators and finance teams: an audience that notices when something feels cheap and responds when something feels considered
Lead dualentry.com as a living expression of the brand. From landing pages and feature pages to campaign moments, you’ll design with an obsessive eye for hierarchy, craft and conversion
Drive the creative for DualEntry’s events presence: CFO dinners, conference booths, sponsored activations. You’ll ensure every physical touchpoint feels as intentional as the digital ones
Build scalable systems, not one-off assets. Deck masters, social frameworks, email layouts, print templates: you’ll create the infrastructure that lets brand quality compound over time
Partner directly with PMM, Marketing, and Sales as a creative strategist. You know how to receive a brief, challenge it when it’s wrong and translate positioning into visual storytelling that lands
What Sets You Up for Success
Hardcore work ethic and high agency
4+ years of design experience in-house at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, a top-tier agency or both. The best candidates will have seen both environments
A portfolio that makes us stop scrolling. Strong work across brand identity, web, print and event or environmental design. Multidisciplinary range is essential. We’re looking for craft and conviction, not volume
You’ve built and evolved brand systems, not just executed within them. You understand the difference between a brand guide and a living identity
You have a point of view about what great B2B brand looks like, and the confidence to defend it. To a CEO, a PMM, or a vendor who wants to take the easy path
You operate at both strategic and executional altitude without losing quality at either end. You can define the system and then execute the asset
You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Tools are not a bottleneck for you. Webflow experience is a plus
High agency. You don’t wait to be told what to do next, and you don’t need creative guardrails to do your best work
Why You’ll Thrive Here
Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world
You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry
Your feedback shapes the product directly
High-speed, high-trust environment with high expectations

“I joined DualEntry to help redefine an industry that hasn't changed in thirty years. My work sits at the intersection of accounting, finance, data, technology, AI, and customer support. It's demanding, but every customer that goes live is a finance team closing their books faster than they ever have, which makes it all worth it.”

Where You’ll Create Impact:
Have ownership over the full sales cycle - from lead, through disco and demo, to signed contract
Run mid-market deals with 9-12 week sales cycle with ACV of 5 to 6 figures
Work with GTM, Partnership and Marketing to increase inbound pipeline
Generate your own outbound pipeline
Work with product, feeding what you hear from prospects back into the roadmap
What Sets You Up for Success
Hardcore work ethic and high agency
3+ years closing in B2B SaaS, full cycle
Comfortable running multi-stakeholder deals
Structured and analytical, and a strong relationship builder
Coachable and hungry, energized by pace and ownership
Curiosity about finance or accounting is a plus, and we will teach you the rest
Why You’ll Thrive Here
Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world

Meet the Engineering Team
Ignacio shaped the baseline of our integration framework from scratch in a single weekend, then spent most weekends - while coordinating the team - shipping what was never on the roadmap: webhooks, a search engine for millions of transactions, and Puma itself. Pure initiative, compounding.
Marcin took a non-existent tax structure and built it end to end, setting the north star for how the team keeps improving it on top of it; modular and robust, always setting the bar for the rest.
Puhiza grew her team from one to full capacity, while owning our integration framework end to end; scaling it to support migrations, integrations, and bank connections. The queen of I/O on our platform.
Danylo took ownership of our bank connection engine end to end and rebuilt it from scratch over a weekend.
How You Operate
Pragmatic: you like to move forward and make decisions based in reality (not theory). We don't debate if Cassandra has the most theoretical scalability - we use Postgres until it breaks
Hard working: 'You can work long, hard, or smart, but [here] you can't choose two out of three' - Jeff Bezos.
Curious: you love to learn, are highly curious about new frameworks and solutions to engineering problems
Fast-moving: you deploy daily, iterate quickly, and never wait for permission
