We're looking for a technically sharp, operationally scrappy Product Analyst to be the engine that connects user research and feedback to product execution. Sitting close to our Product, Engineering, and Design (EPD) teams, you'll turn a rich and ever-growing repository of user data — product usage, feedback, interviews, sentiment — into clear themes, pain points, and recommendations that shape what we build.
This is a hands-on, full-stack analyst role: you'll run your own quantitative and qualitative research, and build the lightweight tools, automations, and research-ops infrastructure that make insights self-serve for everyone else. You'll be just as comfortable writing SQL and standing up an AI-powered feedback pipeline as you are running a user interview or presenting a recommendation to leadership. It's an ideal role for someone analytical and user-obsessed.
What You'll Do
Mine & synthesize user signal: Use SQL, BI tools, and AI/low-no-code tooling to analyze user engagement and feedback across product areas, surfacing key themes, pain points, and feature requests for the EPD org.
Run mixed-methods research: Design and execute lightweight research — surveys, 1:1 interviews, focus groups, sentiment analysis/benchmarking — pairing the quantitative "what" with the qualitative "why."
Build self-serve tooling & research ops: Implement AI and no-code tools that make feedback discoverable and insights self-serve, and stand up the scrappy operational backbone (participant sourcing, tooling, repeatable workflows) research needs to scale.
Connect insight to decisions: Translate findings into tight, well-reasoned recommendations that influence the roadmap early, separating good ideas from bad ones before significant engineering lift, and tie user pain points to adoption and revenue opportunities.
How Success Is Measured
AI-driven, self-serve feedback tools are adopted by the EPD team, cutting manual data-mining and speeding up identification of core product themes.
Research outputs show an undeniable mix of quantitative rigor (usage, sentiment scores) and qualitative depth.
Insights consistently inform the roadmap early and visibly shift team direction, rather than landing in a doc after decisions are made.
Recommendations connect cleanly to feature adoption and ARR growth.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in a fast-paced SaaS / B2B / tech environment in an analytics, product analytics, or product research role.
Data fluency: Strong SQL and BI/product-analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Mixpanel, Amplitude); comfortable pulling, manipulating, and interpreting data independently.
AI tooling & automation: Proven ability to build and deploy low-code/no-code AI solutions to automate workflows and synthesize complex data.
Mixed-methods research: Real balance of quantitative and qualitative methods, and the judgment to know which to reach for and why.
Scrappy & resourceful: Willing to do the unglamorous work — direct Slack outreach to recruit users, building research ops from scratch — without waiting for a pre-existing machine.
User-centric & business-minded: You can draw a straight line from user behavior to product decisions and revenue, and you're passionate about getting the voice of the customer into execution.
Strong communicator: You produce clear, consumable artifacts (not just dense reports) that make stakeholders actually use your insights.
Nice to Have
Experience as a founding researcher or standing up a research/ResOps function from the ground up.
Professional background or experience in legal domains.

Life as an Engineer at EvenUp 🎥
Security at EvenUp is still early enough to shape.
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior or Staff Security Engineer to help define how security evolves across our AI platform, cloud infrastructure, and engineering organization.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your days reviewing policies or maintaining existing controls. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure to solve difficult security problems, build scalable security systems, and help define what modern security looks like inside a fast-growing AI company.
We believe security should accelerate the business, not slow it down. If you’re excited about building, automating, and tackling emerging AI security challenges, we’d love to chat.
Why this role is exciting
Work on real AI security challenges. Help secure LLM-powered products, internal AI tooling, and the systems behind them.
Build, don’t babysit. You’ll design and implement security solutions rather than simply maintaining existing programs.
Own meaningful problems. From application security and cloud infrastructure to AI security and automation, you’ll have broad ownership and real impact.
Partner directly with engineers. Security is deeply embedded with Product and Engineering, helping teams ship securely without slowing them down.
Shape the future. Join while the security function is still early enough that your ideas and technical decisions will have lasting impact.
What You'll Do
Build Secure Products: Partner with Engineering to embed security throughout the SDLC through threat modeling, secure design reviews, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and practical security guidance.
Strengthen Our AI Platform: Help design and implement security controls for AI-powered products and internal AI tooling. Evaluate emerging threats and develop practical approaches to securing LLM applications.
Improve Cloud & Infrastructure Security: Secure our cloud environment, identity systems, endpoints, and production infrastructure while continuously improving our overall security posture.
Automate Security: Build tools, workflows, and automations that help engineering teams identify, prioritize, and remediate security issues more efficiently.
Respond to Security Events: Help lead incident response, improve detection capabilities, investigate security events, and continuously strengthen our monitoring and response processes.
Raise the Security Bar: Partner with engineers across the company to promote secure development practices, improve documentation where needed, and build security into how we work every day.
What We Look For
5+ years building or scaling security .
Strong application security experience, including secure SDLC, SAST/DAST, CI/CD security, and vulnerability management.
Experience securing modern cloud environments and infrastructure.
Strong programming or automation skills (Python preferred).
Experience partnering directly with software engineers to solve security problems.
Familiarity with AI security concepts such as prompt injection, model abuse, adversarial testing, or LLM security is a strong plus.
Knowledge of modern security tooling across cloud, endpoint, identity, and application security.
A builder mentality- you enjoy solving technical problems, automating repetitive work, and improving systems over time.
Relevant security certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CISM, etc.) are a plus, but practical engineering experience matters more.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of being in our Toronto or San Francisco office three days per week.

We're looking for a Sr. Product Solutions Manager to ensure our enterprise customers are seamlessly onboarded and set up for success. In this highly cross-functional role, you will act as a hybrid program manager, implementation specialist, and product partner. You will work directly with customers to configure their environments, write and iterate on AI prompts, execute SQL queries for data mapping and reporting, drive end-to-end UAT, and build the foundational playbooks for new product areas. You will also serve as the voice of the customer, capturing structured feedback and prioritizing use cases that directly influence the product roadmap. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
This is an ideal role for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, technically capable, and thrives in a scrappy environment where they can build scalable implementation systems from the ground up. Please note that travel will be required for this role.
What you’ll do:
Drive End-to-End Implementation: Own the technical and operational setup for our customers.
Configure Customer Environments: Translate firm Standard Operating Procedures into EvenUp by setting up Smart Workflows, task plans, and document templates.
Write & Iterate AI Prompts: Draft, test, and refine prompts, exercising strong judgment on quality thresholds for v1 launches.
Data & Reporting: Write and execute SQL queries to configure custom firm reports and validate data accuracy. Manage complex data mapping tasks, including provider contact entity linking. Leverage AI-assisted coding to investigate and resolve data discrepancies across backend and product layers.
Lead QA & Testing: Design User Acceptance Testing (UAT) end-to-end scenarios, conduct UAT alongside extended teams, provide mock plugs for integrations, and meticulously validate all use cases in staging environments to ensure production readiness.
Program Management & Training: Draft training schedules, coordinate with external stakeholders, and partner with internal ops teams to update internal processes (e.g., mailroom/fax attribution).
Product Feedback Loop: Triage critical failures during rollout, identify missed use cases, and prioritize them in the product backlog to continuously improve the platform.
What we look for:
4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (SaaS, LegalTech, or complex Operations).
Enterprise Implementations: A track record of leading or working on customization-heavy "system of record" implementations for large enterprise customers.
Strong SQL Skills: Comfortable writing and running complex SQL queries for data mapping, custom reporting and validation.
Prompt Engineering: Experience writing, testing and iterating on AI prompts, based on a foundational understanding of how large language models (LLMs) process and respond to inputs.
Scrappy & Adaptable: You are comfortable testing, iterating, and making swift, sound judgment calls on where quality is "good enough" for a v1 launch versus what needs immediate fixing.
Exceptional Attention to Detail: You can flawlessly manage highly complex configurations, from variabilized fax cover pages to intricate firm-level files and integration services.
Customer-Centric Focus: You have a track record of working directly with enterprise customers or critical external stakeholders to ensure their success.
Testing & Triage Capabilities: You know how to build UAT scenarios, run testing sessions, and quickly prioritize bugs or scope reductions.
How success is measured:
Firms are successfully deployed on the new system with high client satisfaction and minimal operational friction.
Clear, repeatable implementation playbooks are established, paving the way for future handoffs to the broader Customer Success team.
Product and Engineering teams are equipped with prioritized, actionable feedback to improve the product roadmap.

Prior professional experience working with an enterprise "system of record".
Prior professional background in personal injury law, LegalTech, or Legal Case Management Systems.

Act as a trusted senior presence for firm owners and leadership during a critical transition period.
What we look for:
8+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, client success, operations, or a related leadership role.
Experience in legal services (preferred), professional services, or similarly complex environments.
Proven experience managing teams that travel and execute on-site client engagements.

Willingness and ability to travel regularly (including overnight and multi-day site visits).
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with firm owners and senior leadership.
Calm, solution-oriented leadership style with a high level of accountability.
What success looks like:

Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.
We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at .
We’re seeking a self-driven, customer-obsessed founding Manager of Account Management to build and lead our customer expansion strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape our cross-sell motion from the ground up, establishing the frameworks, processes, and team culture that will drive revenue growth from our existing customer base.

Develop and standardize upsell and cross-sell playbooks specifically for the enterprise segment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience and advocate for client needs.
Operate as a strategic builder, creating structure within ambiguity to drive consistent revenue outcomes.
What we look for:
5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role at a B2B SaaS company.
Proven track record of building and scaling a successful Account Management team in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
Strong experience in a "founding team" capacity is highly preferred.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills with a focus on high performance.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex account strategies and consistently exceed revenue targets.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to take full ownership and drive initiatives independently.
