Technical Project Manager
About Us
Farsight is the agentic AI platform for financial services, currently helping investment banks and private equity firms fully automate entire, highly nuanced workflows. Today, institutions will spend 80% of their time gathering information for and creating first drafts of materials by hand before iterating on and refining their decks, models, and pitches.
Farsight is partnered with S&P Global and has the opportunity to shape the future of financial services!
Our team comes from Evercore, General Atlantic, Amazon, Hugging Face, founding engineers of other startups, and plenty more!
The Role
Farsight is moving fast, and as our product and enterprise customer base scale, the way we coordinate work across our technical teams has become one of our highest priorities. This role exists to make that happen.
As our Technical Project Manager, you will sit at the intersection of our Software Engineering, AI, and Infrastructure & Security teams. You will own our application lifecycle management process end to end: every project — from enterprise feature commitments to internal platform work — will run through the process you operate, with clear requirements, owners, sequencing, and timelines at every stage.
You will work as the direct counterpart to our Product Manager. The Product Manager brings priorities, requirements, and customer context in from our GTM org; you turn those into scoped, sequenced, and tracked projects across the technical teams, and deliver realistic timelines — built from estimates by the engineers doing the work — back up so GTM always knows where things stand. Together, you and the Product Manager will jointly prioritize the roadmap based on customer importance on one side and engineering cost, dependencies, and duration on the other.
Today, much of this coordination is done ad hoc by our engineers on top of their day jobs. Your success means they never have to do it again.
This is not a coordination role for someone who likes to run meetings. It is a high-ownership, high-impact position for someone who gets uncomfortable when things are unclear and fixes them. This is a role reporting to our COO!
What You'll Do
Own our application lifecycle management process end to end — every project moves through clearly defined stages with documented requirements, owners, and definitions of done, and you make sure nothing gets lost, stalled, or misunderstood along the way
Build project timelines from estimates provided by the engineers doing the work, track progress against them, and communicate status and changes to the Product Manager and GTM org so expectations always match reality
Partner with the Product Manager to jointly prioritize projects, weighing customer and GTM importance against engineering effort, dependencies, and tradeoffs
Coordinate requirements, sequencing, and dependencies across the Software Engineering, AI, and Infrastructure & Security teams — including the security and scalability work required to take features from working to enterprise-ready — so no team is blocking another
Manage projects with hard customer deadlines: identify risks early, and when things take longer than expected, drive the decision on what to cut, resequence, or renegotiate to get delivery back on track
Take coordination and process work off our engineers' plates so they can focus on building
Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with a focus on velocity and clarity, not ceremony
Surface blockers early, escalate when needed, and drive resolution without creating overhead
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a closely related role, ideally at a startup or high-growth tech company
Strong technical fluency: you don't need to write code, but you need to understand how software gets built, what makes something technically complex, and why timelines slip
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams — software engineering, AI/ML, infrastructure, DevOps, security — and translate between them
Experience building realistic delivery timelines from engineering estimates and holding teams accountable to them without burning trust
Highly organized with a low tolerance for ambiguity: you create clarity where others leave things vague
Above and Beyond Qualifications
Experience at an AI-native startup where non-deterministic systems added coordination complexity
Experience delivering into enterprise environments with security, compliance, or infrastructure requirements
Experience introducing or operating a project lifecycle process at a company that didn't have one before
Compensation
Base salary range of $130,000–$180,000. Commensurate with experience
Equity: Meaningful early-stage package with standard vesting (4 year / 1-year cliff)
Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance
Unlimited PTO

Our Team
Our team has had a wide range of experience that uniquely equips us to capture this massive opportunity. Our team comes from leading financial institutions like Evercore, General Atlantic and Menlo Ventures, supercharged by scalable engineering and AI skills from companies including Amazon, Hugging Face and the MIT Media Lab. We've learned the ins and outs of building successful startups from previous work as founders and founding engineers. We focus on hiring the best so that we can become the best, so we hope you apply!
We are entirely based in Manhattan, New York City, and are in-person 4 days a week (except Fridays, which are remote).
Job Description
As an AI Engineer at Farsight AI, you'll play a critical role in advancing our state-of-the-art AI platform. You will:
Design, build, and own agentic systems that produce client-ready financial deliverables — decks, models, and memos — end to end, from data ingestion to polished output.
Build the evaluation and quality systems behind generated deliverables: deterministic document checks, model-judged review, grounding and fidelity verification, and regression suites for non-deterministic outputs.
Turn proprietary data from our platform and customers into evidence-backed insight — building pipelines that discover, quantify, and verify patterns, and feed them back into how our systems draft and check.
Build and refine the retrieval systems that ground our deliverables in unstructured and structured financial data, ensuring every number and claim traces to its source.
Drive the next generation of agentic capabilities on the Farsight platform — composability, advanced function calling, and modular orchestration.
Shape what we build next: ideate directly on customer value, and help prioritize across time-to-market, execution risk, and impact.
Desired Qualifications
2+ years of experience deploying machine learning or LLM systems in production.
Experience building agentic systems: function calling, tool use, orchestration, and the reliability engineering that keeps multi-step systems on the rails.
Experience building and validating evaluations for LLM systems. You know why "ask a model to rate it 1–10" isn't an answer.
Experience building retrieval over unstructured and structured data, and working with documents as structured artifacts (mixed text, numeric, and tabular content; document formats and their internals; rendered-output analysis).
A real, evolving AI-assisted development workflow, with a verification story proportional to what you delegate.
Strong Python proficiency and deep, current fluency with frontier model APIs and their capabilities.
Above and Beyond Qualifications
Experience evaluating generated documents or other complex, client-facing deliverables — especially combining deterministic checks with model-based judging.
Experience extracting reliable, quantified patterns from large, noisy real-world datasets — discovery pipelines where every claimed finding traces back to specific evidence.
Deep familiarity with financial data, documents, and workflows.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $200,000 to $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance
Unlimited PTO
Note: You'll need valid U.S. work authorization to join us.
Please note that a background check and employment verification may be required for this position. We may obtain one or more background screening reports about you, solely for employment purposes.

Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the CEO, CTO, and COO across multiple priorities

Proactive by nature, you anticipate needs and solve problems before they surface

Experience supporting a founding team or CEO at a Series A / B startup
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Linear, Slack, and Google Workspace
Prior exposure to recruiting coordination or people operations
Compensation
Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

IT & Security Generalist
IT & Security Generalist – Farsight AI
Based in New York, NY (4 days a week onsite)
Farsight is a ~40-person SaaS company building workflow automation for investment banks, private equity, hedge funds, and asset managers. IT and Security currently run as a one-person function. As we scale toward 100 employees, we're hiring a IT & Security Generalist to grow into ownership of it, mentored directly by our Head of Information Security.
Farsight serves major financial institutions, so security judgment here directly affects customer trust, not just process. Managers here focus on developing your judgment rather than just directing your tasks, and we hold each other to clear, reliable commitments.
What you'll do
You’ll start with picking up onboarding/offboarding processes, device fleet compliance, Tier 1 support, and inventory. This role has space growing into full ownership of identity, endpoint management, security triage, and vendor management as we scale!
Experience we’re looking for
At least 2 years of professional experience in an IT capacity
Device management: Mac, Windows, mobile provisioning and MDM
SaaS tool administration: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.

User support and onboarding: setting up new hires quickly
Basic cloud familiarity: AWS or GCP at a user level
Legally able to work in the US, onsite in NYC. No degree required. Curious, collaborative, reliable.
What we value more than experience
Asking for help early is good judgment, not weakness
Finishing what's started over starting new things
Speaking up when you disagree, ideally with an alternative in hand
No shortcuts that trade security for convenience
Genuine curiosity about how things work, not just closing the ticket
Compensation
Base salary range of $80,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience
Meaningful equity at a Series A startup
Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance
Unlimited PTO
Strategic Growth Manager
About Us
For a long time, Farsight has been best-in-class at deliverables generation and iteration. Unlike general AI finance platforms that focus primarily on research, Farsight has spent years focused on producing high-quality, personalized end deliverables. This has given us a meaningful advantage in capturing judgment data: the comments, edits, and nuances a partner makes on a deck or model as it travels from first draft to final version.
Our platform enables teams to deliver full client-ready documents natively in Microsoft Office Suite (slide decks, CIMs, financial models, memos) end-to-end. By using your firm’s historical best practices and voice there are no generic outputs. Everything is aligned to your brand.
Security, scale, and precision matter. We operate with SOC-2 compliance, full end-to-end encryption, and deployment options from customer-cloud to on-premise.
Our Strategy & Ops team is made up of members with backgrounds from: J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Evercore, General Atlantic, Mizuho, Barclays, and more!
Role Overview
As a Strategic Growth Manager on the Strategy & Ops team, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of investment banks and private equity firms, guiding them from onboarding through full platform adoption and beyond. You will develop a deep understanding of each customer's workflows, goals, and challenges, and proactively connect them to the platform capabilities that create the most value. You will own renewals, manage account health, and identify and close expansion opportunities within your book of business.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on building relationships with demanding, sophisticated clients and takes personal pride in their customers' success.
We are entirely based in Manhattan and are in-person 4 days a week (except Fridays, which are remote).
Key Responsibilities
Build deep relationships with key stakeholders at each account, becoming their trusted point of contact for everything from day-to-day questions to strategic workflow design
Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts by understanding customer goals and connecting them to platform capabilities they haven't yet unlocked
Manage renewals and account health proactively, surfacing risks early and resolving them before they become problems
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in management consulting, with a track record of managing and delivering for large, complex accounts
Experience with Fortune 500 clients, major financial institutions, or enterprise technology companies
You know what it means to hold a relationship with a demanding client and drive outcomes across a large organization
NYC-based and able to work onsite as needed.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in enterprise AI platforms or fintech/financial services
Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, CRMs, and data room platforms
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $140,000 to $170,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Equity at a Series A company
Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance
Unlimited PTO
Note: You'll need valid U.S. work authorization to join us.
Please note that a background check and employment verification may be required for this position. We may obtain one or more background screening reports about you, solely for employment purposes.

We are entirely based in Manhattan, New York City, and are in-person 4 days a week (except Fridays, which are remote).

A proven track record of shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you took full ownership from problem to launch
Above and Beyond Qualifications
Previous experience as a founder or first PM at an AI-native startup
Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, or AI workflow products
Background in financial services, including investment banking, private equity, or fintech
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and incorporating their feedback into product decisions
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $160,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience
Equity: Meaningful early-stage package with standard vesting (4 year / 1-year cliff)
Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance
