Demand Gen is the connective tissue between strategy and pipeline, to make it impossible for the right companies to ignore us. To architect account-based programs that span every channel, tool, and team, blending sharp marketing instincts with AI and automation to drive engagement and revenue. To be faster, smarter, and at scale.
🪐 About The Role:
We’re looking for an AI-forward Senior Manager of ABM & Campaigns to build and scale account-based programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.

Strategic instincts of an ABM leader
Operational rigor of a campaign architect

You should be comfortable using AI tools, building lightweight agents or automations, experimenting with vibe coding or no-code workflows, and finding ways to make GTM processes more efficient and intelligent.
You are a builder and problem solver at heart.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
Build and scale account-based programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
Lead ABM strategy and execution across priority accounts, segments, industries, personas, and pipeline goals.
Build integrated campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, content, digital, SDR activation, executive engagement, and sales plays
Use AI to improve account research, personalization, content repurposing, messaging tests, campaign QA, reporting, and performance analysis.
Use data, intent signals, enrichment, engagement insights, and funnel reporting to improve targeting, orchestration, and conversion.
Continuously test and optimize messaging, audiences, channels, offers, content formats, and sales follow-up.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of B2B marketing experience across ABM, demand generation, integrated campaigns, or revenue marketing — ideally in SaaS, AI, data, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
You have a strong grasp of B2B buying committees, account segmentation, and pipeline creation.
You know how to shape narratives and craft messaging that resonates with buyers.
You're hands-on with modern GTM tools; intent data, enrichment, sales engagement, analytics, automation and comfortable building agents, no-code workflows, and signal-based selling motions.
You're data-driven, collaborative, and clear in how you communicate impact.
Ability to work from our Palo Alto office 2-3 days a week.

At Fiddler, we understand the implications of AI and the impact that it has on human lives. Our company was born with the mission of building trust into AI. The rise of Generative AI and Agents has unlocked generalized intelligence but also widened the risk aperture and made it harder to ensure that AI applications are working well. Fiddler enables organizations to get ahead of these issues by helping deploy trustworthy, and transparent AI solutions.
Fiddler partners with AI-first organizations to help build a long-term framework for responsible AI practices, which, in turn, builds trust with their user base. AI Engineers, Data Science, and business teams use Fiddler AI to monitor, evaluate, secure, analyze, and improve their AI solutions to drive better outcomes. Our platform enables engineering teams and business stakeholders alike to understand the "what", “why”, and "how" behind AI outcomes.
Our Founders
Fiddler AI is founded by Krishna Gade (engineering leader at Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Microsoft) and Amit Paka (product leader at Microsoft, Samsung, Paypal and two-time founder). We are backed by Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Lux Capital.
