Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for product designers who are excited to shape how teams build together. At Figma, design isn't just how something looks—it's how it works, how it feels, and how it scales. Our designers are systems thinkers, prototypers, storytellers, and craftspeople who care deeply about quality and collaboration. In this role, you'll turn ambiguity into clarity, push the product forward with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and help us invent new ways for people to design and build products together.
With an eye for simplicity and craft, curiosity for complex systems, and an appetite for technical challenges, you can help define the future of how software is made.
This is a unique opportunity for a designer who loves both craft and technical depth. You'll prototype, build, and ship alongside engineers while helping define foundational experiences that support millions of creators across Figma.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Design and ship end-to-end experiences that help organize, manage, and deliver content across Figma's products, as part of the Content Management Systems team
Partner closely with engineering to shape platform capabilities and technical infrastructure that support CMS and open-source initiatives
Translate technically complex systems into intuitive, elegant user experiences
Prototype early and often to explore ideas, validate concepts, and communicate nuanced interaction and technical decisions
Contribute to product strategy and long-term vision by bringing together customer insights, product thinking, and technical understanding
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers throughout the product development process
Help raise the quality bar across the organization through thoughtful feedback, design critiques, and mentorship
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
Exceptional product design craft with strong visual and interaction skills, especially in complex software where systems thinking matters as much as any individual screen — with a proven ability to simplify technically complex systems into intuitive, thoughtful user experiences
Code is part of your design process, not something you wait to hand off. You build working prototypes to explore interaction ideas, understand technical possibilities, and communicate a direction
Demonstrated ability to move fast, forming a point of view, testing it, and adjusting course without waiting for complete information
Ability to define a clear product and design vision in ambiguous spaces, using customer insights, qualitative research, and product data to guide decisions
Track record of independently driving design from discovery through launch, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
Naturally curious about how software is built, with strong cross-functional partnerships across design, engineering, product management, and research — raising the quality of work through thoughtful collaboration, feedback, and a deep care for the workflows of designers, developers, and other creative makers
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience building and shipping software through coding, AI-assisted development, or other technical approaches
Familiarity designing developer tools, APIs, SDKs, or other highly technical product experiences
Contributions to or designing for open-source software
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Strategic Program Manager - Figma Weave (New York, United States)
New York, NY
Apply
Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're building the next chapter of AI-native craft and creativity - where craft and technology meet. Our unified platform bridges the gap between AI capabilities and human creativity, and lets professional creatives and designers harness the power of the world’s leading AI models without losing precision, expression, or soul. Together, we’re building tools that help people move faster without sacrificing quality, precision, or craft — a platform where AI supports creativity instead of flattening it.
We're looking for a Strategic Program Manager to join Figma Weave as a key partner to our executive team. You'll lead the cross-functional programs and operational systems that scale a fast-growing business—partnering with leaders across product, marketing, customer experience, and operations to take initiatives from problem framing through shipped rollout.
This role spans three layers of work in parallel: strategic program leadership, operational execution, and process automation. You'll translate strategic priorities into concrete programs with clear owners and milestones, and stay close enough to the work to ship them, measure them, and improve them. You'll identify the repetitive manual work that sits across functions and replace it with AI-powered automations that raise the operational ceiling without growing headcount. You'll build the inspection mechanisms—dashboards, reviews, planning rhythms—that turn data into decisions.
This role is for someone who thinks in systems, who instinctively resolves ambiguity rather than letting it linger, and who reaches for code or AI before reaching for a meeting. You're equally at home writing a strategic memo and shipping a script that automates a workflow.
This is a full time role based out of our New York hub.
What you’ll do at Figma Weave:
Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end—from problem framing and option analysis through rollout, change management, and measurement—partnering with leaders across product, marketing, customer experience, and operations
Own the operating cadence of Figma Weave, including planning rhythm, executive team rituals, All Hands content and structure, and the review mechanisms that keep the company honest about progress against priorities
Design and ship AI-powered automations that remove repetitive manual work across functions—identifying high-friction workflows, prototyping the solution, and rolling it out to the team
Build dashboards, reviews, and inspection mechanisms that turn data into decisions, including the underlying queries, models, and tooling
Develop business cases that shape major decisions—structuring ambiguous problems, conducting research, weighing options, and surfacing clear recommendations with the data to back them
Translate strategic priorities into concrete programs with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics—staying close enough to the work to spot risk early
Craft executive-level narratives—planning packages, All Hands content, leadership reviews, board materials—that synthesize insight, frame decisions, and build alignment
Support light budget tracking and operational rigor while stepping in to scope and own emerging operational needs—building the system, the program, or the team required to address them, and helping ensure investments map to priorities and outcomes remain visible
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Spent the last few years leading cross-functional programs end-to-end at a high-growth software or AI-native company—whether as a Chief of Staff, Technical Program Manager, BizOps or Strategy & Operations leader, founder, or early operator at an early-stage company
Demonstrated outcomes, not titles. You've shipped cross-functional programs that moved metrics or transformed how teams work—not just frameworks or decks
Technical and analytical fluency. You're comfortable with SQL and modern data tooling (Looker, Mode, Hex), reason naturally about systems and pipelines, and reach for code or AI before reaching for another meeting
Daily, hands-on AI use. You actively use AI in your own work and have built or shipped automations that removed meaningful manual effort—for yourself or for your team
A systems mindset. You instinctively look for the process behind the problem and build mechanisms that compound, rather than one-off fixes
Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy. You operate at a senior level, earn trust quickly across functions and seniority, and don't wait to be told what to do
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Light coding fluency (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or scripting) or hands-on experience building with agentic AI tools
Experience working across product, marketing, and customer experience functions in a SaaS or platform business
Familiarity with creative tools, developer tools, or design platforms
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. Figma Weave is building the next chapter of AI-native craft and creativity. Our platform bridges AI capability and human creative judgment, giving professional creatives and enterprise teams the ability to build, direct, and scale creative workflows without losing precision or control.
We're hiring an Events Manager to build Figma Weave's real-world presence — from major industry conferences to our own standalone events — and turn that presence into both brand awareness and enterprise pipeline.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. You'll decide which events we show up at and why, own the content and brand experience at major conferences, run our own events end to end, and work closely with sales and with Figma's broader marketing organization to make sure every event earns its place on the calendar.
This is a full time role based out of our New York hub.
What you’ll do at Figma Weave:
Own event strategy: which events we show up at, why, and how each ties back to either brand awareness or enterprise pipeline
At major industry conferences, own content, branding, speaking sessions, and awareness goals, partnering with Figma's central demand-gen team on lead gen, sales enablement, and booth execution
Own Weave's standalone events end to end — third-party conference presence built specifically for Weave, and executive programs — coordinating with Figma's broader field marketing and regional teams
Build and manage the events budget, accountable for both awareness and pipeline outcomes
Work directly with sales to tie event activity to lead generation and pipeline goals
Manage agencies and vendors — you own the brief and the outcome, not the physical build
Represent Weave in front of VP+ stakeholders at events and executive programs
Track and report on event performance, from reach and awareness to pipeline contribution
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience running enterprise or industry events, from strategy through execution
Comfort working alongside sales on a pipeline-driven motion — you speak the language sales and sales enablement use
Experience managing agencies and service providers to deliver on a brief, without doing the physical production yourself
Confidence engaging directly with senior (VP+) stakeholders, internally and externally
The ability to work inside a larger partner ecosystem — coordinating with internal teams and external vendors rather than building everything independently
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience in creative tech, design platforms, or AI tools
Experience building brand awareness campaigns alongside a pipeline-focused events motion
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills.
If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

You'll manage and grow a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and research leaders.
This team builds the products and platform capabilities that help design and code move fluently together. You'll set the strategy for improving connecting customer codebases to Figma.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York hub or remotely within the Eastern US time zone.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead the product aspects of the four teams driving Figma's Code area - Code Context, Design to Code and Code to Design, and Code Platform
Set vision, strategy, and goals for how design and code stay in sync at Figma

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, with a proven track record of hiring, calibrating, and developing talent
Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products - has run evals, owned annotation pipelines, and made real ship/no-ship calls on model behavior
A track record of setting strategy and executing on major initiatives in environments with deep technical and product ambiguity - and rallying an org around a bold, unproven bet
Experience working with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn that into shipped product
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication with technical depth; credible in engineering reviews and with senior stakeholders

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
