The Opportunity
We, at Flywire, are looking for a smart, analytical thinker who’s excited to wow our clients with best in class data and analytics capabilities. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will help set the vision and direction for how we communicate the story of Flywire’s data to our clients, both with interactive in-app reporting solutions and custom analytics projects that speak to the unique value and ROI that our product has delivered throughout our partnership.
This is a true cross-functional role, with responsibilities crossing data & analytics, product development, relationship management, and sales. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable managing cross-functional projects and also have a deep technical understanding of a general BI stack and will be able to periodically contribute to development and analysis.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Help set a broad company vision for the way we communicate data and our value proposition to clients
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand unique client situations and deliver analyses to show the value of Flywire’s value and performance
- Lead the design and development of customer-facing dashboards
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that reporting and analytical solutions are secure, scalable, and part of a seamless user experience
Qualifications
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, product management, data and analytics, or a related field
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong experience with business intelligence tools is required, with a preference for Looker and Sigma
- Comfortable presenting to both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills: You can make even the most complex data easy to comprehend
- Emerging data science and analytical skills
- Familiar and comfortable with emerging AI technologies, digital assistants for natural language queries, and core LLM tools
- Strong business acumen by connecting data and dashboard design decisions to revenue, client retention, and broader company strategy, not just technical execution
- Experience working with finance-related data (revenue, billing, payments, or similar financial reporting) and translating it into stakeholder-ready insights
- Experience working with client or CRM data (e.g. Salesforce) to build a unified view of client relationships and usage patterns

The Opportunity:
As Flywire continues to scale its Education software and payments platform, Product Marketing plays a central role in how we turn product capability into market impact.
This role sits at the intersection of Product and Go to Market. The focus is straightforward. Make our solutions easy to understand, easy to sell, and clearly differentiated. You will shape how we position our products, how we go to market, and how we enable teams to win. The output shows up in pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue.
You will connect product strategy, customer insight, and commercial execution. That means sharpening our story, targeting the right customers, and ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. It also means bringing real feedback from the field back into how we evolve both messaging and product direction.
What you’ll do:
Positioning, ICP, and Messaging
- Define clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions for our Education solutions
- Own Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas grounded in customer and market insight
- Translate complex software and payments capabilities into simple, compelling narratives
- Ensure consistency across Product, Marketing, and Sales
Go to Market and Launch Execution
- Lead go to market strategy for launches, releases, and commercial initiatives

Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 5 to 8 years of B2B product marketing experience across SaaS, payments, fintech, or similar environments
- Proven track record owning positioning, go to market launches, and enablement with clear ties to pipeline, conversion, and revenue
- Strong commercial and product instincts, with a clear understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales motions
- Ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling value propositions that resonate with buyers

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Finance/FP&A Manager to join our team and act as a strategic finance partner to our Sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy, and execution, with the opportunity to influence revenue growth, pricing decisions, and go-to-market performance.
You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Analytics to drive insights, challenge assumptions, and help leadership make better, faster decisions.This position will be part of the Business Unit FP&A team reporting into the head of Business Unit FP&A. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing Flywire’s Job Architecture operationalization initiative to standardize the job framework across all functions and geographies.
You will work closely within the Total Rewards team, external Job Architecture vendor, cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders to translate the job architecture design into validated, business-ready outcomes.

- Support the end-to-end execution of Job Architecture program across all phases, from job mapping validation, career ladder development, job leveling calibration, to change management, manager education and go-live readiness
- Own program coordination and project management, maintain timeliness, track milestones, flag risks and dependencies, and ensure cross-functional work streams stay on track
- Partner with and manage the external Job Architecture vendor, coordinate deliverables, ensure output aligns with Flywire’s program design and decisions
- Build and maintain business-facing materials that supports Job Architecture operationalization
- Support the development of career ladders, partners with stakeholder on system implementation of job architecture
- Document job architecture principles, decision framework, and operating guidelines to support consistency and scalability post-implementation
- Build relationships with business leaders and people team stakeholders to facilitate smooth validation and rollout across functions and geographies
Compensation Support – 30%
- Provide day-to-day compensation benchmark support, including offer and promotion reviews, job leveling, and compensation alignment
- Support benchmarking and market analysis to inform compensation decisions
- Support compensation cycles and off-cycle processes during the implementation period, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and auditability
- Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, governance, and data quality as systems and ways of working evolve
Qualifications
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- 4 – 6 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards or related HR analytics
- Must be familiar with Job Evaluation and Job Architecture concepts. Familiarity with Radford/McLagan methodology and leveling frameworks is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting HRIS or Workday implementations
- Workday compensation certification is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; able to work with large and complex datasets to generate insights
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with benchmarking analysis

The Opportunity
As the Sales Manager for Ireland, you will be the primary owner of Flywire’s footprint in the Irish Higher Education market. This is a unique hybrid role that combines the drive of a new business hunter with the strategic depth of a relationship manager.
You will be joining a high-performing UK & Ireland Sales team. With a portfolio that already includes approximately 30 HEIs and colleges in Ireland, your goal is to defend and deepen these relationships while aggressively hunting for the remaining net-new opportunities in the region. You will focus on driving “stickiness” and revenue growth by optimising payer adoption and leading the charge on deep technical integrations with key Student Record Systems.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales, UK & Ireland, and work autonomously to own the Irish territory, serving as the strategic partner to Directors of Finance, International Admissions, and Student Services leaders across the region.

- Market Expansion: Proactively hunt and close net-new opportunities within the Irish Higher Education and college sectors on our way to achieve 100% market coverage.
- Drive Platform Utilisation: Analyse client transaction data to identify gaps in capture rates; execute strategies to ensure Flywire is the primary/exclusive payment method for all international receivables.
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic territory plan for Ireland to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close (Salesforce hygiene is a must).
- RFP Leadership: Lead and manage tender responses and RFPs for the Irish market, collaborating with our bid teams to secure long-term contracts.
Relationship Management & Client Success
- Integration Strategy: Champion the move from manual processes to fully integrated payment flows. You will drive the adoption of our integrations with key ERPs (e.g., Banner, SITS), ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and students.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as the trusted advisor for our Irish portfolio, conducting regular business reviews to align Flywire’s roadmap with client strategic goals.
- Retention: Secure contract renewals and defend the client base against competitors by demonstrating continuous value, ROI, and payment security.
- Advocacy: Act as the “Voice of the Irish Customer” internally, feeding back market-specific requirements and trends to our Product and Leadership teams
Qualifications
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development in with a focus on selling to the Higher Education sector from EdTech, FinTech, and/or Payments, with C-Level connections across Finance, Admissions, IT and International at the Major Universities and Technological Universities in Ireland.
- ERP/SIS Expertise: Familiarity with the Higher Education technology stack is essential. Specific experience with Tribal SITS or Ellucian Banner (and how payments integrate into them) will be a distinct advantage.
- Consultative Seller: Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, identifying “gaps” in current financial processes and positioning technical solutions to C-level stakeholders (Directors of Finance, Heads of Recruitment).
- Hybrid Skillset: You are just as comfortable hunting a new deal as you are nurturing a 5-year relationship. You know when to push for a close and when to listen.
- Autonomy: Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively while remaining a close collaborator with the wider UK & London-based team.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly both virtually and in person.

The Opportunity:
As an Inside Sales Account Executive at Flywire, you’ll play a key role in growing our B2B vertical by converting high-quality inbound leads into successful client partnerships. You’ll represent one of the most exciting fintech platforms in the market, helping organizations solve critical AR and payment challenges with our innovative solution.
Our FlyMates are creative problem solvers focused on execution and building trusted, value-driven relationships with clients. Success in this role is defined not just by revenue generated, but by client satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term success.
What You’ll Do:
- Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and close deals by understanding client pain points and demonstrating the value of Flywire’s AR automation and payments solution.
- Engage prospects in discovery calls, product demos, and consultative sales discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales lifecycle—from first touch through onboarding and handoff.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Solutions Engineering) to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in our CRM system.
- Identify trends in client feedback to influence new product features and improvements.
- Support broader sales and marketing initiatives, including lead nurturing and campaign follow-up.
Qualifications

- At least 1-2 years experience in a full cycle Sales role
- Consistent experience with outbound outreach is a must
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 – $80,000 plus Commission and Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
