About Function
Function Health is the AI operating system for health, designed to empower people to live 100 healthy years. Through advanced diagnostics, deep biomarker testing, longitudinal data, and AI-enabled insights, Function equips hundreds of thousands of members with the intelligence to take control of both the quality and length of their lives. Function has been recognized as one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2024 and is venture-backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), with a recently announced $298M Series B.
Function's Imaging Team powers one of the most advanced cancer screening platforms in the world, offering AI-driven MRI scans across 13 organs at 200+ imaging facilities in 150+ cities across the US and abroad. This infrastructure sits at the core of Function's mission to move healthcare from reactive to proactive, and is scaling rapidly as part of the company's next chapter of growth.
We are building a world-class team that believes deeply in that mission, operates with a relentless bias toward action, and brings the technical rigor to match the ambition.
The Role
The Director of Partnerships owns Function's imaging partner network end to end: how it runs, how it performs, and the decisions that shape it. The job is two things. Run the machine: the account management team, onboarding and launch, SLAs, and the CRM and process hygiene that keep the network clean. Drive the calls: market prioritization, partner mix, remediation versus exit, and the highest-stakes escalations.
This is a builder's role with a manager's responsibilities, and it demands an entrepreneurial operator. You'll move fluidly between managing our most important relationships, and supporting the team through day-to-day execution. You set the strategy for where we expand next and the standards for how we operate once we're live, and you're accountable for the outcomes either way.
What You'll Do
Own the partner network
- Own the health, performance, and composition of Function's imaging partner network across 200+ facilities
- Keep the CRM accurate as the single system of record for the network
Drive network strategy decisions
- Set market prioritization based on member demand and coverage gaps
- Own partner mix, remediation versus exit calls, and the highest-stakes escalations end to end
- Bring commit-level recommendations on exits, exclusivity, and major market bets to the COO for ratification
Lead and develop the team
- Manage a team of account managers who own partner relationships and drive onboarding and ongoing performance
- Coach through escalations and complex integrations; step in directly on the highest-stakes relationships
Own commercial terms on critical relationships
- Own renewals and contract work on a small set of the network's most important partnerships, including pricing, exclusivity, and service-level terms
- comfortable owning commercial and contract work on your most important relationships, working with Legal from redline to signature
Drive onboarding and launch
- Ensure partners go live cleanly, with the AM acting as project manager and coordinating across Member Experience, Ops, and integration/engineering
- Own the launch-to-stable transition and resolve the operational issues that drive member complaints
Enable new products and expansion
- Work with Product and MRI Ops to bring new scan capabilities onto the network
- Support international expansion (UK, and new markets) with the partner strategy to back it
- Maintain the systems and documentation that let the function scale — CRM, SOPs, and institutional knowledge
Work cross-functionally
- Coordinate closely with Ops, Product, Finance/Billing, and Member Experience to keep partnerships performing and members well-served
- Represent the voice of the partner network in internal planning and roadmap discussions
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years leading partnerships or provider network operations, it doesn't have to be in healthcare.
- Experience managing and developing a team through escalations and complex operational work
- You've made consequential network decisions and stood behind them: exits, remediations, escalations you owned end to end
- Entrepreneurial operator: you take ownership of ambiguous problems, act without waiting for direction, and build the process where none exists
- Strong operator's instinct: you build repeatable process, document what matters, and keep systems clean
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Legal, and translating between commercial and operational needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication; direct, concise, and organized
- Bias toward ownership and follow-through in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
What’s In It for You
As the Director of Partnerships, Imaging you have the opportunity to be an early leader at Function Health and work with an all-star team focused on detecting cancer early for everyone in the world. You're also going to have access to benefits such as:
- Base Salary Range: $220,000 - $250,000
- Stock options
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans for you and your family
- Wellness and commuter benefits
- Competitive vacation policy
- A culture that emphasizes learning
- Professional development budget for continued learning
- Opportunity to directly impact our mission of saving lives through early cancer detection

Company Overview
SuppCo is on a mission to help people make sense of supplements and connect what they take to measurable outcomes in their bodies. Our platform helps users find high-quality products, optimize their stack, and understand what's actually working—powered by our proprietary TrustScore quality rating system, our StackScore routine analysis algorithm, and SuppIQ, our AI companion for personalized guidance.
Earlier this year, SuppCo was acquired by Function Health, the membership platform that gives people a complete picture of their health through lab biomarker testing and clinician-backed insights. It's a natural fit: Function shows you what's happening inside your body, and SuppCo helps you act on it with confidence. The full SuppCo team has joined Function for the long haul, and together we're building the most trusted health optimization experience anywhere—for millions of members.
This is a rare moment, as SuppCo and Function are launching a category-defining feature in late 2026 that will change how users use supplements forever. You'd be joining an experienced founder-led team with a track record of building and scaling category-defining products, now backed by Function's reach, data, and membership base. The ambition is big, the runway is real, and the work matters.
Role Overview
SuppCo is seeking a growth-focused Senior Product Manager to join as our first product hire beyond the Head of Product. You'll own growth across all of SuppCo — acquisition, onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention across the entire experience. The single biggest component of that mandate is a new (currently confidential) membership initiative: turning our large and growing user base into active, repeat purchasers.
Reporting directly to our Head of Product, you're a growth specialist with marketplace, subscription or B2B2C experience who can rigorously test at speed and scale.
You'll own SuppCo's growth funnels end to end, including into and through our new membership experience, from acquisition and onboarding to activation, first purchase, and repeat purchase, while building and running an ambitious experimentation roadmap across all of them.
Additionally, you'll work with the Head of Product to create a coherent, high-performing experience across Function Health and SuppCo, building funnels between the two apps that convert and scale.
This is a unique opportunity to own the growth engine at a company with exceptional traction and a defensible data moat, at a genuine inflection point.
Key Responsibilities
- Own growth end to end: Own SuppCo's full growth engine across the entire experience — acquisition, onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention on both mobile and web. Define the growth strategy, find the highest-leverage opportunities wherever they are, and drive the metrics that matter.
- Scale the new Membership experience: Own the funnel into and through our new membership experience — from awareness and onboarding to first purchase and repeat engagement. Drive transactors, purchase frequency, and revenue per user. Partner closely with the Head of Product and business team.
- Growth loops & cross-sell: Design and optimize activation and upsell loops across our products and partnerships — including between the SuppCo and Function Health apps — turning engaged users into repeat purchasers and building growth mechanics that compound over time.
- Experimentation & optimization: Design and run rigorous A/B tests across key stages of the funnel, from onboarding through purchase and retention. Continue a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration, and establish or improve the practices that let a fast-moving, AI-accelerated team ship and learn quickly without losing rigor.
- Activation & onboarding: Own the new-user experience so that more users reach the "aha" of a trusted, personalized stack — and their first purchase — faster.
- Subscription & membership monetization: Help evolve and optimize our Pro membership — conversion, value communication, retention, and lifetime value — as its role in the business evolves.
- AI product development: Drive strategy and execution for AI-powered growth surfaces, including SuppIQ (our supplement guidance chatbot), agentic buying experiences, and new AI-driven frontdoors that improve personalization, discovery, and guidance throughout the purchase journey.
- Data-driven decision making: Define KPIs and success metrics for growth initiatives, build dashboards to track performance, deeply analyze cohort and funnel behavior, and translate insights into high-impact product opportunities.
- User research & insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user motivation, purchase friction, and decision-making across the journey — using insights to inform growth hypotheses and strategy.
- Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Growth Marketing, and Operations to ship high-quality work rapidly while maintaining strong alignment on priorities and tradeoffs.
- Full product ownership: Beyond growth funnels, take end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives across SuppCo's product as business priorities require.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience at consumer technology companies, with demonstrated expertise in growth.
- Growth track record required: Proven success driving measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, or monetization through product-led growth and systematic experimentation.
- Marketplace, B2B2C or sharing economy experience: Experience building or optimizing marketplace, subscription, commerce ,or transactional products — especially the demand and conversion side: purchase funnels, merchandising, cross-sell, and repeat-purchase mechanics.
- Strong analytical foundation: Deep proficiency with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, etc.) and statistical methods to design experiments, analyze behavior, and measure impact.
- AI fluency: Comfortable building AI-powered features and using AI tools to accelerate your own work; you see AI as a capability to leverage, not a trend to chase. Experience with LLM-based products, chatbots, or agentic systems is a plus.
- Experimentation mindset: Fluent with A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance; you default to testing and measuring everything and can build scalable experimentation practices.
- Excellent product judgment: you identify the highest-leverage opportunities, prioritize ruthlessly by expected impact, and ship iteratively to learn fast.
- Versatile generalist who can tackle diverse product challenges beyond growth when the business needs it.
- Thrives in ambiguity: You make good decisions with incomplete information and stay effective through fast-moving organizational change.
- Strong communication and influence skills to build alignment and rally cross-functional teams around shared goals.
- Passion for health, wellness, and building products that genuinely improve people's lives.
Nice to Haves
- Experience driving growth across both mobile app and web, with levers like ASO, SEO, push notifications, lifecycle/CRM, and web conversion optimization.
- Experience with subscription or membership business models.
- Background in health, wellness, nutrition, diagnostics, or the supplement industry.
- Experience with cross-sell, partner, or two-sided ecosystem growth (e.g., growing across two products or brands).
- Experience with personalization or recommendation systems.
- Experience with social features, community products, or content discovery.
- Previous experience in early-stage startups (seed to Series B).
Location
We are a remote-first organization that meets quarterly for team onsites in person. Our team is primarily based in the New York and Los Angeles areas, and our onsites are mostly held in NYC, though occasional travel may be expected. New York Tri-State area candidates are preferred but not required.
Why SuppCo?
- Be the first PM hire beyond the Head of Product, with significant influence on product strategy and company direction.
- Own growth across all of SuppCo — with a major new membership initiative as the marquee mandate — reaching a large and growing user base.
- Direct line of sight to core business metrics and revenue, with a rare chance to build growth loops from the ground up.
- Work on a product that helps people live healthier lives with real, measurable impact.
- Join a small, senior, product-focused team at a genuine inflection point, with significant room to grow as we scale.
- Flexible remote work in a fast-moving, results-oriented culture.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation including meaningful equity in a fast-growing company with a massive TAM.
- Fully remote culture with quarterly in-person onsites.
- Top-tier healthcare (medical, dental, vision).
- Flexible PTO.

Company Overview:
Function Health is the AI operating system for health, designed to empower people to live 100 healthy years. We are redefining how individuals understand, measure, and improve their health by moving beyond reactive care and enabling proactive, data-driven insight into human biology. Function has been recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024 and is venture-backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). Hundreds of thousands of members have joined Function to take control of their health.
Through advanced diagnostics, deep biomarker testing, longitudinal data, and AI-enabled insights, Function equips members with actionable intelligence to take control of both the quality and length of their lives.
Function recently announced a $298M Series B and is entering its next chapter of growth. As we scale, the quality and durability of our People systems, data, and insights will directly shape our ability to attract, retain, and support exceptional talent.
We are growing our team and seeking out world-class talent that deeply believes in our mission to positively impact global health, has a relentless bias toward action, and a growth mindset. Function fosters a collaborative and dynamic environment where every day we build the future.
Role:
The Senior Accounting Manager, Core Revenue will own the full revenue accounting lifecycle for Function Health's core revenue streams — Direct To Consumer (DTC) memberships, imaging and scan services, and mobile diagnostic services. You will run the month-end and quarter-end close across these streams, manage the team responsible for day-to-day execution, and build the systems, processes, and integrations that allow these operations to scale.
Core revenue spans multiple streams, each with its own systems and data, and each at a different stage of maturity. Data quality is the primary constraint on scaling these operations today, and closing that gap means partnering closely with data engineering, product, and operations teams to improve upstream data flows and drive automation across our systems, Rillet included. You will also own the close calendar, manage quality, and oversee a small team through month-end and quarter-end execution across these streams.
You will help build out a small team that you will directly oversee, transitioning work from interim contractors and outsourced resources as your team takes shape. The right person for this role is naturally curious, picks up context fast, and instinctively turns undocumented knowledge into repeatable processes.
You will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Accounting & Operations and operate as a senior leader within a lean, high-autonomy team. Function's revenue accounting function is still being built, and you will have significant influence over how it operates. That means bringing your own perspective, pushing back when something doesn't look right, and acting as a true thought partner rather than just an executor. The ideal candidate is comfortable working through ambiguity, meticulous in their attention to detail, self-motivated, and resourceful, energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment and motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own core revenue streams end to end, including the monthly and quarterly close for DTC memberships, imaging and scan services, and mobile diagnostic services — setting the close calendar, sequencing tasks, managing quality, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Build and refine the close process for each stream — standing up frameworks for newly acquired services, improving workflows for established ones, and designing each to run through systems rather than manual effort.
- Identify and investigate data quality issues across revenue systems, and partner with data engineering and product teams to fix them at the root cause and drive automation, including our Rillet rollout — scoping integrations, defining requirements, and building scalable workflows that reduce manual touchpoints and hold up as new streams come online.
- Manage and grow a team of Senior Accountants — building, onboarding, and developing your direct reports while transitioning work from interim contractors and outsourced resources.
- Lead revenue reporting and analysis, including deferred revenue schedules, revenue flux analyses, and close reporting for leadership and audit.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external audit (KPMG) on revenue matters within your streams — preparing support, presenting methodology, and addressing questions with technical depth and confidence.
- Design and maintain internal controls, SOPs, and process documentation that support SOX-readiness and ensure your streams can be closed consistently as the team and business scale.
Qualifications / Skills:
- 8-12+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting, including significant ownership of multi-stream month-end close and reporting; Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong close management experience — owning the calendar, coaching your team through issues, clearing blockers, and delivering on time across multiple revenue streams.
- Track record of identifying data quality issues at the root cause in nascent or evolving data environments, and partnering with product, engineering, and data teams to fix them — not just reconciling around problems.
- Strong communicator and thought partner — you explain complex accounting issues to non-finance stakeholders, surface risks proactively, and bring a point of view rather than just executing.
- Comfortable leading in ambiguity — building processes and controls while running them, in an environment where new revenue streams, acquisitions, and product launches are constant.
- People management experience — you have hired, managed, and developed accountants. You know how to build a team, not just inherit one.
- Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition, applied to subscription and service-based revenue models — including multiple performance obligations, variable consideration, and bundled offerings.
Great to Have:
- Experience with payment platform revenue data (transaction classification, settlement reconciliation) or exposure to subscription-based/health-tech businesses.
- Experience scoping ERP/rev rec system integrations (e.g., Rillet, NetSuite, Zuora) as the accounting owner, plus comfort with SQL or other data querying tools to investigate transaction-level data directly.
- Hands-on use of AI or automation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, advanced Excel/Sheets, scripting) in accounting workflows, or a strong point of view on how they should be applied.
To be a strong fit, you embody our Core Values:
- Ruthless Prioritization:
- We prioritize what drives impact.
- We never compromise on standards of excellence.
- Member-First, Always:
- We design and deliver like we’re caring for someone we love.
- We create clear, actionable, human experiences.

- We empower members with truth, clarity, and care.
- One Team, Moving Fast:
- We are aligned in purpose, prioritization, and speed.
- We gather diverse perspectives to make informed decisions.
- We clear paths for each other and move fast together.
- We communicate clearly and respectfully, rallying around shared goals.
- Radical Ownership, Relentless Execution:
- We don’t just ship—we own outcomes and drive results.
- We act with urgency and precision.
- We anticipate, initiate, and follow through.
- We meet challenges with grit and pragmatism.
- We embrace new tech to deliver better outcomes.
- Mission Over Ego:
- We are ruthlessly aligned to our mission—and leave ego at the door.
- We disagree and commit.
- We don't tolerate politics or withholding information.
- We operate with honesty, transparency, and respect.
- Sustained Integrity in Every Detail:
- We earn trust by obsessing over accuracy, quality, and clarity in everything we do.
- We prioritize clinical precision—data must be right.
- We sweat the details because outcomes depend on them.
