The Opportunity
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net-new sales and expansion of Superhuman within the Commercial segment, with a focus on named accounts with 250-4,999 employees. Your primary motion will be selling our Go platform to large enterprises while partnering with product-specific overlays to drive multi-product bundles and standalone revenue across your assigned book of business, across Coda and Mail.
You will pioneer some of our largest and most strategic deals — landing new logos, formalizing enterprise-wide relationships with companies that already have hundreds (or thousands) of employees using Superhuman, and expanding existing customers into multi-product commitments.
You will report to the Commercial Sales Manager. You will also set the standard for what future Commercial AEs will be expected to do and how they will be supported by Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, and Legal/Finance.
In this role, you will:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for enterprise accounts (250-4,999 employees), with a focus on landing the Go platform as the primary entry point.
Drive multi-product revenue by partnering closely with product-specific overlays to position and sell bundles across Go, Mail, and the broader Superhuman ecosystem within your accounts.
Build and manage pipeline across both net-new prospects and your existing customer base, identifying expansion and upsell opportunities that drive incremental ARR.
Develop executive relationships and multi-thread across buying committees — from end users and department heads to CIOs and procurement — to build enterprise-wide consensus.
Navigate complex deal cycles involving legal reviews, security questionnaires, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder approval chains.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions and drive adoption post-sale.
Pioneer the Commercial playbook — the processes, positioning, and deal structures you establish will become the foundation for every Enterprise AE who follows.
Maintain CRM discipline with accurate forecasting, timely next-step updates, and clean pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
Qualifications
3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years closing commercial deals (250-4,999 employee companies).
Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota, with experience managing deal sizes of $50K+ ACV.
Experience selling into complex organizations with multi-stakeholder buying committees, long sales cycles, and cross-functional alignment requirements.
Strong multi-product selling instincts — the ability to land with one product and expand into a broader platform conversation with support from overlay partners.
Excellent discovery skills and business acumen — you understand how to map organizational pain to product value and build a compelling business case.
Comfort operating in an early-stage enterprise motion where you are building the playbook, not just following one.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — you will be the face of Superhuman to some of the world’s largest companies.
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Nice to Have:
Experience selling AI productivity, collaboration, or communication software to enterprise buyers.
Background working alongside product overlays, specialist sellers, or solutions engineering teams in a multi-product GTM motion.
Familiarity selling into IT, Security, or Procurement stakeholders in regulated industries.
Prior experience at a high-growth company where you helped build the enterprise sales function from the ground up.

The Opportunity
As a Sr. Manager, Commissions, you will lead the commissions function within our Revenue Operations team. This is a strategic ownership role: you will own our compensation plan design and commissions administration end-to-end, partnering directly with Sales and Revenue leadership to ensure our incentive structures drive the behaviors that move the business forward.
This role owns the full lifecycle of commissions: annual and ongoing plan design, quota setting support, commission calculation and payout, systems administration (CaptivateIQ), reporting and analytics, and dispute resolution. You will lead a team responsible for accurate and timely month-over-month execution while also stepping back to ask bigger questions — is this plan still driving the right behavior? What should change as our pricing and packaging evolve? How do we build a compensation philosophy that scales as the company grows?
In this role, you will:
Take full ownership of the monthly commissions process and become the primary point of contact for commission-related questions, disputes, and edge cases
Build a deep understanding of Superhuman’s commission plans, compensation philosophy, and GTM motion, then develop a strong point of view on how plan mechanics drive rep behavior and business outcomes
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations leadership on near-term plan adjustments (spiffs, incentive programs) and end-to-end design of commission plans through annual planning cycles
Establish reporting and analytics that connect commission performance to business outcomes, informing leadership decisions on plan design
Bring thought leadership to evolving Superhuman’s compensation model toward consumption-based pricing, aligning rep incentives with a usage-driven growth motion
Shape compensation philosophy and plan mechanics to reinforce strategic priorities — net-new growth, expansion, retention, or platform adoption — as those priorities shift
Build and scale a high-performing commissions function with strong processes, clear documentation, and the ability to handle growing complexity without linear headcount growth
Own commissions tooling strategy (including CaptivateIQ), improving rep trust, transparency, and self-service while reducing manual burden
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in sales commissions or compensation design for a B2B SaaS company, ideally within a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function.
3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of growing and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end compensation plan design, not just administration — including translating business strategy into incentive mechanics.
Experience with or strong point of view on consumption-based, usage-based, or hybrid compensation models, and how they differ from traditional seat- or quota-based plans.
Hands-on experience administering CaptivateIQ or a comparable commissions/ICM platform.
A track record of operating as a trusted advisor to sales leadership — able to bring data-driven recommendations on plan design, not just execute what's handed down.
Comprehensive knowledge of sales compensation best practices, with the judgment to balance rep motivation, cost of sale, and business strategy.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing highly detailed, deadline-driven work without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
A self-motivated operator who can drive strategic initiatives independently while also managing a team to deliver precise, on-time results.
Takes full ownership of the function — proactively uplevels processes, systems, and plan design rather than waiting for direction.
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

The Opportunity
As Head of Superhuman Docs Sales, you will lead the full Superhuman Docs sales organization within Superhuman’s commercial BU structure — owning the strategy, team development, and revenue performance of the Superhuman Docs sales motion across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. You will operate as the senior sales leader for the Superhuman Docs business unit, working within the ATU/STU model and partnering closely with Superhuman’s broader commercial leadership to drive pipeline, bookings, and customer expansion. You will also sit on the Superhuman Docs BU leadership team, operating as a “CRO” of the Superhuman Docs BU.
This is a people-first leadership role for a seasoned commercial leader who can inspire and develop a team of specialist sellers, build scalable GTM processes, and elevate the team’s capability to operate at the highest levels of enterprise selling — including C-suite engagement, multi-stakeholder deal navigation, and solution-based discovery for a multi-faceted, technical product.
In this role, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Superhuman Docs AEs to consistently exceed revenue and activity targets across all segments
Own the Superhuman Docs sales strategy and GTM execution, partnering with ATU leadership, Product, CS, and Marketing to drive a cohesive, high-performance sales motion

Drive rigorous pipeline management and forecasting discipline, maintaining accuracy and visibility for senior leadership
Define and standardize onboarding, sales methodology, and enablement for the Superhuman Docs AE team to reduce ramp time and improve consistency
Champion enablement: identify skill gaps, partner with the enablement function, and ensure the team has the tools, training, and frameworks to run complex, multi-value-prop deals
Serve as the senior commercial presence on key deals — guiding team strategy, supporting C-suite conversations, and helping navigate late-stage complexity
Partner cross-functionally with Superhuman Docs Product, Marketing, and CS leadership to shape the product narrative, surface customer insights, and influence roadmap priorities
Represent the Superhuman Docs sales team in BU leadership discussions, providing a grounded sales perspective on go-to-market decisions
Hire, onboard, and retain exceptional Superhuman Docs AE talent, building a bench ahead of growth and planned leave coverage
Qualifications
Has 7–12 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a sales leadership role managing a team of Account Executives
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in a land-and-expand or expansion-driven motion
Experience leading in a matrixed or multi-product selling environment (e.g., STU/ATU, overlay, or specialist AE model) — comfortable driving results without direct control of all inputs
Deep expertise in enterprise sales cycles with demonstrated success engaging VP and C-Suite stakeholders across IT, procurement, and multiple lines of business
Background in collaboration, productivity, or work management SaaS tools strongly preferred; experience at a progressive tech company with a strong product culture is a plus
Strong coaching orientation — known for developing sellers, not just managing pipeline; can identify skill gaps and build targeted development plans
Excellent command of a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDPICC, Challenger, or equivalent) and ability to embed it into team practice
Skilled at building systems and processes in ambiguous environments — can design onboarding, enablement frameworks, and repeatable playbooks
Data-driven approach to pipeline management and team performance; Salesforce proficiency required
Exceptional cross-functional partnership skills — able to align with Product, CS, Marketing, and executive stakeholders with credibility and influence
Fluent in using AI tools in daily workflows and able to model and champion AI-enabled ways of working across the sales team.
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

The Opportunity
The Lifecycle Marketing team owns the end-to-end user journey across Superhuman’s multi-product ecosystem, accelerating activation, engagement, retention, and expansion.
We’re hiring a Group Manager, Managed Lifecycle Marketing, to lead the B2B-facing arm of that mission.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for Grammarly’s managed (sales-assisted) business line to drive value for our enterprise products—from generating pipeline from our product user base, through onboarding new managed accounts, to driving product engagement and renewal readiness for accounts, keeping our business healthy, and expanding. You lead a team of three, partnering tightly with Demand Generation, Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Enterprise Product, Sales, Data Science, and Marketing Operations to move key metrics at every stage of the managed funnel.
In this role, you will:
Pipeline & Enterprise Awareness
Support your team in building and scaling demand campaigns targeting senior decision-makers within our product database to generate awareness, MQLs, and pipeline
Design and optimize integrated campaigns across email and in-product messaging (IPM) in Iterable, working in lockstep with Revenue Marketing to understand positioning, audience, and goals
Develop evergreen nurture programs, seasonal content plays, and experiments using behavioral signals (web visits, feature usage, departmental clusters) and machine learning to surface and qualify high-intent leads
Retention & Expansion
Partner with Customer Onboarding to design and optimize the new user and admin experience, ensuring onboarding is updated with feature accuracy and aligned to admin setup goals
Collaborate with Customer Success to drive meaningful engagement throughout the extent of the contract lifecycle, including understanding retention indicators, impact of new product features, and last-mile renewal plays to prevent churn
Develop programs that serve unique needs, including lifecycle strategies for our scaled (low-touch) customer accounts, as well as high-touch enterprise and ABM-style campaigns
Analytics & Performance Measurement
Work with partner teams to understand how Lifecycle is contributing across the business, including developing perspectives on leading indicators, multi-touch attribution models, and business trends
Build and own a continuous set of goals in partnership with the team to calibrate on regular performance
Understand the broader data structure of Managed Business and leverage dashboards and CDP tools as needed to build audiences and understand the opportunity size of different segments
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage three direct reports with campaign support, performance coaching, and career development
Meet regularly with cross-functional leaders across the Business to understand high-level product and strategic levers, and adapt them accordingly to Lifecycle strategies
Define team priorities, build the roadmap, and represent Managed Lifecycle in QBRs and leadership forums
Qualifications
10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, with meaningful B2B or enterprise experience
Proven track record building full-funnel programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
Hands-on experience with email and in-product messaging platforms (Iterable experience a strong plus) and CRM/MAP systems (Salesforce, Pardot or equivalent)
Strong analytical skills — comfortable developing metrics, interpreting funnel performance, and designing experiments with clear success criteria
Experience managing and developing a team, with a track record of building collaborative cultures across functions
Sharp communicator who can build trust with Sales, CS, Product, and Data Science stakeholders and translate between marketing strategy and technical execution
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action — you enjoy building programs from the ground up as much as optimizing what exists

The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior ABX Manager to own and scale the programs that win and expand Superhuman's most strategic accounts. At Superhuman, Account-Based Experience (ABX) is how we go to market with precision — rather than casting a wide net, we start with the accounts that matter most and build deeply personalized, coordinated experiences across every touchpoint to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and grow revenue.
You're someone who operates at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution — equally comfortable building an account plan with an AE and reporting pipeline influence to leadership. You bring strong executive presence, able to command the room with senior stakeholders, earn the trust of sales leadership, and communicate the impact of ABX programs with clarity and confidence. You thrive in ambiguity, love building programs from scratch, and are energized by close collaboration with the sales team to move big deals forward. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the heart of our enterprise growth strategy.
What You’ll Own
1:1 ABX Programs (Strategic Accounts)
Own end-to-end strategy and execution of personalized programs for Superhuman’s most strategic named accounts (typically top 15-30 accounts)
Partner with assigned AEs to develop bespoke account plans: research account priorities, map stakeholders, identify whitespace, and design tailored engagement plays
Create hyper-personalized content and experiences — including custom landing pages, executive briefings, bespoke direct mail, and tailored event invitations.
Orchestrate multi-channel touchpoints (email, LinkedIn, paid, events, gifting, executive outreach) in close coordination with the Sales team
Track engagement signals at the account level and activate Sales at the right moments to advance pipeline
1:Few ABX Programs (Cluster & Segment Programs)
Design and run cluster-based programs targeting cohorts of 10–100 accounts grouped by vertical, company size, use case, or buying stage
Build repeatable playbooks that can be scaled across segments, including messaging frameworks, content maps, and channel sequences
Collaborate with content and design to develop segment-specific assets (industry landing pages, vertical-specific case studies, tailored nurture sequences)
Partner with SDRs and AEs to sequence outbound and inbound touchpoints for maximum account penetration
Strategy & Planning
Define and maintain the target account list in partnership with Sales leadership and RevOps, using firmographic, technographic, and intent data
Build and maintain account segmentation models (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3) to prioritize resource allocation
Develop the ABX program roadmap aligned to quarterly pipeline targets and sales priorities
Contribute to the ABX budget allocation process, ensuring investment is focused on accounts with highest propensity to buy and expand
Analytics & Reporting
Own ABX program measurement: define KPIs, build dashboards, and report on account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact
Conduct regular account-level reviews with Sales to assess program effectiveness and iterate
Maintain a test-and-learn culture — run experiments, document findings, and continuously optimize plays
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the connective tissue between Marketing and Sales, ensuring tight alignment on account priorities, messaging, and timing
Work with RevOps to ensure ABX data flows correctly through the tech stack (CRM, MAP, intent platforms, ABM tools)
Collaborate with Field Marketing on account-specific event strategies and executive programs
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure ABX messaging reflects current positioning and competitive differentiation
Qualifications
Experience
6-9 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years focused specifically on account-based marketing or ABX.
Demonstrated experience owning 1:1 and 1:few ABX programs at a SaaS company, ideally in a high-growth or enterprise sales environment
Proven track record of influencing pipeline and revenue through ABX programs — you can point to specific accounts won or accelerated as a result of your programs
Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams; you are fluent in sales language and understand how deals move
Familiarity with the ABM tech stack: tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, Outreach or Salesloft, and intent data platforms.
Experience with website personalization platforms (e.g., Mutiny, Folloze, or similar) for building account-specific landing pages and web experiences
Experience building ABX programs from the ground up (not just inheriting an existing motion)
Skills
Strategic thinker who can zoom out to set program strategy and zoom in to execute with precision
Exceptional written communication — you can craft personalized, compelling messages for C-suite buyers that don’t sound like marketing
Strong analytical ability — comfortable pulling data, building attribution models, and making program decisions based on insights rather than gut feel
Project management fluency — you can run multiple concurrent programs across different account tiers without dropping the ball
Creative problem-solver who can develop differentiated plays that cut through the noise in a competitive inbox
Collaborative team player with strong influence skills — you earn trust with Sales teams by delivering results and showing up as a true partner
What Success Looks Like
In the first 90 days, you will have audited our current account targeting approach, established relationships with your Sales counterparts, and launched your first 1:few cluster program. Within 3 months, you will have a full 1:1 program running for our top strategic accounts and clear ABX dashboards showing pipeline influence. Within a year, ABX will be recognized internally as a core driver of enterprise pipeline, and you will have a library of repeatable plays that are generating consistent results across tiers.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead, Paid Social, Display & Video to lead our visual performance channels—Paid Social, Display, and YouTube—and accelerate growth across both desktop and mobile. You’ll manage a small but impactful team of channel specialists while staying close to the work yourself: shaping strategy, guiding execution, and continuously improving how we acquire and grow customers across key visual surfaces.
You’ll build and scale performance levers through a data-driven creative testing framework, mobile app expansion, and incrementality testing, while owning the desktop acquisition strategy for these channels. You’ll also partner closely with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Creative, and Product Marketing to deliver cohesive, high-impact growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who loves being a working manager—splitting their time between mentoring others and diving deep into performance, experimentation, and analytics.
In this role, you will:
Manage and mentor 2–3 channel specialists, providing coaching on both channel strategy and career development while remaining a hands-on partner in day-to-day decisions.
Lead performance strategy and guide on execution across Paid Social, Display, and Video to drive self-serve growth on both desktop and mobile.
Own the mobile acquisition strategy for visual channels, including measurement, optimization, and experimentation across app campaigns and mobile inventory.
Build and maintain a data-driven creative testing framework that connects creative concepts to performance outcomes (CAC, LTV, incrementality).
Develop a unified cross-channel roadmap that aligns testing, budgeting, and learnings across Paid Social, Display, and YouTube.
Partner with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Creative, and Product Marketing to design experiments, improve attribution and reporting, and translate insights into better creative and channel strategies.
Monitor and communicate channel performance, surfacing opportunities, risks, and insights to leadership while driving toward LTV/CAC, CPA, and incrementality goals.
Qualifications
Has 6–8+ years of experience (including in-house experience) in digital/performance marketing, with deep expertise in Paid Social, Display, and Video across desktop and mobile.
Proven experience in mobile acquisition and measurement (e.g., app campaigns, MMPs, SKAN, mobile attribution, creative optimization for app growth).
Demonstrated ability to connect creative, data, and channel strategy to drive measurable business outcomes (LTV/CAC, CPA, incrementality).
Experience managing and developing a small team, including coaching, feedback, and performance guidance.
Comfortable as a working manager—able to zoom into platform details, performance diagnostics, and experiment design while owning long-term strategy.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to guide decision-making; familiarity with SQL, experimentation frameworks, and incrementality testing is a plus.
Hands-on experience with major performance platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and working with external partners, vendors, and creative agencies.
Highly collaborative, with experience partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Product Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Engineering.

Values a data-driven, experiment-oriented working style, embraces continuous improvement, and aligns with our MOVE statements and culture.
